Ive been going to Tony for decades... A young fellow by the name of Avi cut my hair the other day, he was great!

Tony has been doing my hair for twenty years, he does everyone from college students too billionaires. The shop never closed early or does he take days off. I’ve gotten a haircut as early as before seven a few times which is really incredibly early for a good barber...

Went yesterday for the first time. The place is great. Its a real barbershop. They have magazines and free wifi while you wait. An older gentleman cut my hair. He cut it as I asked, was friendly and did an awesome job. I highly recommend the place.

This is the worst barber shop I ever saw. Old men destroyed my 5 months growing mustache simply cut part of it till skin, no apology no money back.Thanks owner for the proposed action andopportunity, appreciated.Next time I will probably think about it.

Just went for the first time. This is an old style barber shop but a great one! The gentlemen cutting hair were funny and kind. Im so glad I found this place!

I have been going to the Palm since I moved here almost eight years ago. I try to go to the same barber, but when he is not in any of his colleagues are just as good. No appointment is necessary and I rarely ever wait. WI-FI is available, but the parking is street only. The prices seem moderate for downtown Greenwich standards.

Great place to get a haircut with friendly staff. No need to make an appointment although you can as a can get busy towards the end of the day.

Didnt have to go to the shop to know that this place wasnt for me. I called the shop, and like any normal person started the conversation hey, how are you the response who is this, really thats how you talk to someone calling? I proceeded to introduce myself, and asked if they had any appointments and what the costs were for their services, their response were busy and proceeded to hang up in my face. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?The only reason why I gave the place the time of day is that my local, long time barber is on vacation, and I need to get a haircut desperately. You are in the customer service industry guys, and based on first impressions, Youre a joke.
