Jerry is our Ricoh technician for our school. He is always kind and professional and works tremendously hard to make sure our copiers are up and running. When one of our copiers had continues error messages Jerry worked on it for a few days, troubleshooting through what seemed to be a difficult case and getting our machine up and running after many man hours on his part. We really appreciate his work and how essential it is for us.
