Trainee gave me wrong information as being told from Manager in there.. Tell her what I was told THE DAY OF and she accuses me of lying. I tell her to correct her trainee so she doesnt make these type of mistakes and she gets disrespectful.. Communication is key, there is NOT any and speaking to a higher up did nothing but go back and forth with basically a Child. Thanks for your representation, will not recommend to anyone.

I had a good experience living here. I lived here for a year in one of the town houses. Maintenance was always very attentive when we put in a work order and always fixed things quickly. The only thing I wish they had was a community pool :)

I just moved a couple days ago and was asked to leave a review of the move in process. Everything was great until I walked into my apartment to discover it was not the apartment I thought I was getting. I unfortunately was not able to view the apartment in person but in looking at the available floor plans online I found one that I liked and thought would suit my needs - the 2 Bed, 2 Bath with Den - WN. I needed the extra room for storage and an en suite bathroom is a MUST HAVE for me. I selected this floor plan, clicked on See Available Units, found one that worked for my time frame and hit Apply Now. I was contacted by Marrissa who said it was still available for $XXXX/month and I said I would like to proceed with applying. She was nice enough to send a video for me to view but it was of a 1bd 1 bath but I still appreciated the effort.Fast forward to the day I get the keys and walk in and its not the same floor plan as what was on the website - it does not have the en suite bathroom which as I mentioned above is a must and also has less closets. I call the leasing office immediately and explain that it is not the apartment I was expecting based on the floorplan I looked at online and applied for. I was told that no it is the correct floor plan and that it had been attached to the quotes I received and the apartment I got was better for x,y, and z reasons. I do not recall receiving any quotes nor am I able to locate any quotes in my emails in order to look at what floor plan was attached. However, it was not mentioned in any communication that the floor plan could or would be different then what was online. In fact, the floorplan I got does not even appear on the website as an option for a 2 bed 2 bath. Had I known it existed I would have made sure to specify which one I wanted.

By far the best experience I’ve had with leasing an apartment. Just got to the area from NV and was really feeling down on my luck until I came to Woodbridge Brandywine. Literally every apartment community I called either didn’t have availability, had availability but not for a few months and finding a 3 bedroom was virtually impossible. I had settled on a 2br at The Bradford but that still would not have been available until Sept 15th which with two children needing to start school on Aug 30th wasn’t an ideal situation along with trying to figure out where I would stay for two weeks and be nearby for my children to be able to attend school . Not to mention, not having the third bedroom I would have needed for myself but was willing to sacrifice my own space to ensure that my children were comfortable.Although I had approval and a move date I wasn’t about to give up. I was determined to find something sooner and more spacious. I scheduled a showing for yet another two bedroom but this time at Woodbridge Brandywine. I thought to myself perhaps the bedrooms would at least be bigger than that of The Bradford. I had nothing to lose at this point. To make a long story short, Marrissa was truly an angel sent to me. Just when I thought I might as well throw in the towel she truly made a way out of no way. Not only did I end up with a 3 bedroom but I was literally able to sign the lease and move in the next day. She was absolutely amazing!!!!!! The entire process was quick and efficient. Marrissa was so polite, professional and truly cared. Because of her, along with the staff at Woodbridge Brandywine, I was able to completely get moved in and settled over the weekend and my children were able to start school on time.Icing on the cake, I have never seen a master bedroom in apartment as massive as the one that I now have. I love the layout of my apartment and couldn’t be more pleased. The price is definitely a plus as well. So far, I have no complaints whatsoever except for the fact that Antietam Cable/Internet service sucks!!!!!!! If Xfinity or any other service provider could be made available for this location I would be one happy camper.Will be back to update this review after I’ve lived here for a while.Thank you Marrissa and all of the staff here at Woodbridge Brandywine. All of your efforts are truly appreciated :)

Totally overpriced, think $1500+ dollars for a small 1 bedroom including the rent for a cat and no amenities at all or services. On top of that when Ms Plumer showed us the apartment I asked specifically about the installation of satellite TV and she said it was ok. Today I discovered that was not the case and we are not allowed to install the service. Total misrepresentation.I will move out at the first opportunity and do not recommend at all.

