These people dropped off an appliance in a box covered with oil. My wife even told the driver and he said it wasn’t his problem. I called the office and asked them to please return the package and they told me they couldn’t help. They told me that the box was probably shipped that way. Perhaps but then they should have sent it back.

Three days in a row they were to pick up my supplies for an essential business and yet they never picked. Its been a fight just to get my product. This was coming out of Dallas, TX

Best way to ship large objects (Car engines)

Unorganized, untimely, unprofessional. Waited for a delivery of a crate weighing 600#. Driver supposedly could not find our address. Met him 7-8 miles away to load the box onto my pickup. Box was damaged, one side of support blocks missing. Had to unload this crate once I got home. May as well have driven to the supplier myself.

- zero stars not an option unfortunately. Almost a week after delivery was scheduled and yet to receive our kitchen flooring. Im on hold to speak w them for about the 15th time as we speak. Do whatever in your human control to avoid using their services. Ive literally had to track down the dock manager who promised he would oversee this and it STILL didnt make the truck. Worthless, unhelpful and incompetent.

Ordered a $1000 Aluminum roof rack and it came destroyed and they acted like there wasn’t any damage.

A shipment that should have been delivered in 5 BUSINESS days, is taking 2weeks. Doesnt look good on business, no matter which end you look at it....
