The people were great! I came a little late to my appointment but when I got there I realized that because my sister put it in her name we had to cancel the appointment. I then called customer service and it was not good. I could hardly understand what the lady was saying because of her accent. She was going to make me set another appointment meant for another day but I am not local so I had to keep repeating that I needed to do it then. The way the system is set up where the people in the store can’t set or change appointments is really inconvenient. It should really be communicated that it’s imperative that you can’t make appointments for other people. So the customer service rep and the system was terrible unfortunately. But the people in-house were great! Sandy and Bree worked with me and they were super patient and willing to shift things around on their end to get it worked out for me! They were second to none!

Easy to find, appointment ran on time, clearly explained. Much more affordable alternative to braces. Cant wait to see the results!

Our technician Dee was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable about the products and her personality was amazing. She made us feel comfortable and that everything was about us. If you had 5 of her noone could ever beat your customer service!!

This was actually my 4th appointment that I made and was able to keep and follow through with the initial process. Even when I had to call and reschedule at a last minutes notice, the staff was great with changing my appointment to a later date. Bree was the one who took my 3D images today, she has a wonderful personality, very friendly, knowledgeable about the complete process, and she was attentive to my needs and concerns. Overall, the staff that I met today were awesome and demonstrated a welcoming spirit. In addition, the office was beautifully arranged and very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to visit here.

Its been 7 months, Im thru all but 1 set of aligners. You can look at a pic of my lower teeth from month 1 and month 7 and my teeth have not moved. I wish I could post pics here so you could see. HORRIBLE. Dont do it!!!! Waste of money!!! Have an MBA and cover a $45 million territory so Im not some uneducated schlub.

My initial appointment was in January 2020, I think. I have chronic myofascial pain syndrome along with a severe whiplash injury that occurred 1985. I was 25 at the time. Since then, things have always been constantly up and down with this disability. Muscles that connect from the neck to the lower jaw have caused my jaw to be drawn back and twisted slightly to the left. Ten years had passed before I sought chiropractic help. Within four months, my jaw was aligned back in its normal position. However, ten years of gritting my teeth at night with a malaligned lower jaw put undue stress on my teeth and caused fractures to many molars. I now have 7 crowns due to those cracked teeth. Once my jaw fell back into its normal position, my teeth have never closed together properly. I’ve never had a pretty smile at all, either. I believe Smile Direct is going to help me and In turn, help ease my jaw joint pain and eliminate pain upon chewing food. I’m so excited to get started. Dee gave me strong encouragement and hope during my visit. My husband was on the fence about going through with it. I was glad to have images for him to see the condition of my teeth and bite. He immediately was on board. I’m anxious to see the final results and share with everyone.

The staff at Smile Direct were very helpful in informing me of how the process works. They made sure I was taken care of and were very knowledgeable as they had answers to all of my questions. Bre, was extremely kind and informative while scanning my teeth. Can’t wait for my kit to come in so I can start seeing the results!

The lady was nice up until the end. The appointment before mine ran over 15/20 mins but i was understanding about it. I had to tell her 4 times that I needed to speak to my husband before making such a large purchase on the spot and she was overly persistent. Not right now means no and I wish she would have understood that. I went from feeling great about it to feeling like I was being rushed out as soon as I declined to pay in that moment. There was no transition. All of the questions i had she said oh theyll tell you all of that and send you an email. I also was not in my appointment for 30 minutes so I dont appreciate being so rushed in the end. It has really made me reconsider going with smile direct.

From the moment I walked in and met with Sandy who checked me in and kept my attention while they were getting my room ready to the moment I met with Dee who talked me through everything she was doing and about the company I felt like apart of a family not just another customer. They did not try to shove purchasing the aligners down my throat but instead asked questions as to why I want aligners and what I thought about them. I will definitely be referring people to them.

While the staff was very pleasant and helpful, I hope the aligners work better than the whitening kit- the light didn’t work at all. I tried plugging it in every way and it still didn’t work. Does not inspire confidence. *Update* I kept playing with the light and got it working. Makes me feel better about the company.

I felt good about the information given to me and cant wait for my aligners to come in! The free whitening kit was a nice. I am having trouble getting my $25 amazon card but hopefully Smile Direct will contact me soon about this issue.

Took longer than expected but we were the last people to visit that day and were asked multiple times if we were in a hurry, and we werent. Facility is super clean and modern and easily accessible. Bre was very informative and funny - eager to answer any questions we had and was extremely thorough. Perfect balance of approachable and professional. Process was painless (even though awkward haha) and I was honestly shocked that my box came in less than two weeks from my visit! So far Im very happy with the service and the experience.