Just moved here, so far it’s been a pleasant experience, most of the time it’s quiet, every now and then you may hear someone, but not often, my mom lives with me and she seems to be happy . Everyone is friendly and helpful .

The maintenance guy were attentive to our indoor repair necessarily & done. They learned a valuable lesson not to ignore the tenant’s request for a checkup or postpone repairs. Something happened that required medical emergency. They took care of it because they neglected the repair request 2x (1x was coronavirus quarantined). I still recommend them to future tenants. They are wonderful people, very friendly to new tenants.

Leasing staff was nice snd very helpful getting us in during the middle of the pandemic last year. The walls are so thin here it is almost in unbearable. You can literally hear everything going on in the neighbors house beside you. We were so excited to move in here and it’s been a miserable experience. I would not recommend if you enjoy peace and quiet while at home.

This place is a joke. I rented there last year. At one point, the upstairs was leaking down into my apartment. The maintenance finally fixed it, but they did not paint so I had water stains all over the walls. The place reaked of marijuana. I mean, it was so terrible, I had to run a hepa filter 24/7 just to breath. I called management about this and they said to call the police because they have so many problems with that. I specifically told them during the tour that I could not live anywhere with smoke because my daughter had asthma. After finally having enough, I broke my lease. I gave notice and was current on rent. They kept my security deposit and charged me $3800. This is the worst place I have ever lived. Management is disgusting. Neighbors werent any better. Do yourself a favor and dont even look here.

I submitted an online maintenance request on Sunday evening and Monday morning maintenance had arrived to care for the problem. The maintenance staff are always respectful and friendly. They do a great job caring for the problem effectively and efficiently.

This was not a bad place to live at all. It was a spacious townhouse in Hagerstown. People are friendly and the stuff was great when I live there from 10/31/18 to 07/31/20. The problem was when I moved at the end of my lease. I was made aware that I had to give a 60 day notice, and would be charged because I did not. But that was my fault for not reading the fine paint. So I told them they could keep my deposit of $1238. Then I moved and went on with life. Then out of nowhere they put me in collection for $1173.00! When I called to find out why, they just talked in circles.They never told me why I was put into collections. Luckily for me, I have all my receipts from paying rent and all emails. I even still have my video walk-though to show the condition of the townhouse on the day I moved. So my advice to anyone who wants to live there, Keep good records of everything! You may need them.

From the moment I called Krista about a townhome till the day we actually moved in Krista has been nothing but helpful to us. Every email I sent regarding the townhomes or Floorplan she always responded quickly and made sure to reassure us of any concerns. Krista definitely went above and beyond with customer service for me and my family. I have nothing but good things to say about the service so far. Im very excited to start my new home here at Woodbridge. If you are looking for a new home please talk to Krista she will definitely make you feel at home.

I live in the Woodbridge Community. The management is very prompt to answer resident questions and concerns, especially maintenance issues. Once you make a repair request, you will see maintenance come to your home within hours (if the request is made in the morning), or the next morning (if made in the late afternoon or evening). I have never had a problem with maintenance not fixing an issue. They are awesome. Woodbridge is a wonderful place to live.

I am so impressed with the quality of the maintenance staff. They are professional and efficient. It is such a sense of security to know that the gentlemen who come to assist us are equipped and personably. Hats off to you gentlemen. You all deserve a raise!!!

This place is awful! They have no consideration whatsoever for their tenants! At 1st everything seems okay, maintenance comes on time for repairs but wait until you are ready to move out. There is no way you are getting your deposit back! They will charge you for extra things. It’s just horrible!

NO REGUARDS TO VETERENS! Im very dissapointed with the admin office of this apartment complex. I took great care of my unit and shortly after moving out I shipped out for another deployment. During my deployment this leasing office tried reaching out to me to inform me that I still owed a small balance, ( even after returning my move-out statement to me) . EVENTUALLY when I was able to check my email and find out about this discrepancy, I find out that it had already been sent to collections! After returning to the States I tried to reaching out to the leasing office explaining my absence and that I wanted to satisfy this bill of what I owe and to drop the debt -collections fee but they simply refused. I expected more from a leasing office thats located an hour and a half from the nations capital.

