Knowledgeable staff and quality fitness trainers. Although its still a fairly new gym thats been around for about a year now.. It could definitely use an upgrade with equipement. Such as... Declined bench press/bench, deadlifting equipment, access to HIT workout space and equipement during specific times. Im sure theres more that could be either upgraded or added for better workout options. There is no hydro beds available nor is there tanning. You pay for these things when you start your membership but its yet to even be finished after 1 year of being open and being promoted as part of membership.. Would make these gym A1 if it was up and running. On the plus side they did fulfill their promise in opening their sauna. It could be hotter though Im not sure the regulations on that. It sits between 65°C and 70°C. And fits about 4 to 5 people outside of covid regulations. Maybe 2 people at most with covid rules. Bottled water sold at this gym is below quality. High PH water would be solid. Showing support for health of your customers goes a long way even if its just available water. Though covid regulations are in place... Would be nice if the gym was open for longer hours of operation. Id say other than these few minor adjustments that could be made. This gym has a very good vibe and if you dont mind spending $40 to get a general workout in.. Nothing too intense. This is a gym worth getting involved in. Classes are provided! Which is great! Kickboxing, yoga, HIT workouts, PF Training! All worth it for $40. Regardless of not having tanning and hydro beds.

Tyler has done wonders in hiring staff members that are very helpful, caring. Tyler made me feel very welcome and went out of his way to make sure my needs where met. Very rare now a days. Strongly recommend this neighborhood gym. Clean and well manicured place. Thx Tyler! For reinstating my membership.

I love working out here. The gym is brand new, and all of the equipment is functional, clean, and modern. The staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to motivate you when you’re struggling through reps. I love the personal trainers here! Asya has been essential in guiding me through my weight loss journey. For the first time in my life, I actually enjoy exercising. The prices are incredibly fair for the benefits members receive.I can’t wait for the saunas to open.

Really nice gym. Positive environment. Friendly Staff. Only down side is the gym hours. Hopefully they change to longer hours !

Ive been with this gym since it opened, and Im quite pleased with it. The staff is very nice and will greet you as you walk in. The facilities are clean and orderly, and the other members do a good job of replacing equipment and wiping down machines. Has all the amenities Id need for a good workout, and accommodating hours!

Love the new gym. Anxious for ride bicycles and RIDE classes, lifting classes and TVs when on the cardio machines. We would come on the weekends if gym opened at 7am. All the staff is super friendly.

Everyone is really nice and helpful. The whole facility is very clean and there are a lot of options. The E-Zone classes are worth the premier membership!

Visited and signed up the other day based on the glowing reviews I read on Google. It lives up the the hype! Excellent facility with everything you need, even a sauna! 6/5 stars
