I would highly recommend Mindi to sell your home. She sold my home before officially putting it on the market at higher sale price than quoted to me by other realtors wanting to sell my home. Could call that being in the right place at the right time, but working with Mindi and generating this sale was so much more than good luck. I did everything remotely as I live in Indiana and sold my home in Morrison that I had owned for 5 years. Mindi did everything for me from taking the trash cans to the curb, to calling contractors for quotes, to working with the people installing the new microwave.