The staff is wonderful and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly. The community is clean and quiet. My neighbors are friendly. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Brandywine Apartments is a great community to live in, this is my second time living in the community. Its kid friendly too. Added bonus of available parks, a gym, and swimming pool! The ladies in the leasing office are super nice and very pleasant to work with. It is very easy to get in touch with them if I need anything. Would highly recommend living in this community!

I have been asked to move out after more than five years in this complex without explanation.Very very bad management. Very rude when you are already in. My family & I moved in about a week ago, and I am beyond pleased so far. Our home is very spacious and beautiful, as well as highly maintained. The ladies we worked with in the Apartment Gallery were so helping & supportive in working with us to choose the right home to meet our wants/needs. We had a slight shower problem upon move in, and maintenance took care of everything in a VERY timely manner. I’ve come across some neighbors and everyone seems so friendly, along with seeming to be a pretty quiet neighborhood. It’s definitely a huge bonus having so many parks, and a fitness center included! I can’t say I have too many complaints at this point because myself, my boyfriend and our children love this home and the overall environment. - I will say, not everyone is following the pet policy as far as picking up after their dogs. I take my dog right out back to use the bathroom, and it gets to be ridiculous constantly stepping in dog poop. Also, our neighbors blare music all hours of the day/night and it literally rattles our walls. But overall despite the very minor issues, I would 100% recommended these townhomes. Although it’s only been a week, I’m looking forward to this being our long-term home for many years to come. ❤️

This isnt a fake review - Ive lived here for a year now. Ive read the bad reviews, perhaps its just luck of the draw, but Ive had a really good experience so far. My neighbors are nice, I havent seen one roach, and when I put in a maintenance request, its fulfilled. I moved in with clean carpets, fresh paint, and what seems like brand new cabinetry. I cant comment on the pool or gym because I use facilities elsewhere. The price is really great, the area is pretty and quiet, and the landscaping is maintained. I love being able to go for a walk without much traffic and stroll through the community College campus where I can access a track and tennis courts. Theres a big park, and two golf courses nearby (not walking distance). Nearest Martins is down just down Robinwood Drive. It Only downside in my particular situation is the communal washer/dryers shared in my building, but theyve at least replaced them with brand new ones. Overall, really appreciate the management and my apartment. Perhaps I feel spoiled because compared to my last apartment in inner city Philly, this is a really great gig. Thanks!

Marissa, has gone over and beyond to make sure we were accommodated in every aspect of the process and has helped us on our search for months before we even signed the lease. Lets make this very short from the moment a move in everything was smooth anything we had they went wrong they took care of but the biggest complaint that I read and every review is for people who owned a pet me as a former tenant who only dog was aware that anyone who had a dog pretty much was guaranteed not to get the security deposit back because they fell in their right they had to replace the carpet no matter any circumstance if the carpet was damaged or not so in that case I made sure I may precautions about my dog whose very well trained that things were not happen and even in the sense of mind when we moved out we had the carpet professionally cleaned and they still decided to rip the carpet up and replace it and charge us and refused to give us our security deposit I do not recommend this complex to anybody if you have a pet the people that work there are nice but theyre over all treatment of people who are moving out is horrible and I find it to be very irresponsible especially because they dont notify you of anything and they dont tell you of anything

My experience here is fantastic. The office staff are wonderful, and they offer help as quickly as it is requested. Their maintenance men are swift and their job is flawless. They clean up as soon as the job is done. Jamie is master of it all. They are all superb. The grounds are neat and clean. A very quiet apartment unlike others. I will recommend this apartment anytime, anywhere. I am glad to make here my home.

Peaceful community.

You’re paying $1,000 a month for roaches and hoodlums. Middle class prices with all the appurtenances of poverty. The single most important factors people look for when renting are safety and cleanliness, and Brandywine fails miserably in both of those areas. Their maintenance team is superb however. There are far better alternatives around. First year resident - won’t be renewing my lease.

