I would give zero stars if I could. I had an appointment with Intoxalock to get it installed at this place. The mechanic installed it and then the car wouldn’t start. He then uninstalled it and the car still wouldn’t start. I was told by the Nissan dealership that he had cut the wires so short that it couldn’t be repaired. It’s going to cost me $5000 to get it fixed. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Ive been going here ever since I got my first car about 6 years ago. I have seen it owned by 3 different people and it has gone down hill a lot. However, the mechanic has always been the most honest person I know. He never over charges me and he always does little free things to help me. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt even go here.

Had very bad work inexperience with this place I was called there by one of my custmors to go help rod out which is the mechanic there bc he had a customer car so messed up that they had already charged him over 3,000 in repairs I went there to look at the problem and fixed it with then a hr time so they liked my work offered me 40 % of all all labor so I agreed to it so this past summer I also put a motor in a 1998 Ford e150 van for them in the parking lot that has been 5 months ago and I still have not been paid for it so I quit there on Wednesday bc I can’t keep working for someone that is stealing money from me and my family the owner and her boyfriend are always fighting right inside the business very bad work experience and do not recommend them to anyone

This Place is excellent The mechanic is very skilled and is very nice. The owner is a very kind man and he always helps everyone He is very caring as well. As a matter of fact Prime autos of hagerstown is going there everyday to fix and inspect there cars. I do not know what the people who write bad things about this place are talking about cause I find this place very nice. The community loves this place just because of the quality and the service they get from this place

Ended up paying for my inspection twice. I needed a license plate light and I had to come back to get it installed. Three times I returned and the mechanic was out...really??? So when I finally caught up with him the inspection had expired and I had to pay for a second inspection. I will never patronize this station again and I strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business here.

I WAS going there, making a special trip there to buy gas because the price was good but I always hoped the woman was working. The man/owner there is very flirtatious and when you dont respond the way he wants you to, he gets angry and rude. Made me very uncomfortable. One time after I pumped my gas, I went inside to pay. He insisted I not pay with a credit card because he has to pay a fee. He argued with me about it. I would not recommended this place to anyone. Now I NEVER go there.

As a female, I always do my research before having any repair done on my vehicles and this is one time I did too. The inspection fee of $55 was quite reasonable for this area, so I went to United to have mine done there. I made a 1pm appointment on 4/21/14 and showed up for it, only to be told I had to come back at 230pm, because they were busy and mechanic was still at lunch. My inspection went well enough, and I was given a very short list of things needed. The one thing I needed was the RF wheel stud, which the mechanic broke while taking my tire off. I wasnt made aware of his fault until I went in search of the things needed: wiper blades, marker light bulbs(2) and now this stud and nut mechanic had broken. I was quoted under $100 to fix everything, which as you can tell by my writing this did not turn out to be the case. I went back on Fri May 2, 2014 and made had to make an appointment and given a $65 quote to fix the stud and put tire on rim. Monday at 8am, I show up for my appointment, only to be told I was never put in the book, but to come back at 2pm. Now, here is where it gets more interesting. When I show up at 2pm the same owner who quoted me $65 shows me an itemized bill for $118.05. Now again, I had done my homework and called around for estimates. Crenshaws quoted me $53 for the same work, this man was showing me a bill for $118.00. His own mechanic stood there and stated that they put marker lights in for free, while this owner charged me $19 for them. Now people we only need inspections one time here in Maryland and I thought I could trust this guy George, because I had been coming in there for gas for years, now I know better, and I hope everyone else does as well. I have already called the BBB and plan to file a complaint. I just wanted to spread this news to the rest of the area, for social media is such a wonderful thing these days and its how the public knows just about how bad businesses behave.
