Jamie, my service writer took care of me right away. I told them due to them being busy, I was not in a rush to get my vehicle back. They had it finished by the end of the day with a very neat app (texted to customer) that had pictures/descriptions of inspections results. Price for work completed I estimate approx. $200.00 less at least than what dealer would charge & they have techs who know how to work on these newer fancier vehicles. Their loaner car process was simple as well. Would recommend & use this service shop again.

They are the best. I took my truck to two other mechanics who did not fix the problem. I then took my Ford F-150 platinum to the Ford dealer who proceeded to tell me it would cost thousands of dollars and I should just trade my truck in…. Crazy…. D-Wells fixed the issue and then some. Came in for an oil change. Great job! Inspection found a few issues in need of repair. Estimate was slightly higher than our research of other places in the area.However, the different items found were broken out into 3 separate repairs. None of the changes were safety issues, and I was encouraged to do my own research.My son was planning to borrow my car for a trip to Wisconsin, so I opted to have one item completed immediately. Even though research showed the cost was a bit higher, the work was guaranteed, and I feel the slight extra cost was well worth the peace of mind that the work is guaranteed.I was kept informed of a delay, and feel confident that my 2015 Honda Civic is in good shape to drive. The staff is cheerful and courteous. (Even early in the morning on a Monday!)I’ll be back each time I need an oil change or have any issue. I can’t thank them enough for the peace of mind and concern for safety- even if they are happy on Monday mornings!

Sent my daughter in with a tire that was leaking air, We had put enough air in to get her there. Mike was rude and told her leave it the for the day. She told him that she she is stuck there and he said get an uber. I would think that a tire store could handle this situation in a much more professional manner. I will not be giving this place any more business. I used them in the past when the customer service meant something. I told her to drive it across the street to Firestone complete care, They instantly took care of her at no charge.... stay away from mike and d wells

Dave and his crew lifted my jeep wrangler and put new tires and wheels on. Jeep looks great and rides like a dream. Working with them was a great experience and highly recommend. I will take my jeep back there for sure!

I called and they were able to see me that day. Did an inspection and texted me full results which was nice. They saved me hundreds by doing a 2nd opinion on someone telling me I needed a new alternator. They found the alternator to be fine and fixed the real issue for much less money. I have made 3 visits at this shop and at each visit service was friendly, professional and timely.During the last visit I came by with what I thought was a slow leaker but found that the tire wall had a leak and could not be repaired. They gave me a quote, but seeing that the tire had a considerable of amount of tred left told me to check warranty with original dealer saving me 100.00. Very honest place!

I called them around 2:00pm asking for an estimate on a battery replacement and install. They told me they could fit me in at 2:30pm, and by 3:00pm I had a brand new battery in my car for $100 less than the first automotive place I had been to earlier in the day. Everyone is very professional and kind. Great service!

I limped my Jeep into service with a pretty bad flat that I was unable to repair on my own due to the lug nuts being stripped. Dell service took care of the issue, replaced the tire and lug nuts. Now there was a miscommunication with the service writer: My spare tire was not returned back to its mount on the back of the Jeep and my lug locks & key were not returned to me either. I left a voice mail regarding my lug locks so well see ...

Overall, a pleasant experience. Make sure to call ahead and make an appointment, they dont take on more work than they can handle (which is good!). Everyone was super nice, recommendations for work didnt feel super pressed on me. Your cars inspection report can be viewed online of you drop your car off, which I think is a nice touch. Happy to say Ill be coming back, its hard to find a shop that doesnt feel like theyre trying to work you every second they get.Thats how you retain clients, so thanks.

Ive been looking for a reputable garage to take my car since I moved into the area. I have a bad back and cant sit around for long periods of times waiting for my car to be fixed/serviced. I called Doug Wells a couple of days ago as my A/C was blowing warm air and talked with Mike...told him I would need someone to bring home etc. He said to come in on Thursday at between 8am an 10am and that a loaner would be available. I went in Thursday (today) ...my loaner was waiting, did the paperwork and drove home. Two hours or so later, I got a call, my A/C was fixed. Drove back...left the loaner. My A/C is working fine. This is just the kind of service I have been looking for.

I had my wifes car in for an oil change and air conditioning repair. The are great to work with, and they fully explained the work prior to starting. They do a multi point inspection and send you a report that shows the condition or the car. I really like how open they are when I called the to go over the work I wanted to do.Edit (3/21)I needed to have a few trim pieces replaces on my truck due to damage from road debris. Dave ordered the pieces and called me to have them installed. They were great to deal with and performed the work quickly.

Oil change, thermostat replaced. Inspection found cracked, rusted frame rail. Thankfully I will park it and probably part it out. Thank you for taking vehicle safety to the next step.

I acquired my uncle’s car upon his death. A 2008 Impala with 88,000 miles. Just wanted to correct safety issues prior to selling it. Jamie was “on the same page as me” through the whole process. Did a complete inspection with detailed report including photos emailed to me with a followup phone call to answer questions. New tires, TPS sensors, a wheel bearing, alignment, front brakes for $1800. I am a satisfied customer.

Not always the cheapest option (competitively priced always though) but definitely have our families trust. I never feel like I’m going to be hustled, honest and good work with friendly and helpful staff.
