Always helpful and friendly staff. They work very hard to help quickly and accurately get people on their way. I always appreciate this location.

So I got a note in my mailbox saying my mail will be held. It literally said “mail being held at office. Address on back” No reason, no explanation, just refusing to deliver my mail?? I didn’t request it. Called the office and no one answered. Now I have to go there to see if I can get my mail that is being held for literally no reason and with no notice. I have very important things coming in my mail and they’re essentially holding it hostage. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I asked them if my packages needed extra postage because I knew they were a little overweight from what the label said. Some guy told me it should be okay if they were a couple oz off, and they won’t mark it as overweight. So I took his word and sent 10 packages like that. I got charged with shipping for all of them, so I made $0 on everything. I should be reimbursed, annoying.

I just moved here. I’ve yet to officially switch my address over, but I can still legit order things and have them delivered to my new place of residence. These guys were to deliver a package yesterday, and without a knock on the door or a ring of the bell, they left a note saying there was an issue with my delivery. On amazon they said they tried to deliver the package at 6pm WHEN IT WASNT EVEN 3PM. I don’t have a car to drive to the post office. I was home the whole time, my cameras show no one tried to deliver me anything to my front door. Thanks for taking advantage of me!

Second issue with them. 1st was delivering an emergency letter that needed a signature, they never came to the door, the carrier just sent it back too the post office for me to go pick up. 2nd left a package next door. Nobody currently lives next door. Of course, Amazon said it was delivered, so I had to go looking for it. I don’t like taking packages off neighbor’s door step. It doesn’t look good if someone sees me.

They have always been so friendly & helpful! Small post office so I expect to wait a little especially around the holidays!

Im annoyed with them. They like to mark packages delivered when theyre not, so they dont screw up their contact with companies like Amazon. My delivery could have fit in my mailbox.. no sign of it anywhere. Imagine that..

Had busy n sick day/I’m rushing still had few moments before 5pm. I go in/doors inside shut. I hear voices n I mention it’s not even 5pm yet?!?! I said it again n the folks inside got quiet but then continued talking, no concern. I’m a regular w/business needing to send off packages n this wasn’t acceptable. Don’t matter if I ‘should’ve’ come earlier, stuff happens, the sign says open until 5pm! Unbelievable!

I love the facility I cannot blame all the workers there, but Ive had my mail sent back and having trouble receiving my mail

Steven and crystal are the very best! It was closed in closing time and the door was already locked! I had three very heavy packages and they came in and opened the door for me !! So nice of them to have done that! God bless!

After a missed delivery I had no way of getting my package so I just called this USPS branch as its my closest and they managed to track down my package and get it delivered to me same day! No replacement for having a real human answer the phone and take care of a special request.

Horrible. Said they failed to deliver two different packages and left notice, I had been home all week and they never attempted or left a notice. Now I’m having to spend hours on the phone to locate my packages that contain Christmas gifts.

Poor service all around. While trying to send packages overseas to deployed military members, Tracy has been extremely rude several times. She was unhelpful and had an awful attitude. She also made a comment about how they were closing in 15 minutes.

I have had nothing but great service at this post office. The staff is very friendly. There is plenty of parking and the lot is easy to navigate.

I missed a very important package and I was home thinking maybe the post person will knock to deliver it....NOPE. They dont even bother coming to thr door or even attempting to deliver packages. IT WAS SENT BACK TO SWISS.....Now I have to wait 10 days to get it back.... Indoor office service is awsome and fast but not delivering of packages....its an epic fail.

Extremely rude to me today! I have been having issues with my mail being delivered and I went there to get a P.O. Box, I lost my wallet so I didn’t have my ID but I had an Interium Document from the MVA showing that I requested to have a new license sent to me. I drove all the way from this location to see if the MVA could give me a physical license instead of having it mailed and they could not. I was told by MVA that they would accept my Interium Document. I tried to call them to make sure but there is only an 800 number but it does not get you to this location. So I speed over there from the MVA before they closed and asked the woman again, do you accept my Interium Document the MVA said that you do. She gave me a response that had nothing to do with what I asked. After she repeated herself after I said that’s not my question I just put my hand up to stop her from talking because I knew she wasn’t going to help me. Horrible employees.

The service at the location has never been a problem and until recently Ive had no problems with mail delivery. Shame on me for waiting until now to share my negative feedback. However, I hope this review will lead to positive changes.Mail was delivered for another home, most likely in my neighborhood, on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, and I received none of my own mail that day. That same night I wrapped the mail in a rubber band, placed the mail in my mailbox with the flag up, and left a note saying the mail was sent to the wrong address and needed to be redirected. Yet, when I checked the mail on Friday (Thursday was Thanksgiving) I had received some mail for my household and the postal carrier left the misdirected mail in the box with the note. How does this happen?When I called Brian who works at this location he didnt seem all that concerned, but acknowledged that the route was worked by another person and not our usual reliable and professional person. If I feel this has been resolved Ill update my review and rating.

Whenever the normal postperson is not working the person filling in doesnt bother knocking or properly delivers the packages i have ordered
