They did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my Honda Civic, and it didnt cost nearly as much as I was expecting. They were polite, and the waiting area was really nice. They even had snacks in there. Highly recommend this place.

My ‘92 Chevy S10 truck quit running!! Took it to Professional Automotive first, after months of trying they couldn’t find the problem…took it to another shop, after ~6 to 7 months they couldn’t find the problem either!! Brad asked us to bring back as he was confident they could fix it…and they did!! Thanks to Brad and his crew it runs like a champ!! That’s why we continue to use Professional Automotive!!

Very pleased. I had an oil change an tire rotation appointment. They got rite on it when i got there did a great job. Waiting area an restrooms were very clean. Was also offered snacks while i waited. Very nice folks.

We were in a bad situation, driving to Gatlinburg from Melbourne, Florida when our car started experiencing issues. We had the car towed here. All our contact was over the phone. They were very professional and extremely helpful. They did a diagnostic and let us know what the problem was. As the car was under warranty, they agreed to keep it until I could arrange to get it towed to a dealer. They were great and I would encourage anyone in the Greenwood area to use their services. They were the lifeline we needed in our time of need.

We were in town for my Dad’s funeral when the front end was acting up, Professional Automotive got us in and fixed up in a day. They were very thorough and got us back on the road quickly. If I lived in the area this is the only shop I’d use! I highly recommend.

I have a 2006 chrysler300 and I had trouble with the instrument cluster. I took it to dealerships and couldnt find the problem, called professionals Automotive took a little while to troubleshoot the problem but they came through. What a great team.

Dash A/C in Motorhome not cooling. Same issue as 1 year ago. Last year, Freon was added but no leak was found. This time Freon was added and the leak was found. We were between trips so there was as no time to order and replace the bad switch. I was again charged for adding Freon which I would have though would be under the guarantee, and fix cars forever statements on the invoices I received. So far I have over $200.00 invested in an a/c leak that is not fully repaired. I know I would have to again pay for the a/c repair when I return to town. I have no issues with the past work and performance upgrades done which totals in the $thousands of dollars. But when I asked about any warranty or negotiations for these particular charges, I was told the warranty statements on their invoice only covers “some repairs”. I went to Ford, ordered the switch myself which was here the next day. I have not decided who to take it to to be installed. Somewhat Frustrated with the “Professional” wording of their business name. UPDATED 6/10/2021: After reading in April that I would be contacted by the owner to address the issue, to date, no contact was made. I have since had the A/C system serviced and found no leaking pressure switch, but the system had been over filled with 3.5 lbs. of Freon by the Professional Automotive mechanic. This as their work order stated. The system in the motor home is clearly labeled for 2lbs. MAX. Refrigerate. Once the system was evacuated and properly filled, the system cools very well and is like it was as new. Very lucky the over pressure did not damage the compressor seals. I read in other reviews that PA is very good at some repairs but not in this case. PA never contacted an unsatisfied customer to practice Customer Relations and has lost this customer. It only cost me $200.00 and a year of hot driving to learn this lesson. Good Luck in your future, “Professional Automotive “.

I called for an appt. and was able to get one for the next day for an oil change and checkup. The car was taken in upon arrival and service completed within an hour at the price quoted. Excellent customer service.

Diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. A bit of delay getting the part but not a big problem.The problem was fixed and for less than what Volkswagen would have charged. I will certainly return door service.

The starter on our Jeep Grand Cherokee finally died and my father had it towed to Professional Auto. The problem was diagnosed, fixed quickly, for a more than reasonable price, and throughout the process we were kept updated on the progress of the repair and what additional services our car needed. I recently got a new job in Greenwood and Ive been commuting from outside of town until I find a place to move in. The drive eventually resulted in me getting a pretty nasty puncture in my tire, which would have made my drive home at the end of the day impossible. I swung by here in the middle of my work day and they had me out within half an hour for a very reasonable price, totally eliminating my anxiety for the day. I definitely plan on returning here when I move into Greenwood proper for getting my car serviced.

I got 4 new tires and everything about my experience was great. They let me know up front they didn’t have the right size in stock but could get them ASAP. When the tires didn’t come in the same day, they gave me a call to let me know and make sure that was okay. I don’t have a working printer so didn’t print out the coupon I wanted to use but they still honored the deal. They were professional and kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly. They ran a diagnostic on my car to make sure things are up to par and let me know what additional things needed to be done. They didn’t try to force anything on me which was great. Overall, very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend.

As is the case always the staff at Professional Automotive did a great job servicing my FJ Cruiser. They are always attentive and caring. They send a text once they have done the screen of I believe 25 points that you can see for yourself online. Would recommend them to anyone. They are good with foreign cars. When I had a BMW they did a great job with it.

Took car in because I wanted them to graph the boost control which I believe is the issue. Was told they thought my camshaft was worn out. I told them no I dont think so. Again I say the boost control needs to be looked at. No further diagnostic time spent t on the car. Not thrilled with service. Great guys super nice but I have worked on cars for a long time and asking for a service of diagnosis that should have been simple. If they could not do the service I asked for then I feel like I should have been told. Waste of time and money.

Had to replace the rear heater hose manifold assembly and coolant. I originally thought the issue was something completely different and would have been way more expensive so I appreciate the professionalism of Professional Automotive Services. Their work ethic and honesty is above and beyond. Though I was not aware at the time and walked the 1.6 miles from the rental place to Professional Automotive I am NOW aware that they are willing to pick me up. This is great news for any future issues. Finding a ride is difficult when everyone is at work. I highly recommend Professional Automotive for all your car repair needs.

I took my car there and I got a quote on my car for brake repair and got quote was 2800 hundred dollars at which point I said no dont repair it and when to pick it up and didnt have no brakes when I left my husband and I took it back with in mintues and I was met at the door by one of the employees. I didnt understand why I didnt have brake and know that the brakes was working at the time that I took it in. Long story short I let them know that when I left the car I was able to stop so after I picked car back up the brakes was ok so for me someone was very dishonest and I will never go back. Thumbs down for me. Who on earth will pay 2800 hundred dollars for brake brakes 🤷‍♂️.

Spent 500 bucks they didnt fix my problem. Tried to leave messages to resolve it. Nothing Nada go somewhere else.edit months later: It was as good as it gets. I was angry with them for a bit but I live in a different town and didnt want to wait to fix my seldom-used truck. My wife pointed out they hadnt fixed it about 8 months ago and traced down the old corroded wire killing my electrical system. Very happy now. Fixed it for free and stood by their guarantee. Note: the truck is 34 years old.
