Shady business practice and misleading tow truck drivers. You can tell by the owners responses to negative reviews that these individuals have no class and are entirely disrespectful, so I am not surprised they have tow truck drivers intentionally misleading customers to take advantage of them. Thank you maryland state police for forcing me to use Vinnys instead of our reasonable, reliable and RESPECTFUL normal company. Stay far away.

These guys are not 24/7 as they advertise . I was right at exit 32 when my trailer tire blowout around 6:00 am . I called the guy who answered ask me to drive the truck to the shop and they will be able to help me. Since I was only a mile away. I did what he said. When I arrived the person I spoke to behind the fence asked me to wait till 8 am.If you ever need road assistance call a repair shop that are more serious about what they advertise.

Wouldnt recommend to call on weekends if they dont have a parts do not call them will rip you off but. Other wise looks good people.

Good humor quick service and very helpful. They got right to what I needed which was getting my keys so I could get stuff out of my car until my insurance company picked it up and didnt give me any problems. For a tow yard theyre accommodating. Thank you.

I would never let this place tow anything you seriously have to prove that you own a vehicle they tow and expect you to have your title with you seriously get a grip, very rude to my insurance adjuster and myself place is very insecure for sure, thank the Washington county sheriffs office for my one time mistake, won’t be sending anyone to you.