The maintenance people are incredibly skilled. They are prompt and handle our concerns immediately. When our refrigerator went up, they gave us a nicely refurbished one on the same day. They even transferred all of our food from our old refrigerator to the refurbished one, which they didn’t have to do. The buildings are built very sturdy, so it is quiet, without too much disturbance from the neighbors or outside noise. Also, we love the panoramic windows. We have had a very good experience here so far.

Terrible management, asked us to move out for no reason, upon moving out did not give our deposit back replaced carpet when we did not mess up anything, very bad people lie about everything, april is a terrible person, she is gonna reply by saying reach corporate office using a 717 number, but the person never picks up because april gets to him first. Please do not rent from here. These people are very evil. Especially april.

What more concerns about the pool can we as tenants possibly bring up that will change the issue? Nothing. You as a company chose not to maintain the pool to open it and surely you wont take care of it this late in the season. I cannot WAIT until my lease is up to leave this DUMP. My family and I have lived in Woodbridge going on 3 years now. We absolutely love living here, any issues that have come up which have been very few have always been fixed immediately. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and really nice as well as the maintenance guys. We have access to a gym and the pool. The pool may have been closed for a short time but they got it up and running as fast as they could. Things happen ya know, but this community is always on top of any issues. The pool also includes a very nice clubhouse that we as members can rent out for parties and such, I had my sons birthday party at the pool and we all had blast! We have awesome neighbors who we talk to daily, that is a rarity it seems in this world and feel very blessed to be here! I have 4 kids and a dog, the kids always have friends to play with and they do have recepitcles when walking our dog to easily dispose of the waste. I see reviews here that some complain about not having poop bags? Like seriously never thought someone else was responsible to provide poop bags for my dog! Seems silly to complain about when this community offers so much. Its safe, its clean and its peaceful here! I will always recommend this community to anyone I know looking for a good place to live. I think this community is top notch for sure and I am happy we made this place our home and plan to be here for a long time to come. Thank you Woodbridge for everything you guys do, we certainly appreciate being apart of this family!

Potential Customers BEWARE! You will have a lot of fun trying to get your security deposit back. After ending our lease with SUFFICIENT 60 DAY NOTICE, the leasing office will ensure you that you will get your deposit back after inspection. No contact for 6 months ! They dont send you a bill or anything even if you have provided them with contact information after you departed from your apartment. They directly send you to collections in attempt to not give you your deposit back and milk you a little bit more.

If you want to save yourself time, money, aggravation, and the utter disrespect that you receive from the staff- DO NOT rent from here!! These people will charge you for bogus things upon move out, when you request repairs they will accuse tenants of ‘man handling’ the cheap quality home. Be very specific with every question and ensure you either record, take pictures, or have them sign documents as proof of everything! They destroy anything that helps them and contradicts a resident. The office staff is the absolute worst I have ever encountered, which includes corporate (once the queen witch April C. calls corporate- you’re done! You will NEVER receive a call nor acknowledgement from corporate due to their nonchalant and nonexistent customer service! The turnaround time for any employees here is extremely alarming! Beware!! Do your research with this place! Cars are stolen and damaged, properties are damaged, parking is a nightmare, you can hear through the walls (toilet flushing, arguments, babies crying, etc), there are sketchy people in and out of the neighborhood at night, etc... I have lived in this “hell hole” for quite a while because I was not able to pick up and go due to medical issues. Be very careful of the facade you encounter while visiting theses spawns of Satan! You’re better off living at a better place, because these thieves will take you for what you have!Slumlords with a smile and a shovel!

No privacy. Maintenance comes in unannounced.told them i have the right to shoot you if you come into my house when Im unaware they laughed till they showed up at 8am and i was there waiting. We have a mold problem for now one month. Took us calling the county for them show any interest. Working with a lawyer now after all this.Update- we won a significant amount in a court case. Now purchased a large farm thanks to them. Should change my review to 5 stars as a thank you for buying us a 200 acre farm in williamsport.

