Friendly staff..safe environment..and they know a few things about service..customer satisfaction..and all your copier business needs.

Please read with care, all aspects of any contract with these folks. Especially the lease and maintance costs. My experience was the details changed and I was not provided with a clear and specific information requested. When contacted by a manager, he agreed. I also provided this individual with some professional feedback, and his response was, Given your please begin phone calls with your name, title, and company, along with the reason for you call, comment, I nor anyone at my company wants your business. Maybe Im in the wrong? Simple asking you to be more vigilant than I was. My mistake.

Terrible online bill payment site, such bad customer service, and despite all this they hike our rates up for maintenance on a copier. would NOT recommend using them for in-office copiers

Kind of an odd place. Very nice people, but hard to get a read on what they offer.
