Me and my son love Serena. She’s amazing! I have curly hair, and find it hard to find someone to cut it right. She always gives me what I ask for!!! She’s always very professional! I recommend her to everyone I know! My son has been going to her for all of his haircuts! At first he was very scared. She was EXTREMELY PATIENT!! She’s always so patient with my son! He is very sensitive to noises! So she made accommodations, and would take the time to cut his hair with scissors vs clippers to make him more comfortable! Even through the tantrums, and screaming she never once had an attitude (which I’ve had hairdressers do with other people’s kids) never got upset at all! She’s always very positive! And always has a smile on her face!! We all love her! You won’t regret it! It’s a very clean environment! Very soothing! All of the ladies are super sweet that I’ve met!!!

My Mom called Tuesday morning and they gave her a appointment at 1130 same day. It is a very well maintained salon and easy access for elderly. She loves her hair cut and so glad to find this one. Close and prices are very reasonable. 5 stars for this place!!!!!!?!

They were very patient and talkative with my son, he doesnt like getting his haircut but they were very patient with him and made him feel comfortable!

I am a retired Military Spouse who had to change hairdressers every few years for over 3o years. Vicki is one of only a handful of hairdressers across the country that has been able cut my wavy & cowlick hair well...and she did it well the 1st time! My 3 grown daughters love her skills & personality as well. Shes a winner😄

Very bad service from Joanna.I had long hair and wanted highlights. I lost a lot of hair because the bleach was probably applied too long. I was glad that i still had hair on my head.Never again.

One of their stylists, Serena Gilbert, cut my hair and it was an AWFUL cut. She gapped up the back and didn’t do anything I asked for. The next day, I returned to get a refund because I didn’t want her trying to “fix it” as she wanted. I already had someone who was going to fix it. She was resistant on giving me my money back and I told her she could keep the $13 tip for her time. Well, later on in the week, she told a friend of mine, who’s hair she also cuts, what had transpired between the two of us. It was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will NEVER be back.

Recently moved into town and was looking for a good hairstylist. I was referred here by someone else. All I needed was a trim. My haircut looked awesome but afterwards ii was charged $30 from someone there, not mentioning their name for just a trim. Ive been to many hair salons from different states and have never paid $30 for just a trim. I also gave her a $10 tip just like I always have with my last hair stylist. if youre not a regular customer and youre new in town, I wouldnt recommend going here. I seen it depends on who you are, on how much shes going to charge you.