From a lot of these reviews it sounds like new management has taken over I lived here from 2004-2013, which is why I give 5 stars, and I dreaded leaving but rent was going up, they fought hard to work it out with me and i even stayed an extra year but I couldnt afford it, the pool was always available, maintinence always gave notice, and when i had problems they were there quick and in a hurry, even when the problem was my fault they never charged me anything extra,never was there ever trash and dog poop in the yards, I did have a problem with neighbors and they directed me to call police which was settled in court, once I moved it didnt take long and they mailed me my entire deposit back all but $40 they were the best so Im in total shock to see how much they hv changed its ashame I was thinking of moving back but these reviews say the total opposite, sad to hear.

Had very bad experience while I lived at this place. My $1,100 security deposit was not giving to me and also they send me a bill of $1,408 for carpet damage when I moved out. Prices are extremely high compared to the facilities and services they offer. They did inspection without involving me. It takes forever for maintenance request to be done. If you dont want to go through my experience then I will advice you to stay away fro this place.

To not being able to swim at the pool! This place is the slums! I pray for everyone in this community who is lost without Jesus! I wish I never signed on the dotted line! Big waste of time and money and energy! April and Kelly are 2 of the most angry women I have ever met and definitely do not have Jesus! I’ll pray for them too! I can’t leave my building without pepper spray and all my neighbors target me ! I’m so happy to be moving out of here! I thought it was a nice place to live but I got the wrong impression!! Not a place for children!!! Not a place for dogs either because there is no dog park or dog poop bags!! Move anywhere but here unless you like the slums then you will fit right in!!! This company is so unprofessional. Theyll lie directly to your face and make you feel so stupid with the responses they give you to problems. Did you know that a clothing pole is supposed to bend with the weight of the clothing even though its supported by a bracket thats not attached to the rod? Maintenance says its supposed to be that way... Riighhhtttt. Have problems with bugs? They dont care! Want to sleep in and relax? No chance!! Always have people mowing the lawns in the middle of the week or contractors who are not even licensed btw fixing/replacing their roofs. Steer clear of this company at all costs and save yourself the hassle! They will lie straight to your face to get you to sign a lease and after that, good luck with them as their true colors will come out. Cant wait to move out of this hell hole and never look back!!

Price-gouging liars. Told me that they would take a pet payment out of my rent. They didnt. instead they charged me a late fee for not paying and threatened to kick me out even though they said they themselves were setting up the payment. Dishonest, lying cheats.

Also I wanted to add they raise the rent a lot. We already pay $1065 a month. We wanted to do month to month until we saw that itll be $2500 to go month to month. we already pay $1065 for a 12 month lease. They also like to take as much money as they can from you. also if you dont sign the lease in a 30 day period they will charge you $35 extra. They told us its because they have to pay to regenerate the lease. The ladies who run the office are nasty & are no help. When you are new to the community they are nice but once you been there for a year or more they will treat you like you are nothing.

Great service setting us up and took care of every little issue in the beginning. Merrisa took care of us, she was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process.

All the good reviews on here are actually fake!! This place will steal your money and try to ruin your life. Wish I listened to the bad reviews on this page before. Dont be fooled by the cheap rent like I was. Its definitely cheap for a good reason. There is also NO SECURITY AT ALL. Making it extremely dangerous for children and families. They sell you a lie! Neighborhood grounds are full of dog feces and trash. Their maintenance takes forever, management refuses to properly address the break ins and makes it very hard to make rental payments. Really sad they cant maintain the pool to open it! Its been closed all season! And their excuses are freaking pathetic. Ooh were having an issue with the person that maintains it. They dont even want to pressure wash the sides of the buildings to remove mold and pollen! What an eyesore!! Avoid this place at all costs! But if you love people trespassing and hanging out in your parking lots at all hours of the day and night and love living in a dump you pay an extreme amount for, then this might be your place! P. Girls in the leasing office are extremely rude. They dont even try to fake nice it seems like. Wasnt offered a tour of any of the unit layouts we were interested in and didnt even have a floor plan diagram for a few they were trying to push on is. Prices seemed competive but whole experience was just bad. Cant comment on renting the units here as we had a bad experience and decided to rent else where.

