Pete recently helped me through the buying process of my first home. When I first met Pete a couple years ago, I explained that I wanted this purchase to not only be a good fit for me to live in, but that I wanted it to be a start to my real estate portfolio and be a good long term investment. He set me up with a search portal long before I was ready to actually purchase which helped me get a feel for the market and my needs long before I toured my first property. Great to rent from! I rented a house from them I have been living in this house the past 3 years and they have been absolutely wonderful. No matter what time something happens they get on in to fix the problem. This particular house is older and has older pluming it was about 11pm one night when the basement started to back up I text Mike and he had someone out that night to take care of it. A few days later Peter the owner called to make sure everything was ok. I will be honest I have never had a management company be so good with their tenets and be on top of maintenance issues! If we where not moving out of state I wouldnt be moving out of this house until we where ready to buy in turn I would be going throw them to help me.

He is the broker of his own agency.His knowledge and readily shared info for an investor was thorough. His experience and involvement in evaluating the physical aspects of properties considered contributes to making sure the buyer finds the best property for his/her parameters.
