Got my vehicle stuck in the mud while hundreds of miles from home. Benson Bros came within 20 minutes and had wonderful customer service! Highly reccomend.

He was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly, and took the stress out of the situation completely. He also arrived 10 minutes after calling instead of the estimated hour. Reasonable prices too. Would record these guys to anyone. Got my car totally stuck in the mud during a rain storm. They responded immediately. Dispatcher and driver were as awesome as they were professional. Driver made sure we got to a safe spot and that we knew the best way to where we were headed.

Triple A sent them when I was stuck in mud, the driver said Triple A didnt cover my situation but he could have me out in 30 min if I gave him $375.00. I turned him down and locals showed up for free and got me out. It felt like literally highway robbery, taking advantage. I was on a CR, 9 miles from anywhere, the driver left me there. He did say he would drive me somewhere, but was rude when I wouldnt pay his $375. I even told him he could drop me at a store and Id walk from there. I finally told him nevermind. I didnt want a ride, he was just too rude. Im looking for alternatives to Triple A as well. They said they go 200, driver disagreed. They also said sending another tow but never did.Additionally, now Im aware of the name Benson Bros Ive heard more bad reviews. They employ the Cunningham brothers who appear to extort cash from other people stranded as well. Pretty much all that AAA and Hunt County uses, so beware if you need help in that area. They recently asked for $350 cash for an in town tow that would usually be $100.

This company is awesome. Very nice people who came and pulled my truck out of the mud in the middle of a rain storm. Every single person I spoke to was extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I am a customer for life.

Glad i decided to go in and try the restaurant. The chili on the chili burger is one of the best chilis ive had. Everyone in the store has a great attitude, ill definitely come back.

Absolutely awesome service! Our tow driver was Shane and he was friendly and helpful, he even noticed something wrong with my car that I hadnt known and it really saved me (and other drivers on the road)! He was on time and made a bad situation better!

We had a blowout no spare, called them they told us they would come waited an hour with nothing called them back to see where they were and they tried to tell us they never got a call....Tire shop closed at 7 which we called an hour and a half earlier which would have given us plenty of time....We dont even live in greenville which means we had to have someone drive all the way here with tools and a tire to help...which we wouldnt have had to do if they ran a proper business and had come in the first place and got us to the tire shop on time........Do not recommend these people

They got my semi back on the pavement (about a 5 foot pull) when I made a horrible decision to attempt a turnaround. The cost $450 was $50 more than what I averaged it to be. The tow operator, David was very kind, comforting, and reassuring. He did however have to call the cops since I was stuck in the mud on a vacant business lot. I should have parked at Walmart like my first mind suggested. The 2 Greenville police officers were kind as well.

I just spoke with the nicest woman! We had a tractor trailer accident last night in Sulphur Springs, TX. She wasnt aware of it immediately but took the time to get all of the facts and is being very helpful to work out all of our needs quickly! Being in transportation this is not always the case, I am always SO thankful when we run into a tow company that is polite and works well with commercial vehicles!! Recommended to others in the business!

I have had amazing service with this guys! I had a problem with transmission on my box truck. The driver Robert was very polite and attention! He came to me within 30min after I called them! Thank you Guys and absolutely Recommend!!!! 5 stars!!!!!

I was charged a $150 after I was run off the road and the cop called them to tow me 1 foot from out of the ditch even though I couldnt drive the vehicle anymore. This was the worst service and a complete waste of time and money.

Highly recommended. Driver arrived in 15 to 20 minutes and was very careful not to damage my car. Was even able to unload the car into my garage. A++

Company vehicle was stuck at a job site in caddo mills. I read the reviews and saw everyone had good things to say about them, called them and they were out there in less than 20 minutes. I didnt catch the dispatchers name but he was very professional. Also Good prices. We are always out delivering in the greenville area so I added them to my contacts for the future.

AAA dispatched them for tow service. The driver called and and tried to renegotiate the terms over the phone. I informed Benson Bro. that AAA was my advocate and I would have to verify this new higher rate with them. At that time Benson Brothers Told me they would decline the call if I didnt agree to the terms. I told them that I would have to speak with AAA first. They declined to assist me in my towing needs. The ethics were questionable, thats all I can comment on.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. My hubby works till 12:30 AM...he breaks down along the way home and I called these guys @ 1AM. They were out to where he was within 20 mins! Price was reasonable given it was after hours. Wes the tow driver was really kind and got our vehicle home safely and was super chipper given the time. We need more people like this nowadays. Our family was driving the suburban from Arkansas to Texas. Driveshaft snapped, stranded on shoulder 8:30pm Mothers day Sunday night. Driver responded promptly after call and arrived shortly after. He was courteous to my wife and daughter and helped us find a local transmission shop. When unloading our suv, he noticed hazards were dimming and jumped our battery to close windows just before rain started. To say driver went above & beyond is an understatement. Thank you for your professional & polite service to complete strangers in a tough spot!