My family and I are a military family that relocated here last year. The staff is friendly in the beginning but, in the end, we are just another number to them and dont seem to care. The grounds are always full of trash and dog feces. Our townhouse had roaches and a mouse problem. Children are always riding their bikes through the parking lots and not respecting vehicles nor property. They consider themselves pet friendly but the pet deposit is non refundable and not used toward any damages. Their fee is only an agreement for our pets to live in the property with us. When you move out, they charge a ridiculous amount and the hours it took to fix those damages. Being a military family, we move around a lot and this has been the worst experience and we do not recommend these places to anyone. This place is definitely a big money pit and we regret moving here!

NO, NO, NO! Stay away. Maintenance comes in to your house whenever they want. The apartment had a constant leak and water now leaks on to our apartment floor. They also had roaches. This is the third time we have had this problem with the apartment above us. I called and Michelle made it seem like it a common occurrence and it took a week for pest control to come out. The staff is nice when you sign your lease but they are completely rude after that. I am currently moving out of here and didnt give enough notice and now they are charging me for a additional month! STAY AWAY! There are better apartments in Hagerstown!

**This is my experience *** This place is ran like a slum lord. My car was towed because my sticker was not on my tag. I did not get a notice or anything. I have been out of the country and the state since April and simply forgot to put it on (it was in the glove compartment). Not one consideration to notify but yet they put out letters to encourage the neighbors to report things on each other. It cost me $160.00 to get my car that had only been parked in the lot overnight (where I live). People are constantly moving out. I put a call in to the property manager (Erica Stuby) who has yet to call me back. In the building I lived you have someone who is storing their bicycle in the hallway, another person who was stealing electricity, the key lock on the door has been needing repairs, kids sometimes at midnight in the hallway under the stairs playing, dog poop on the lawn, etc. The policies at this place is ridiculous and I look forward to moving out!!

Love our apartment, very quiet . Neighbors seem very friendly and willing to help especially when it snows . Maintenance is awesome, they are there same day . My electricity bills are very low .

I rented from this apartment several times. I never had any issues besides the limited parking. It’s seems people that don’t live in area will use a s Park and ride. But overall never had any issues when I moved out I received my entire security deposit. Maybe if you want a deposit you should remember your renting and it’s not something you own so the security is for damages. Sorta like when you rent a car it’s a deposit and reason for you needing insurance to cover.. But again only issues I ever had was Parking and prices were a bit high but at least it kept out drama and the nuisance of that Hagerstown nonsense.. Want cheaper rent look in town or on Eastern Blvd. Let’s see how you like the entertainment that brings you with disrespectful people and their lifestyle

The leasing office was fantastic! Very helpful when we needed it. The only issue was the people below us were smokers. During winter they smoked inside (I would assume) and because of that our apartment always smelled like smoke. Our closets were the worse. My clothes smelled so bad and so did my coats/jackets. We also had a mouse in our apartment in the winter time. It wasnt a huge problem but it was getting its little poop in the cabinets. Other than that, it was a great year living there and a great start to my fiance and I living together for the first time.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are scammers and slumlords! There are clauses in their leases that basically allow them to not have a lease at all. They can raise fees at any time, rent too. Maintenance men literally come in and out whenever. Once I was in the shower at home alone. They do not care about concerns....FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!!!!

Absolutely horrible!!! We leased an apartment for a year and let me tell you about our experience. First of all we paid an additional pet deposit for our 7lb dog. We got harassed within 1 week of moving in about her barking which was completely false. Seemed like once a week there was a letter on every door threatening action about some issue or another. $1100 dollars a month and still getting harassed is unacceptable. We didnt smoke in the house always kept it clean and spent two weeks preparing to leave and even took pictures to ensure we wouldnt have a problem. We have rented from several different places and never had a problem. They charged us $1300 for carpet and $32 for what they claim was a bag of trash. We know for sure that nothing was left there. Noticed that they always replace the carpet whether it needs it or not. Probably just so they can charge you for it. I guess our first clue should have been the fact that it seemed like there were several units moving out every week...and the development is not that big. So in summary, if you like to pay top dollar to be harassed constantly, get treated horribly and then get screwed even when you break your back getting the place ready to vacate then go ahead and rent here. But if you are a reasonable,intelligent, honest Joe like we are stay as far away from this place as you can. If I could give this place negative stars I would

I am amongst those who got screwed over when I moved out. They are trying to charge me for things that did not need to be done and charge me for the time it took them to do things that did not need to be done. I may very well have to take them to court over this. Right now I am going through the better business bearau and would recommend and encourage other that are having problems do the same. If more people complain then obviously the problem is them and not the previous tennants.

