Paul was nothing short of excellent throughout the entire process. PC was having major issues, and I needed to stay in contact with him constantly for a third party. Very friendly, very responsive, incredible prices, the whole works. Calls back very quickly and is very thorough with what he does. Wouldnt recommend anyone else for anything computer-related.

When the pandemic started I had to begin working at home. Zytek helped me set up my office. They worked with me to set up a docking station that was compatible with my work computer. He also kept to his timeline and prices are very reasonable.An older gentleman was also doing business in the shop who seemed to very much trust this shop. I have used Zytek for many years. I am a Sr. that loves the computer but have no idea what to do when something goes wrong. Paul, Rudy and their staff have always been there for me. From suggesting software to upgrading y system when I need to and solving my issues. Thank God we still have small businesses like Zytek that have customer service as a priority. They did a great job updating my Windows PC!

I had a Dell touchscreen that I took in for them to take a look at. I had gone to another place closer to my work in Des Plaines and they charged me hundreds of dollars to try to fix it and obviously never did. I took it to Zytek and after a day saw that there were just snaps holding the body in place that wasnt properly aligned. They held it for a day to make sure the issue wasnt still happening and when I picked it up they didnt charge me a dime since they said it was basically a free diagnostic and they didnt do much. Highly recommend this place and will be coming back with all my computer issues in the future.

I found this shop a while back when I had a computer problem I couldnt fix. Sometimes I can do my own computer stuff but Im not a computer guy. Thats okay because Paul at Zytec definitely takes good care of my PC and laptop needs.Most recently he repaired my kids old HP desktop with Vista 64. It was well worth it, as all their programs are on their PC and it would take a lot a messing around with and setting up another expensive new computer.His evaluation is free and if he deems your PC its not worth repairing he will tell you straight out. Theyre in it for the long run and thats why hes not trying to retire on every repair.Thats why Im giving Zytec Services a five star rating!
