Went here at recommendation of insurance company. After picking vehicle up and driving home, I noticed rear bumper a bit off kilter. Went back in and showed to original estimator, and made an appointment to return to get repaired. Screws were tightened up that were loose, but after further examination today, I find that the rear bumper is still off kilter and NOT back to original condition. Dont know if they should have completely replaced the rear bumper, or if they could have repaired it by removing the bumper from the vehicle. The first 2 pictures are the left side of vehicle, the other 3 are right side.
Andrew was fabulous!!! I needed a part very quickly so my son could move back to Vermont. I came in at 2:00 in the afternoon and he had it the very next day!!! They were all courteous and willing to help.
Caliber collision has done excellent work they have more than one shop to get the job done and satisfied with the work theyve done on my Dodge
Had my Car repaired twice in two weeks. Two different accidents. They did great work on my car and returned it fast. I need to have them repair my wifes car now as she just got backed into in a parking lot
Office and service employees were very professional and polite. Repairs were Finished before expected And the staff have continued to be Accommodating after job was completed.
Communication was amazing. They worked hard and fast! Highly recommend
Very professional service. My first call netted me an appointment time for assessment of damages and inquiries regarding loaner car options. I was kept informed of progress during each step of the repair. ALSO, instead of the estimated seven days, my car was finished in five! I am very happy with the result.
This was a BIG job and although it took longer than I expected, Caliber did a great job and made sure everything was to my satisfaction.
Caliber collision was very professional prompt and kept me informed of the process in progress of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend caliber collision to my friends and family that are in need I’m having body work done to their car.
Very professional. My car was rear ended and they did a fantastic job all the way around. kept me up to date on the progress. Delivered my car earlier that expected. The finish work was flawless, like it never happened. The staff was thoughtful and safe with masking and the spacing in the office. Very appreciative of their work.
This business was great to work with.
I had a lady back into the front of my car at the gas station. She did some damage to the front end of my car. Caliber did a excellent job with the repairs. Great staff that works there. They all did a outstanding job.
Very good shop with great people.
They were extremely helpful, friendly and went above and beyond when helping me get my Jeep back. I would highly recommend their services. They did an excellent job!
Professional Work, Excellent Staff and friendly people. Tom went above and beyond making sure I received my Vehicle in the time frame he quoted. And that I was going to be happy with their workmanship...... Very Satisfied Customer 👍💖
Someone hit my car so I took it to Caliber Collision. They did a great job on my car. They also did it in a very timely manner. But I have to say that their customer service was the best. I was having issues with Kemper insurance and Caliber took over so I no longer had to deal with Kemper. Then after dropping my car off I had a death in the family. Caliber was so kind. They stored my Infinity at their shop for the weekend so I wouldnt have to drive all the way back to pick my car up. These people not only do great work but I believe they truly care about their customers. And thats hard to find these days! I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
Did a nice job on repairs, resourcing parts is another thing.
Loved my experience, very nice, recommend Andrew he a Hard working Father just trynna get by !!
Very friendly group, kept me updated while they fixed my car, due to being rear ended. I was updated daily. Prices were great! Would recommend with a 10!
Repaired my vehicle after I was rear ended. It took a long time because it was difficult to get parts during covid, so that is not their fault. It also took longer than expected because the damage was more severe than originally thought. They were professional and kept me informed during the entire process.
I brought my car to Caliber Collision for a reparation and it was a great experience. Customer service was excellent. Reparation was fast and great. I highly recommend this place.
Replaced bumper and exhaust tip and hitch matched paint perfectly. Experience was 5 star
Great and honest people!
LMy car looks great and the service was on point!
Recently we were rear ended and brought our car to Abra Auto Body in Gresham, OR for repairs. The timing was unfortunate because we had an upcoming family reunion in just 10 days and needed our car to ferry around out-of-towners. Corey was assigned to our case and he provided excellent service. We received a daily update on the progress of the repairs. The work was done to our great satisfaction and the best part was that our car was returned the day before our reunion. We are extremely happy with the outcome of this experience. Many thanks to Corey and those who worked on our car!
The staff is friendly and helpful and my car was repaired beautifully and in a very short time. 11/10. Would recommend to anyone.