Absolute slum, apartment we looked at had roaches and rat droppings, and they have the audacity to charge an arm and a leg! Better off renting anywhere but here !

My mother opted to move to this community, giving up her previous residence due to the declining health of my grandmother. As the neighborhood is in close proximity to the hospital. I visit frequently and wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone. The leasing office employees unprofessional staff lacking the ability or incline to execute the fundamentals of mere assistance. The rent increases every year and in the midst of the term of your current lease. The accounting department isn’t able to convey or reconcile a ledger or payment history accurately to the point it could be deemed as fraudulent and a violation of any fair reporting act or government regulation. Pay close attention to how and when they document the receipt of rental payments. You could mail your payment on the 28th date prior to the first. And may not be documented as recived until the 15th or 17th of the month, never receive a late notice but receive erroneous late fees without clear explanation. Maintenance enters the property at anytime to the point it feels borderline intrusive and you begin to feel you need to have someone at the house to ensure who is coming in and out. The blinds are cheap and break very easily and they utilize cheap paint that reveals every mark. My mother would have never moved into this community if it weren’t due to the health of my now deceased grandmother, there are many communities in Hagerstown, and urge you to continue looking.

Management is incredibly dishonest. Rent at your own risk.

I lived here for one year and really have no complaints. I never felt unsafe in this neighborhood. There were no issues with pests and nothing broke. I could often hear my neighbor screaming loudly while gaming, but I think hearing your neighbors is part of apartment life. There was one guy who didnt do well picking up after his dog, but he had recently had a stroke and was having lots of trouble getting around in general. This is a very convenient and affordable place to live if you work at Brook Lane (15 min commute), Meritus, or for students at USMH (15 min commute) or HCC. I had no issue getting my full security deposit back very quickly. Overall, as a single college girl, this apartment was a perfect fit. I would recommend it.

This place is amazing. I have asked them a billion questions, as this was my first apartment, and they were always kind and patient to answer them. I was in the in the fire up the road. I was very frustrated that I lost everything I owned from clothes, to college text books and notes that were important to me. My college degree. Letters from family members that are no longer here. If I shown anger in anyway, the responded in a polite and sympathetic manner. They worked so hard to place every family effected in a new home without any strenuous processes.If something is broken in your apartment or gets broken, you simply put in a work request and the maintenance folks are very timely in their response.It is a quiet community in within walking distance of HCC. Their pool is very clean and they have cute jungle gyms and swing sets throughout the little community.And honestly, Maryland is very expensive and this place is so affordable. The only utilities I pay for is electric and cable/WiFi, which is EXTREMELY helpful. I notice when someone is living here temporarily, once they move out, within a week, a new family is in there. This means Brandywine and Woodbridge is popular and has good reviews.It takes me 20-30 mins to get to Frederick.I really do love this place. You should move here too.

Was asked to provide proof of renters insurance and faxed a copy of the declaration page to the main office. Was told since it listed them as certificate holder that wasnt acceptable...it had to list them as additional interest. When I spoke with Krista Boch in the leasing office and explained to her it gave them the same notification that additional interest would, she said it didnt matter and they wouldnt accept it. I then offered to have them listed as additional insured for liability and was told that wouldnt be acceptable either. I told them it would give them better coverage than being an additional interest but she still wouldnt accept that.They asked me to provide proof of renters insurance and I did that. They then said it wasnt acceptable even though I provided the proof of a policy that met & exceeded their liability requirements. They then refused to give the keys over and said to use another insurance company. When I requested to speak to Krista Bochs supervisor, I was told the supervisor was out and shed have her supervisor call me when they got back. Maybe if it was her trying to move into the townhome and her keys were getting held up because of a technicality shed have been a little more willing to help and might have tried to call her supervisor and get this resolved.

