Body Mind Spirit Salon and Day Spa was amazing today while helping me get ready for my engagement pics that will take place this afternoon. Rebekah was such a great stylist, asking me questions and complimenting me about my hair the entire time! My hair looks, feels and smells awesome. I cant wait to see how my pictures come out and I am very much looking forward to coming back with my bridal party on the day of my wedding in March. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Jessica is just the greatest. Even if I go six months between appointments, she just whips off all of the old dead hair and brings everything back to life. I always leave with exactly the hair cut I was hoping for, no surprises. This may seem like a small thing, but honestly, after the year weve had, feeling special and being happy with your haircut is ranks pretty high! She is an artist, and a delightful person on top of it all. I also love being able to book an appointment online, and the text confirmations and reminders are great.

My appointment was the first one of the day so I was the only one in there with my stylist Chelsea, but it was clean when I arrived and it looked the same as I was leaving. Everything was cleaned and sanitized after me. I love the cut I got, Chelsea listened to me exactly and i got exactly what I asked for. I will be going back to get a color very soon!!!

I had been coming here for waxes for years, but this was my first time getting a haircut at Mind Body Spirit. I was especially nervous going in during the pandemic. Oh my gosh was it a great and relaxing experience! Not only was both my cut and color done fabulously (Jess is amazing!) but the whole process felt safe. They have UV air filters and keep the number of people in the shop very low. Would highly recommend!!

The Salon is very professional and safe, following great protocols (everyone masked, taking temp when you first walk in, contactless payment, etc). Tony is fantastic, and my headscape never looked so good. Hell make your significant other do a double take when you walk in the door after hes done with you. My wife schedules my follow-up appointments, not leaving anything to chance.

From the moment I walked in ~ to the moment I left everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Megan did permanent eyeliner on me and I LOVE IT! Its only been a few weeks and I have an appointment for touchups BUT I dont even think I need one. Im very excited about not having to apply eyeliner everyday. Just went in to get some much needed help with my eyebrows. First, this place is absolutely beautiful inside and feels so relaxing and luxurious. It smells divine inside! Madison brought me right in, where we discussed what I was looking for. Let me tell you, this girl is like a magician! I walked out feeling like a million dollars, and regretting not scheduling a pedicure appointment as well because those seats looked amazing. 😍 I live about an hour away, but have family in the area. I have been going to Kaela Harris for about a year, and boy I wish I knew her for years because she’s AMAZING!! She is an expert and always provides me with exceptional service with my hair looking gorgeous and healthy each time!Most recently, I asked her for some low lights and she is honestly a magician! My hair was wicked bad (due to Covid) and lots of split ends and my blonde highlights were sad but she made me look like a superstar after she was done! Chelsea did an absolutely amazing job on my hair❤️ My hair hasn’t been cut or colored in quite awhile because, well, a baby takes up most of my free time. I showed her pics of what I wanted and she definitely delivered! She’s also pursued her own education into hair chemistry and techniques to help understand the whole process behind different hair types and treatments so she can achieve exactly what her clients are looking for. Besides all of that, she’s incredibly nice and down to earth and she made me feel sooooo comfortable. I can’t wait for my next appointment😊❤️

Yesterday was my first time going to this salon and I had a wonderful experience! Kaela did an amazing job with my full foil and cut. It is the perfect shade of blonde! This is also my first time going to a salon since they have reopened and they are very diligent with sanitizing, wearing face masks and also doing a temperature check upon arrival. Kaela was great in communicating with me when I can come into the salon since they cannot have a waiting area. The atmosphere of the salon is beautiful and relaxing, with lots of natural light. They also have a great outdoor porch with rocking chairs to sit when you need to let your foils process. I am so happy to have found this salon, and a big thank you to Kaela for an amazing cut and color!

From start to finish I had an excellent experience with Kaela at Body, Mind, and Spirit. We talked collaboratively of what I wanted to do and what would make sense. She talked me through everything and then did an amazing job with the balayage. I even got to sit outside on the rocking chair while it processed. So relaxing! Then I tried a new cut and she did it perfectly! I left feeling amazing!

Yesterday I’ve been to the salon for the first time. I had a delightful experience with Chelsea! I’ve got color and hair cut. She is very nice, professional and a pleasant company to talk to. The salon is clean and beautiful. I definitely recommend this place!

My first and last appointment. I scheduled a single color hair appointment priced at $65. The colorist suggested a partial foil which I consented to. When I went to pay I was surprised that the bill was $115. My colorist was already working on her next client so I could not discuss this with her. I would normally not mind paying more but I would have appreciated a heads up on this. Never again.

Didnt care for the owner I found her to be rude, I had been there several times a few years ago first few appts.where fine then the owner did my hair and she was very rude to me. I havent been back since.

Jessica was extremely accommodating, waking up early for a 6:30 bridal hair and makeup trial since I was flying in from out of town. She was detail oriented, gave me many options, and made my makeup look very natural. Cant wait for the wedding!Update: Jessica did a phenomenal job - my hair looked great and she was patient when I made a change the day-of. My makeup looked natural (I looked like me!) and the morning was stress free. I would highly recommend!

Great salon, friendly and skilled stylists. Have been twice and have been very happy with my hair cuts. The only negatives for me were that the front-buttoned aprons are very open in front so I had cut hair inside my shirt and all over my clothes, and the paddle and round brushes they used had a lot of other peoples hair on them.

This was my first time going to this salon and I had Lorena Prunier do a Full Balayage. It was great and she was so kind to talk to! She knew exactly what to do and was very educated on the products when I asked for more information. I would highly recommend her.

I started going about a year ago to Body, Mind, Spirit Salon and Day Spa. I did some research before going as I was looking for a clean and sanitary place to get my nails done as well as a place that offered more natural products. It also came highly recommend by a friend. I first had a facial- which was relaxing and produced great results for my skin. I also have had numerous manicures and pedicures which were relaxing as well. Chelsea cuts and colors my hair as well as cutting my 4 year old daughters hair- she does an amazing job! Im super picky about choosing a place that is cleanly and professional. Highly recommend this salon!!!

Katey Rose did a fabulous job taking me and hair from ho-hum to fabulous. My style is once again edgy and so easy to work with. This was my first visit to the salon. My suggestion to management is to improve the lighting and positioning of mirrors. A girl needs to be able to easily gaze upon her new look! Cant wait for my next visit.

Cant say enough about the staff, my experience was outstanding. Loved my head massage while getting my hair washed and the finished product is amazing. Definitely recommend!!!

Went for a big change, long hair to short asymmetrical Bob. I was super nervous about chopping all of my hair off. I love it! The color looks natural and brightens my face, and the cut is so cute and fun. My hair feels amazing and I cant wait to play around with it!

Ive gotten my hair cut here twice now by Chelsea, who is great to talk to and great at what she does. This place is definitely more upscale than your average salon and thats reflected in their prices, but they also have free wine and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere so its worth it.

Ive been seeing Jessica for years, she is absolutely amazing and a true artist with hair and nails! Katie Rose has done updos for me, and Meghan does a gorgeous job on my eyebrows and eyelashes.