Quick, great work, and great customer service. I mostly dealt with John. He answered all my questions, kept me updated on their progress, and quickly took care of everything. They dealt w/my insurance direct, and I didnt have any issues. My car looks as good as new!
Very friendly and informative. Very professional.
Excellent customer service and beautiful work
The company is exceptional to work with. John kept me in the loop while my car was being repaired; When I picked up the car it had been washed and detailed on the inside! It is rare to find a company that goes the extra mile. They did a great job and turn around time was quick. I will be referring them to all of my friends. Sherrell
Well they had to bump my appraisal from last monday to next Tuesday. Theyre short handed and we were on fire... so I get it. They just shouldve called or text instead of waiting for me to show up...
I was recently in a accident where my car was t-boned, a week before Christmas. Despite the slowdown of the holidays, Jordan at ABRA kept me informed every day or so. It really helped to know the progress so I could plan my days accordingly. Repairs were done expertly, and I was very impressed with the quality as well as the service. I hope Im not in a collision again, but if so, I will go here again.
Today when I arrived I was so worried i couldnt pay my deductable for a vandalism done to my car. A pro from caliber collisions took time from his day to help me find discount tires and drop the claim and even stood in the rain to help put the tires on for free. In no way did they profit. Thats integrity. Im forever greatful and would recommend to everyone. Thank you so much caliber collision for showing us some good In the world today!
I did my internship their for paint refinishing during jobcore. My stay and work their was really great and helpful. They work with a fast past got things done on time too. They are really nice and caring to their customers as well as how they take care of their customers vehicles. This place has a friendly atmosphere here.
Customer service needs work. They were not very thorough with work that was completed when you pick up your car. They just expect you to be perfectly fine with your car when they pull up and hand you the keys. When asked to go over what was completed the guy was nonchalant and was like oh yeah we replaced that and later to find out they didnt actually replace the piece it was just painted and put back on...given the part was for a vehicle over 2 years old so it was if it can be fixed then fix, if not it had to be replaced per my insurance. Had to return the vehicle due to the front fender not matching up physically to the rest of the car. Not level with the hood like the other fender.
Dont come here if you are dealing with insurance! They dont do quick estimates, and based on what the mechanic told me he was just going to repair my car without telling me the estimate or OKing it with my insurance first - this was after I came in specifically looking for an estimate and asking if the damage was likely to be more than the car is worth (my car was really old and not worth much). So the mechanic didnt have time to do what I asked - an estimate, but had time to see if my door would open (he was gone at least 10 min+ in the shop with my car). In that time the receptionist set up the earliest appointment available for 2 days later. Then he comes back in, says it should be an emergency repair, which somehow bumps my appointment to 3 days later. Again, I asked Is the earliest you can do an ESTIMATE? to which they said yes, and then the mechanic said I can give you the estimate before we replace your door if you want - um, of course I want that. That is what I came in for, an estimate so my insurance can decide if it is actually going to cover the repairs or call it a total loss, plus in Oregon you cant charge more then the estimate and I wouldnt pay I a thing if they actually went and did unauthorized work on my car!So immediately after this, I went to a different auto body shop, got a visual estimate with pictures (what my insurance NEEDED) in less time it took these dingoes to fiddle with my door and not know how to set an appointment, and guess what - my car is a total loss. Kadels in Gresham was total failure. I am so, so glad they were too busy to actually get my car in - reading the reviews they are used to just ignoring what the customer wants when they come in and will just start working and that would have screwed me over!
My experience at Kadels was excellent and included a cleanup of my truck both inside and out. The inside was not expected as all repairs were external. The staff were all courteous and helpfulThe finished repair looked great.I highly recommend them
Best auto repair place I have been to.Loved the e-mail updates and great customer service. My car looks good as new.
Brought my car in to get a quick estimate for insurance purposes. All they had to do was look at my car and tell me whether the damage would total my $3000 car or not, I already had an estimate from another shop for them to go off of, and they told me I needed to schedule an appt, even though it takes about 15 minutes (based on my experience with two other shops), I was irritated but said that would be okay. They said they would call me the next day to set up the appt, and I heard nothing for a week. I brought my car in again today an hour before they closed and asked again if they could give me an estimate, and they gave me the same spiel. When I told them that I already tried scheduling an appt with them, they said best they could do was 9am the next day. Not overly impressed considering almost any other body shop would just give an estimate on the spot.