Moved out several months ago and sooo glad me and my family did. Takes several days for maintenance to fix anything. Children in the area are disrespectful. A lot of foul language and harassing. Office manager was not eager to hear complaints and therefore nothing got rectified.

The worst place I have ever rented from! I was there for over a year my dog went paralyzed and weighs 80 pounds my girlfriend was not able to carry him down the steps. They did not have a handicap room for us to go to which led to us breaking our lease..... they nickeled and dime every little thing they could. We were charged 70$ just for mounting our tv on the wall. They do not work with you nor do they have any sympathy for you. Also in the 15 months I lived there each time a person moved out we would always see them replace carpet no matter how it looks so you can look forward to paying that 660 too when you move out. Worst apartment ever I cant stress it enough. I even tryed to set up payment plans once again they would not work with us. The whole management group and staff suck!! Its not even worth 1 star. Oh and everyone saying 5 stars it’s because they haven’t tried moving out yet lol.

By far the worst place I have ever lived! The ladies in the office dont care and it shows not to mention they are very rude. If you move here and have kids dont plan on taking them to the park because its been broken for over a year and very unsafe for young children. I know how much new pkayground equipment is and they could buy a new playground with just my monthly rent. This is a pet friendly community which means when you go outside prepare to watch your step. Nobody picks up their dogs mess but have an important paper fall out of your car you get wrote up. They make false promises to get you to move in and they never come thru on their end of the deal. If you tell them things need to be fixed nobody ever comes. Just hope your ac doesnt break during the blazing summer because instead of replacing the 30+ year old unit they order parts to try to fix it, it only takes about 3 weeks. Floors feel like they are caving in, ceilings have cracks down them, tubs and sinks have rust spots because of water constantly dripping. I must say a couple of the younger maintenance guys do actually care but you have to deal with the ladies in the office first. We now have to mail our rent to PA, probably because the women in the office lose your check and then charge you a fee for not paying your rent on time. Once I can see it as a mistake but twice, they have issues and need to get it together. I absolutely hate living here and I strongly recommend you look some place else. There are so many other things I could complain about honestly I dont have the time.

They dont even deserve 1 star. I dont recommend anyone to the apartment gallery. We had no choice but to sign another lease because we werent able to find another place within 5 days (the time they gave us when they sent the renewal in the mail). We got our renewal in the mail 65 days before our lease was up & they want a 60 day written notice when you move out.This place is damn joke. Also if you have broken blinds they will charge $20 extra for each broken blind. They want every nickel & dime they can possible get out of you. All this place is, is a money pit. Electric is outrages too since every apartment/townhome has electric baseboard heating.

Staff involved in drug activity!!There are several nice places to live in and around Hagerstown and the Washington County area, and this is one I would stay away from.Recent management changes have taken place and the older better management has long gone.Robinwood, Brandywine and what used to be Foxwood, has all become consolidated under the Apartment Gallery Of Marylands Management company which is based in PA... And Does Not Require ANY of its Onsite Management Staff to have Any Actual Real Estate Credentials of Any Kind. These are just a bunch of nasty old ladies who dont even pick up the phone, or maintain legit office hours.Any time you try to talk to them about anything, they act flustered and clearly admit they have far to many units under their management to handle properly. They have let grounds and unit management go to deplorable conditions, and staff members have been known to participate in drug sales on the premises. Sill they collect their rent, and raise it faithfully every month......This type of rental management is what we used to call - Slumlording.Furthermore during our time there at least 5 times we came home to find law enforcement investigating someone about drugs, one of the staff investigated by child protective services, and a generally disruptive, poorly maintained, and very unsafe place to call ones home.If you compare prices, there are literally hundreds of privately owned town homes, Eagles Nest right down the street, Kenley Square, and Courtland are super nice and practically brand new!

The Property management here do not care about the residents. They will not listen to your concerns

Where is their fitness center located? is it near the leasing office?

I will not recommend this place it to anyone, my sister and her family just move about few months ago, and four of five more people move around the same time, they maintenance guys come in your place at any time that they feel like,, my sister complain of poor security, peoples car were broken into several times children playing all over the place, water leaking from the bathroom to the living room, the electric system is very old, your light bill runs very high, very old appliances .
