I scheduled my appointment online for 3:00, When I arrived I was told by Michele that she was running late and that it would just be a minute, I was fine with that until it turned into 30 minutes, kinda defeats the whole point of online scheduling.When I finally got into the chair I explained what I wanted and she started cutting. I mentioned that I did not want to see any scalp and that I did not want a cut too short. Next thing I know I look in the mirror and I see an area cut to were I can see scalp. I then mentioned it in a very polite manner and my opinion was shot down much like the rest of the comments and requests I made during the visit. She was too busy talking to the next guests about their personal lives to pay any attention to me I guess.She was obviously rushing my haircut which I paid $40 for and foolishly left a tip. Maybe next time she should spend more time with her current customer instead of talking to the customer she is not seeing. Extremely unprofessional, most definitely will not be back, avoid if you enjoy decent haircuts.

Danielle Burton gave my the best haircut I’ve had in a long time! So precise and made sure everything looked perfect. She was also very skilled with a razor. My wife loved the job she did.

Michele is really 1 of a kind she does a jam up job on cuts and beards. And the beer tastes great too. She will always have my business.The Liberty Beer is great as well.

My family and I LOVE going to see Michelle for our hair cuts! Liberty is always clean and has an amazing environment. it is the only place my two boys (5 and 2yrs old) will get there hair cut. They also have a new beer brewed just for them and it is amazing!!!

Michele and Amber are very skilled at what they do. Ive been getting half my head shaved with Michele for almost 2 years now and shes always professional and energetic. Whether its a straight razor, clippers, or scissors, Michele can handle anything. Brand new location and the decor is just as funky and fun as the original location. I found and chose this place after looking at a few barbershops in the Greer area. I work nearby and wanted someplace close I knew I could go to if I want to get a cut on my lunch break. I have always gone to another barbershop in the past, but they are too far away to get there and back during a lunch hour. I say all that just to say I was taking a risk on this place. I’d received no personal recommendations and was only going off of what I found online.It is nestled in a strip mall and was relatively easy to find. Parking was not a problem. Walking inside, the shop is a little on the smaller side but still a modest space. You’re not going to feel cramped. They have a nice look and feel inside that definitely gives a barbershop vibe and fits with Liberty’s overall motif. I had chosen Ashley as my barber as she had some last minute availability. I booked with her online through their simple booking tool.Ashley was very nice and welcoming to me as a new client. Throughout the haircut she was friendly and engaging. She was also attentive and understood what I was looking for in a haircut. I have nothing but nice things to say about her as a stylist and would definitely return to her.Overall, I’m glad I made the choice to check this place out. If you’re looking for a contemporary barbershop in the Greer area that has a friendly staff and atmosphere and that carries good products then this is worth checking out.The good: friendliness, cleanliness, decor, solid haircut. Again, can’t say enough about how awesome and skilled Ashley was. If you like pretty mainstream products like Reuzel and Suavecito they carry those. If your barber recommends them, take their recommendation if you’re currently using hair gel. They know what they’re talking about.The bad: Personal preference but I wish the cut and beard trim took just a few minutes longer. They quote it at about 45 minutes but if it were an hour I feel like it would be a better value. Some places take an hour for the same service and it does make a difference. If you just want a simple in-and-our service, however, this will not apply to you.

My husband and two small boys (5 and 3) have been seeing Michele for several months. Their hair has never looked better. My husband tried other shops and I’d taken my boys to all the kiddie places, but I was never satisfied with their cuts until they started going to Liberty. We love the new Greer location since it’s easier for us to get to. The decor is cool and my boys love when it’s time to go see Ms. Michele. All the other folks there are super friendly too.

Amazing guest experience. The layout is really nice! Easy to access from Wade Hampton Blvd or Buncomb Rd. Full service barbers that can create any style asked for or replicate any photo presented to them. Where else can you go to get amazing beautiful ladies style you so you can look your best??? Im giving one star because the place is nice inside, but quite frankly I will never come back to this place. Im not sure about anyone else but I payed $40 for simple trim that felt rushed, didnt even shampoo my hair or anything of that nature to be worth $40. There was only one other customer in the building besides myself, I had to wait about 35 minutes for my turn while Michelle was having a lovely conversation with her current client.. yet it only took her 10 minutes to do mine. She put a hot towel on my head without any concern wether or not it was burning my scalp. In my opion Id rather go to tune up on woodruff road where they treat you like a king with a message and cold beer for only $35. Or go to great clips for for the same quality haircut for $15. This place really sucks.

Ive had my haifcut at alot of places but Liberty is where i will stay. Professional service, good conversation, local craft beer and a straght razor shave. I Wouldnt recommend anywhere else.
