I’m tremendously grateful, also Danny recognized other issues going on with my vehicle, and brought to my attention ASAP. I greatly appreciate it. Do your own oil changes, is what i learned after they over filled my ford escape and now it has misfires cause massive amounts of oil are in the cyinders, cant even drive it back to force them to fix it, well done babosos

The workers are extremely polite, nice, and hardworking. But, it does take a very long time if they’re busy. Also, I’ve been going to this jiffy lube for years and never once have they vacuumed my interior floors or washed my windows. It’s very annoying because this places charges 2x as much as my dealership but I come back because it’s more convenient. If I’m paying $75 for an oil change, I would like everything done.

Thought I was due for an oil change. Guys were so nice. They told me I still had miles to go and instead topped off low fluids. Thanks for your honesty! Going back in another 1200 miles. 👍

Got an oil change and now the engine is leaking oil and the tire pressure sensor is triggered. Took my Civic in for an oil change, everything is fine until I am driving home and my tire pressure alert goes off. I dont think too much of it other than I thought they would have filled the tires up. Oh well, Ill just fill the tires next time I get gas. Couple days later I get gas before I head out of town on a road trip and fill the tires, and the alert is still on. I then get to my destination and receive word that my car has left oil all over the concrete driveway. Great, now we have to clean the oil off the concrete. Wont be coming back to Jiffy Lube.Edit: Jiffy Lube responded to this review and told me to email them so I did. Its been more than a week and have not gotten a response.

I feel I was ripped off! Went for an oil change was told I needed some other fluids changed and some how 3 hours later and $1100 later it was done. I was never told how much all that they did was going to cost. I feel totally taken advantage of and will NEVER go back again

A young man name John did that repaired my brakes the same day I called. The guys there were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the crafts. John took the time to even explain to me and show me what else my car needed. My service was excellent, the seating area and bathroom was very clean. I cant see me taking my business anywhere but this location Jiffylube. Quick, professional service every time.

Been using Jiffy Lube for years I love this service and although this continue go in there theyre great and very knowledgeable it took me a while does she have the Charleston but once I have a charge and Im in knowing what they were doing they were good thank you for all your oil changes and all your spark plugs needs

Daniel checked out my car, replaced a filter & informed me about the issue that brought me there in the 1st place. Great experience. Fair prices and awesome attitude. Had oil change, trans and differential flush at 120k miles for maintenance. Much better than going to the dealer for the same services. Definitely will be going back again

I needed a break job. They dont offer this service. One of the members knew how to do it. He told me to pick up the break pads. Quick stop at auto zone and the Jiffy Lube team stayed after hours and helped me out. Great people, great service.... They earned a new regular customer.

These guys are awesome! We went there for oil change of our Toyota Corolla. Before we know they checked the lights of the car, asked for the key and told us to go inside office. They were so fast, that as we sat inside the office and prepared to read something on our tablets, one of the guys came and said we were all set!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Horrible service, my husband went to get a oil change on Sunday and he gets there at 9 am and they are closed. It is weird because on the door it says the hours of operation and it states they are open Sundays 9-3pm. Not to mention there was other people there because that had the same info and were upset because they aren’t open. I will be writing a letter to corporate because this is false advertisement, if your not going to be open then maybe you should change your hours of operation on the website and the door. Will not be returning. If I could would give them a 0.

The service here is fantastic! It was convenient being able to stay in my car while work was being done.

I went there for an oil change and the complete service included fluid top off and tire pressure check. I was glad because my tire pressure light was on. When I left, the tire pressure light was still on so I went right to Discount Tire, thinking there must be something wrong with the sensor. Nope. The tires were at 29 & 30 psi, manufacturer suggests 35 psi. The light went off when the Discount Tire technician filled them. Jiffy Lube never checked the tires. Makes me wonder what else they didnt actually do.

David was knowledgeable and explained everything well. Oil change took about 10 minutes. In and out service was great.

The best thing about this location is that they are super quick. You are in and out in less than 15 minutes. They also include a vaccum and car wash.

I have gone to the Jiffy Lube in Gurnee for a number of years. They have always given exceptional customer service and never tried to sell me upgrades or service I dont need. They go above and beyond. Joe, one of the managers, is friendly and highly professional. He is genuine about providing top notch customer service. The whole crew is always great! I highly recommend them!

This location always does an excellent job. They are kind, laid back and offer services that might be valuable but dont force anything. We go here for all our oil changes and will continue to!

Ive been visiting this location for almost 3 years now. Ive never had an unpleasant experience. The staff is always professional, and friendly. Service is always quick. I foresee being a longtime customer.

I always come here for my oil change. They never pressure me at buying other non-necessities for my car (like other jiffy lubes). The whole staff is always friendly. I have never waited more than 15 mins for my oil change. Great place!

To be completely honest, I do all of my own service work but came here for an Uber inspection which they took quite serious. The guy at the counter was fun and engaged waiting customers. He informed one that her car uses synthetic oil from the factory which would add some expense. Most shops wouldnt have been nice enough to do that. They pulled customers air filters to show them their condition and recommended not changing them as where Ive seen other places recommend changing new filters. If I needed service, Id feel comfortable talking my car there.

Had oil changed here and for the next week my car left oil marks on my driveway every night ( was dripping oil). So i got down on MY hands and knees and looked under the car to find that there was clearly a drip of oil coming from the drain plug. Brought the car back to this place to say hey it is dripping from the drain plug i just had it serviced here, it wasnt leaking before i had it worked on and now it is... They told me its NOT leaking from drain plug it is leaking from oil pan gasket and they did nothing and sent me on my way -_- . Brought it to Wells Automotive, a place near by, to have it looked at. Basically someone changed the oil and didnt replace the drain plug or the gasket to the drain plug.. So thank you Jiffy lube not only did i have to pay for your 5h!+ service but i had to take it to another place to have it worked on were they simply changed the drain plug and the gasket and i dont have any more oil on my driveway.

Sent my wife in just for an oil change and almost $400 later for a brand new car they took it vantage of an unknowing customer luckily I showed up to put a stop to some of it because it would’ve been well over $500 I will never bring my vehicles to this location again

Clean facility and friendly staff, but Im continually disappointed in their service. Multiple times Ive shown up when they open just to have them 10+ minutes late in taking their first customer. I left tired of waiting well past their posted open time. And I just discovered that they didnt fill my windshield wiper fluid at my last visit (2 days ago). Were having a bad Chicago winter, wiper fluid would be nice. Dont care about the extra cost or inconvenience, Im going elsewhere from now on.

Way over priced for just an oil change. Told me I had 5 things wrong with my car, took it to my normal service people and NOTHING was wrong. Brought in an almost black air filter, go home and check, mine was clean. Horrible service

Called to get my truck greased up and they said come on over. I got there and wait 20 mins just to be told they are all out of grease.so i guess they are just jiffy. Your all oit of something in your name....like come on.