What can you say about the best service and frankly The Best auto body shop any where.Look, these people are True Professionals, from the moment you walk into their office to the moment your vehicle is brought up from the body shop they treat you as the only customer they have.I can mention Tom, he handled my case, the best, they will go above and beyond the call of duty to make your unpleasant experience a truely painless and enjoyable experience. My insurance company recommended them and I trust USAA as my insurance company because they want the best for their clients also.Your really in good hands here, give them the keys and leave it to them..!
I dont know anything about this place. I give the benefit of the doubt.
They treated me like a sister needing help. They bent backwards to fix my problem. Mike was so great.. Convenient having a ride to my work and also to pick me up when the job was done. Thank you!!!! Monika Deitchman
Told me my car wasnt repairable, totaled, scrap. I mostly fixed it myself in my driveway, wasnt perfect, but I have a paid off car that paid me back for my wreck. After seeing some videos of their stuff Im glad I didnt let them touch it. That feeling also goes along with some other times Ive had to deal with them and fixing their work after they repaired it. I thought they had changed after changing names and ownership, guess not
Went in for a estimate and it went quicker than I thought. I was in and out in like 15 mins.
Great customer service
These place its amazing the best costumer service available
After having - twice, now - warranty work completed on my vehicle, Im forced to amend my initial review.Kadels failed to get the repair work on my trunks moisture (read: rainwater, Caressa water, et al) seals, resulting in a fast-growing, rampant mold on all my things that lived in the trunk - some not replaced inexpensively. This I brought to the attention of Kadels, who (awesomely) warranties their work for life. Twice. They fixed it. Twice. And its not fixed. I can agree that -some- degree of water ingress is unavoidable...Im a reasonable man...but this is too damn much! Ive got mold covering diaper bags, the crate that contains my extra oil, Fix-a-Flat, maintenance items, and whatever else.I cant use my trunk anymore, since any fabric item will grow mold in ~16-24 hrs (yes, fast!) and non-porous items grow surface mold in mere days (less than a week).Now...to be fair, Ive considered the possibility that this mold issue isnt entirely the fault of Kadels. However, prior to the accident in which I was rear-ended, wrecking the original trunk seal, this never happened!Only after it was repaired by Kadels the first time, did I trust the new seal (why not? Theyve done me great service in the past!) and consequently paid for it w/ ruined belongings.Try as I did, the mold that had taken hold of several fabric-type items proved too difficult to completely extract, leaving a stain, but evidently, dead mold. Win!Bottom line, up front:Kadels has, in the past, been a top-shelf, exceptional body shop, w/ caring and patient employees. They dealt w/ all the insurance mess, and repaired my vehicle and the vehicles of a couple others whom I recommended very well - years back. Now, (2017, and 2015/2016 when I originally posted) it seems they may be coasting on a reputation hard-won but no longer accurate. Its possible that Im an anomaly, but I doubt it. You dont get it wrong twice (and it still needs repair...grr!) by paying attention and doing great work....that only happens when youre rushing, youre too busy, over-worked, underpaid, playing catch-up, dont know what youre doing, or dont even care.Nobody wants any person w/ the just-mentioned attributes to be working on their vehicle!Come on, Kadels! You guys once made me RAVE about how amazing your work was, and how OUTSTANDING your customer service was!Come back, before its too late.(Below is my unedited original post, for posterity)Kadels (apparently, its ABRA now) has done work on two of my own vehicles, as well as a couple of my other family members vehicles, from 2001 - 2015.I gave Kadels my claim #, & they did the rest. Offered rides as a convenience, arranged rental cars as necessary. Very professional & pleasant people. The work has always been flawless, & attention to (especially) small details is the best.Possibly my only (very minor) caviat to this review is that it took a full week to complete, as part acquisition posed an issue for an extra couple days. No biggie.Vehicles always returned in detailed, sparkling brilliant clean. Nice touch. From the bottom of my heart, you guys rock.
Nice people and great work.
Amazing body shop!
