Excellent repair . This was on an Audi Q7 and the paint was excellent. No fisheyes, debris nubs, swirls and the mean average was nearly exact to factory specs. Color was a perfect match. Always a pleasure working with this shop because they make my job easy. I hate going out and having to document bad repairs for 3 hours, especially since I get paid on a flat rate. Great Job as usual!

Went to speak with Donny who helped my brother with his recent hit & run costing almost 12k. He looked at my small concern offered a quick fix adjustment to align one of the many things done wrong at another larger more easily seen shop shop I will not even mention by name but will make sure to recommend Precision. Its a little hard to find but GPS will get you there and well worth any effort!

Work was finally completed on the Nassau Blue repaint of my ’65 Corvette coupe at Jerry’s Body and Paint (Precision Body & Paint of Gresham). I couldn’t recommend this shop more strongly for paint and body work on C1, C2 and C3 Vettes.I’ve owned my car for over 50 years and know its history well; it was my daily driver for many years. It was repainted in the late 1990’s and had a couple minor ding repairs but nothing serious. Over the last few years the dreaded paint bubbles began to form up front and previous body repairs began to show. Also, original factory seams were cracking thru the paint in a few places. It was time for a makeover.All of the blemishes were treated and the complete front hood surround was replaced. Body was stripped down, doors, trim, headlight buckets and hood off. Paint/primer system recommended by the paint rep after an on-site consultation was applied.Jonah Mezgar is the hands-on manager of the restoration and paint work done in the shop. Jonah’s 16 years of experience specializing in these vintage Vettes has familiarized him with every detail of the body and trim. He was also very patient with me visiting to check on progress.This was an expensive project and it took time but I would do it again in an instant.

Precision did a quality job of repairing my car last year after a minor traffic accident. I dropped in today to get a small touch up done on the bumper. They gladly did this right away and sent me on my way. Class act Brent, thank you, who was over from the Beaverton location for the day. Thank you Precision. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing! From start to finish they were amazing. They fought to make sure I got OEM parts in my 2018 Tacoma. Work was done beautifully- you wouldn’t even know there was damage prior. I’ve had 5 different insurance claim repairs done here and I’ll keep coming back. They might not be 100% perfect(nothing is) I’ve had to come back for a few things here and there that got overlooked but overall I’d recommend them based on their customer service and quality work.

I recently took my 2016Town and Country in for repair of a hit and run that occurred in a mall parking lot. When I picked it up after the repair, it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor! It had been thoroughly cleaned in and out, and the repair was not at all visible.I strongly recommend Jerrys and have let my friends and family know how pleased I am with their work.

Ive used Jerrys Custom Paint and Collision a couple times. Great work. They are helpful and informative. They know how to work with insurance companies. I would not hesitate referring people to Jerry!

They Had my truck over a week promising to get to it day after day just to give me a quote. They quoted me more than the truck was worth and thats fine but the problem was they wanted to charge me $60 days storage when it was their fault that they stalled day after day plus $300 for the labor for the quote. So for simple quote they were going to charge me over $1100 but after complaining they lowered the amount Two $550, for just a quote.

Fixed my back bumper and more! They were so detail oriented and fixed a leak in my back bumper area that was causing mold. You have a customer for life! Thanks.

I had a recent fender bender and Jerrys team took really good care of my car, making sure the insurance was billed. They made the process easy.

Extremely friendly, and very thorough. Definitely my #1 choice for any insurance or custom work.

Miss ordering parts for my car, the bumper did not align or fit closely. Miss installing rear hatch door clips and causing an annoying rattle. My dealership shop actually figured it out and did not charge me for it. Kept telling me what date my car would be ready, but it is always not. My rear emblem letters were installed not in a straight horizontal line.

Paint job is only 6 yrs old and is failing. Jerry should have used a Base-Clearcoat process, like it had on it from the factory. Not the cheap single stage paint, that is now failing.... Over$7500 went into your pocket jerry..... the black that is the original paint, looks like brand new still, but the red that you painted is terrible. Fading, cracking and pitting on, the hood, upper edges of doors, fenders, rear quarter panels and the rear deck and spoiler.....If i use mirror glaze and wax, it will look better for a couple days. I keep it covered and have to sell it. You destroyed the value of this cherry ride. You committed insurance fraud as well, charging to blend all these areas, new exhaust and suspension that wasnt replaced. You talked my mom into paying $250 more to paint all of the red, then tried to charge another $200 for the 8 or 10 inches of molding on the sides of the car. I just sold this car for $5000.00 with under 75k miles on it. Had the paint been restored, as was promised, it would have been worth nearly $10,000.00. It makes me sick. This guy needs to be put out of business, one way or another. I will see you again someday Jerry, believe that. Karma will get you, after i get mine.

No one ever likes to back into a brick mail box but when one does, Jerrys is the place to go. The attention to detail its amazing and I couldnt tell what I had done after he and his crew were done with my rig.

Please be wary of the new Jerrys Custom Paint under Precision Auto Body & Paint and management. Benjamin Ben Snyder is another typical crooked production manager that focuses more on scamming insurers and profit for the shop, than the quality of your vehicle or you as a customer.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I had a classic car towed in, long story short after finding out the car was going to cost 3 times more to fix than estimated I decided to not repair the car however it took them 3 weeks to tell me this so when I wanted to take my car I was hanged daily storage and for 10+ hours of labor. They removed the front window hood and hood latch bracket the. They would never give me a written break down of the hours charged still after 12 months of asking. DONT TRUST THEM
