Absolute 5 star, first-class company to deal with. I had a computer that was so backed up with adware I could barely turn it on. I took it to Ali and the guys at Hi-Tech for a reformat, and its like a brand new machine. Better, actually, since its free of all the bloated software. They were quick, courteous, professional and did a great job. Will definitely be taking my business there moving forward and referring anyone I can.

Had a cracked iPhone screen that was causing my phone to malfunction, walked in without an appointment and they were able to fit me in. They replaced the screen in a very timely manner and staff was very professional and friendly. My phone is working perfectly now with no problems!

Ali promised to fix my computer and save all my data and if he could not, I would get some money back- never got any money back- and he reset my whole computer losing all my information without even talking to me in the first place.Never trust his service... does not out his customers first at all.

Today, February 22, 2020, I had my 6S battery replaced at Hi-Tech in Gurnee Mills. Not only was my battery replaced in 10 minutes, the charging port had lint packed in it. They cleaned it out. What a difference. They did a great job. They wanted to replaced my cracked screen protector but opted out. Perhaps in the future I will have them replace it. I recommend you go see these guys or send someone there to do your phone repairs. Most of the time I fix my own phone but time restraints had me in a crunch. They did say I have a 30 day guarantee with the new battery. Not a genuine apple product so we will have to see. Good job guys!!! I’m happy!

I was able to book my appointment 20 minutes in advance and they fit me in. He lowered the price for me seeing as he was going to have to replace 2 things instead of just my cracked screen. I was in and out within 20 minutes with very good costumer service and a fixed phone! He was more than willing to help my issues :) I will be returning if I need any other issues fixed!!

The employee told me that my tablet issue could only be the battery, despite me showing him that it could also be an issue with a loose battery connector (which is a common problem). He determined this by a quick Google search and not by any sort of testing. As someone who works in IT/IS you cant make a statement like that without testing. He refused to even suggest they could do troubleshooting and when I said I didnt want to just replace the battery he basically stopped talking to me. This was a horrible experience and I will never go back to a place that refuses to do any troubleshooting. Go somewhere where the employees are aware of how to troubleshoot.

Worse service. Very dissatisfied customer!! I bought a phone case a week ago and it started developing cracks around the edges within a week of purchase. I tried to return it to the store, the technician accused me of removing the phone from the case, which I had not. I told him that I had a case that lasted 2 years and never had any problem. He said there is nothing he can do. They don’t give warranty for their cases.So I’m out my money! Beware of buying any phone case from this store. You are better off buying from Amazon or somewhere else. I didn’t expect any money back, but an offer to exchange would have been acceptable. But when you accuse a customer of braking a case, that’s really bad, expecially whenI was typing on the phone in front of your store, and another edge of the case broke off. I showed that to you. I expect a case to last longer than 10 days!!Clearly, I would not buy a broken case! So your argument is not valid! You need to post a buyer beware sign and that you do not give warranty for any of your phone cases. At normal stores, there is at least a 15 days warranty.Finally, instead of blaming the customer, consider the possibility that the case stayed on the shelf so long that it “dry rot”. That would explain why it developed so many cracks shortly after purchasing.

I brought my phone in last night and the screen was shattered. I was able to get into my phone just fine when we got there and after I left, the screen worked but I was not able to get into the phone. My phone was disabled and with Iphone, if it is disabled, youll have to restore it as a brand new phone. I have no clue what he did to it while he was back there for 20 minutes but I am very disappointed. He also charged $140 to fix the screen while another store down the hall charged only $80. When we went to pick up my phone, we told him about his fellow competitor down the hall and he told us that he was the worst rated store in the entire mall. While it was a quick repair, it was the worst service I have ever had. If you need your phone fixed and IN A HURRY, go to Phone Fix three doors down.

Great place to get your phone repaired right away. I had my note 5 repaired. They took about 20 minutes to change the glass. Surprisingly, their prices are also lower than other stores in the mall. I would definitely recommend getting your phone fixed here for cheap.

The screen on my iPhone 6 broke out of nowhere. I didnt drop it or anything. I was so upset because I pride myself on how well I take care of my electronic devices. The first time I went to them they charged me double what I had paid other places. I got them to come down on their prices a little bit. They didn’t fix my phone the screen still wasn’t working after and the main screen was glitching. When the phone wasn’t working at all I peeled the screen protector off and the screen they put on fell apart. It was glued to my screen protector. The buisness would neither stand by their work nor the screen protector. They wanted to charge me again to fix the screen and the glitch that they caused to begin with: further more my normal repair guy fast geeks in palatine has never asked for my password or needed to go through my phone. He could have told me over the phone that he wasn’t going to fix it under the warranty before I drove an hour out.

