Martine and Dustin were absolutely amazing! I made the mistake of going inside several minutes before closing and they treated me like it was no problem at all. Patient, understanding and neither of them gave me any trouble. They made me feel like family and with the current situation of the world, a lot of people are losing that. Not with them, so I thank them both for helping me and making me feel good. If youre looking for excellent customer service as well as laughs, go see them. Theyll help you just like they helped me.

Lying deceptive practices. Sold me a washer as new only to find out it was 3 years old and not under warranty and that they did not have to service it because I paid it off in full within 5 months. Martine replaced it with a new washer and told me I would be keeping it and it was under 2 year warranty. 3 months later someone showed up without notice to swap them out. They tried to give me the old unit that was used but sold to me as new back. The problem is that it is no longer under warranty and babers doesnt have to service it. I asked Jessica for the number to the regional manager and she informed me that the regional manager said she could not give me his number. I then asked for the number to corporate and she said Im just am assistant, I dont have that information.

Have always had a great experience with Martine.. has always answered all my questions and is a wonderful person .. only reason I keep shopping there is because of her..

They have amazing workers

This is the Worst store I have Ever rented from I went in there about a month and a half ago to get some Ac units The guy in there told me that he had a couple in the back but they might Be rough looking said he could work a deal out with me because I was going to get two So we found two that somewhat work so he told me that if I paid the full price a week on them when he got two new ones in that he was going to order the next week he would bring the new ones out and take the old ones back after a week of having ACs one AC went out so I called them and asked him to try to find me another one or bring meAnother one but they told me they didn’t have no more and I didn’t have nobody working that can come out and get So about four weeks go bye because I paid monthly on him I go back into the store and ask him where the new ACs was that he was supposed to have ordered and brought back to my house Three weeks ago and he told me that he ordered them but his District manager would not order no new ACs so I asked him what he was going to do about the one that was out for the almost 3 weeks he told me that he couldn’t come out and get it Or credit the three weeks that I did not word to the one that was working and I told him that was not the deal we had that the deal we had was that I was supposed to have two new ACs delivered to my house a week after I got them never wanted to come out and get them tell me that He cannot do nothing about it because he didn’t have no delivery drivers or no help in the store he was the only one there so I told him I wanted the district manager or whoever was over his head’s number and he gave me a wrong number so I had to call another store and get the districts managers number and I called them and left a message for him to call me back and get back with me and they refused to call and get a hold of me babies has gone to garbage are used to buy TVs couches and pay them off but now I won’t buy nothing from them ever again I do not recommend nobody going to the store or anyone in this area because they’re all under the same district Manager

Customer service is always amazing and they are priced good. Manager Mack always goes above and beyond.
