Had a appointment set up a week in advance. I was sent a confirmation text. I responded to the text with Y to confirm. I received a confirmation text back. I show up 10 minutes early for my appointment, was then told my appointment was given away because I didnt confirm it. I responded that I had, and showed them, the text messages. Either way they were now booked on all appointments and could not see me. I received no email or other text saying my appointment had been canceled.My job doesnt not allow me to answer my personal phone during the day. I usually set everything to text messages or email, as I can respond to those much faster. Moral of the story, is that if you confirm through text messages, they probably will not be paying attention to it. Nor, will they contact through other forms of communication i.e. email or text. Will not be returning to this office.

They’ve been extremely helpful and very kind through the whole process! Helped me fix my taxes in a timely manor and always explained everything very well. Would recommend to anyone!

We just love Mousa and he is always so helpful and friendly. Even tho my husband is on hospice and couldnt come in as I had power of attorney he just went ahead and got this organized. We look forward to seeing him every year.

As soon as my husband and I walked in (we hadn’t even fully made it through the door or even said a word) the lady at the front desk looked at us in a rude way kinda like “what do you want?” And we asked if we could get help with something and the whole time it was like she was trying to argue with me about what I needed help with. She was treating me like I was dumb when she just wasn’t understanding my questions and she was twisting what I would say. I definitely wouldn’t go there ever again!

This is my 8th consecutive year with H&R Block and my Tax Preparer, James Smith. I actually look forward to it every year. I have a high level of confidence that James is doing everything by-the-book so I dont have to sweat the constant tax law changes and that he is working in my best interest to get me the biggest return and advise me on what I do need to know.

Our tax pro, Laurie Redman, is very knowledgeable and handled our tax return including a house sale in California and finalizing our California and Oregon tax returns. She answered any questions we had. We will see her next year.
