We had Synergy for about 4 years. Someone recently bought our place and got a new company. But they were always nice and worked with us. I would rent from them again. I love them!!!

If I could leave a zero or negative star rating I would! If I could post attachments of all the text messages asking for rent payments during this pandemic I would as well.

I have been renting for two months and have had a bunch of problems. First, things that were supposed to be fixed on move in day werent fixed until about a week after. Second, we were given no mailbox key and it took about a week and a half after talking to one of the property managers for them to give us one. Now, my fridge and freezer isnt working after they came to fix a leak after weeks of it leaking and me calling. I have food going bad in there. I just wish they would handle maintenance problems sooner rather than later.

First of all they rarely answer the phone. When they do, they are so busy to know if the apartment is still available, not sure if someone is too booked to show it to you this week, etc. They never return phone calls and the receptionist is extremely rude, quoting all sorts of office policies that do nothing but waste your time and make it almost impossible to rent from them. When you speak to the supervisor all she does is make excuses for the receptionist and goes on to let you know she has been in this business for over twenty years etc., and telling me that to take my business elsewhere. Well, that is exactly what I did, please people take my advice and do the same. If they treat you this bad to just see the apartment, just imagine the great service you will get if you actually rent from them. Complete joke!