My volume button on my galaxy s7 edge was bent and my phone was stuck in SAFE MODE i could not even shut this feature off because of the volume button i called every repair place around Gurnee i even went to sprint. all the other repair places refused to even try to fix it, sprint wanted me to ship it and be 2 weeks phone less. I found this place took it here they had it repaired withing 24 hours SUPER QUICK! im so thankful they were able to solve the problem and replace the button super GREAT PRICE as well i recommend all my friends here now for phone repairs.

They charged me 85 bucks for a screen that doesnt even work. The outer edges dont register when I touch. And flimsy equipment too. The screen feels super cheap

Paid $204 for my IPhoneX screen crack replacement & certain spots on my phone don’t work now! I would rather deal with a cracked ugly screen than a screen that doesn’t even register when I touch it in certain spots! I believe the products they use here are black market/china cheap because I’ve never had this problem before or it was a malfunction with the person that “fixed” my phone. Go to the Apple store. I spent money to have my phone in worse condition.

They charged me 108 dollars and the work that was done on my iPad was awful. Two different people who have the same business told me that they overcharged me and the work they did was the worse they had ever seen ...If one day you need this kind of service try to look for the best option don’t take your business to this place.

Went to other place in the mall first but they messed up the home button on my phone, Hitech Repairs was able to fix it in 30 mins with warranty.

My note 4 would never charge. Gave it to Hi tech and got it fixed the same day! I would definitely go back to them and would recommend all to go here because they are very helpful.

Horrible experience. Do not recommend. Bought a Groupon and instead of trying to fix the issue because I had bought the wrong screen repair for an IPhone, this person who can’t even speak English properly told me I can’t pay the difference and I need to go and buy another Groupon. I did this and then I called back and he said he could not accept it because the person I had gifted the Groupon to he had negotiated a better price with her than Groupon which I then stated it was not true because I had a special coupon for being a good customer of Groupon and I received a better price than the one he was givIng to my friend. Totally horrible customer service, no consideration for the customer and they will do everything to not honor Groupons. Avoid this place. I never will do business again with thia place. And like other reviews, they don’t even repair the screens right. My friend told me that her phone is not functioning correctly now. So this place doesn’t know what they are doing either.

**DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN REPLACED HERE **worst experience ever... I was completely mislead by the google reviews.So my friend dropped my phone accidentally and cracked my screen. I have the iPhone 7. He searched up places to get screen fixed and this place was kind of close (20 mins away) and happen to have a sale of $89 and also reviews on GOOGLE did not seem bad (dont trust google reviews..). So we went, phone screen was replaced seemed like everything was solved.We drove 20 mins back home and the moment I stepped out of my friends car, my iPhone screen was unresponsive to any touch. I was getting annoyed because that night I also had to study for an exam the next day. So I just took my car and drove another 20 mins back to the place. They were baffled as to why the screen stopped working. After another hour they replaced my screen again and told me it was because I didnt update my iPhone software so if affected the new replacement screen. They ASSURED me there will be no more issue and that there is a 30 day warranty. Although I was telling them that yeah even with the 30 day warranty, I dont have time to keep making trips like this, like PLEASE really make sure nothing is wrong.Fast forward 2 weeks later during one morning, my iPhone alarms go off for class and I tried turning them off and my phone screen was unresponsive AGAIN. I couldnt turn my phone off and I couldnt turn my alarms off. Im really busy with full day of classes and I had to stick my iPhone in a drawer to mask the sound and wait for it to die. I was SO PISSED. I couldnt even take it in right away because my schedule was so full and again during exam week. I only had free time on Thursday so I waited till then without a phone. But by then when the phone turned back on, the screen was working again so I decided not to go.I thought everything will be fine and that was just a weird hiccup. NOPE. My phone would now randomly become unresponsive and I would have to press the side button to turn the screen off and on for it to work again....I am EXTREMELY ANNOYED at this situation and upset and I will wait until I have some money to take it to an Apple Store instead.....I just hope no one else has to go through this ever again. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. IM SAVING YOU A LONG ROAD OF HEADACHE AND INCONVENIENCE
