Right from being greeting by the front desk receptionist (Cassi), I feel so at peace. Jessica conducted my cleaning today and I couldn’t have been happier. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Best dental experiences here!

Went with my husband to the clinic, and was actually surprised by the individualized and personnel service that the staff and doctors provided to each client (patient). You feel like you are the only patient in the clinic and you were their top priority while being treated. Hard to explain, but they really have a fantastic approach to treating and servicing their patients. Excellent treatment.

Cathy cleans my teeth and there is no better, she cares and takes her time explaining and doing job right. If she has any doubt, she finds out for certain. Love her. Yesterday was my first visit to Crowns Now! The staff there was EXCELLENT! Everyone I passed spoke and was very kind! Jackie, the Cleaning Specialist that worked with me! She was EXCELLENT! She did things that no dentistry has done to make certain that I was completely checked out! And was REALLY impressed with Dr. Austin Abellana! Extremely friendly, he quickly knew I was a football fan and we had a great, short back and forth before he examined me! Jackie even checked around my mouth to see if there might be cancer or other bad things happening! And she would explain everything she did to me! They are GREAT!

Greetings, When I met Dr. Jacob I was a mess. He reassured me that I would smile again and he kept his promise. Dr. Jacob is so kind and has to be an angel, his professionalism and his concern are far beyond anything that I have ever experienced. My last visit on 8/27/20 I smiled all day, more than the first time, I was so happy. I can hardly wait to get to the next step. He is definitely an angel! I used the same dentist for 25 years and thought there could never be the same quality, friendly care somewhere else. Due to insurance changes, my wallet forced a move. Crowns Now was not just a pleasant surprise. No one puts thrilled in the same phrase as dentist. But 4 visits, 2 crowns, 2 fillings, and one root canal later, I am thrilled with Crowns Now. My wallet is too.

The dentist here, Dr. Wheeler, does not call patients as a general rule. I had an issue with a dental device I purchased from her and have so far waited an entire month, with multiple phone calls to the office in between, for it to be resolved. This place is fine if you will never have any dental problems because the staff is phenomenal. However, if you actually run into an issue and need the dentist, you will wish you had gone somewhere else.

They always are so nice and very good with scheduling. Out of the blue, my appointment was cancelled, just 15 mins before it was suppose to happen. No text or email, and I had to ask off of work and drive over 40 mins. It is very frustrating and now I have to wait even longer to fix my tooth pain.Like I said, usually good, but I would triple check before driving down.

This Place is Amazing, the ladies are so sweet & helpful. My anxiety goes into over drive when going to the dentist, they were so understanding & did everything they could to make me comfortable.

Dr. Jacobs was recommended to me by a friend. I was in need of an implant and crown. I arrived at the office at 7:30 am and was greeted by the team lead by Dr. Jacobs. He did a full scan of my teeth, before pulling the root in question. He put the implant in and temporary crown on, and I was out the door by 9 am! Just amazing! I will be returning for the permanent crown soon, 10 months later because I live part of the year in Florida, and will have the same procedure on the opposite side of my mouth. His work was perfect and a great value, too. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Worth a trip from Florida!

As they always are very courteous and efficient, been doing business with them for many years and will continue. They also have a very fair cost for their work.

I like the consistency of service. I have had the same D.A. clean my teeth for the past 4 years. And I like the preventative measures and advice given at each service. Dr. Wimpy is my dentist (dont let the name fool you) and he scolded me pretty harshly on a regular basis for using Skoal pouches and it finally sank in. I switched to Grinds coffee pouches with no nicotine. I highly recommend them.

Brent Skidmore here... I was dreading getting my wisdom teeth cut out but wow was it easy and fast... and the best part was I had very little pain! Then to my surprise Dr. Jacobs called me personally afterwards to see how I was feeling. Im 53 years old and its the first time in my life a busy Doctor took the time to do that! This space does not allow room for all the positive things the I could say about Crowns Now and the dentists(Armbruster, Jacob, and Wimpy) and their staff with whom I have had treatments. They are compassionate, trustworthy, kind, affable, available, and skilled. And admittedly, I have presented them with some unique challenges. I drive from a distance for their excellent service and will continue to do so. I have always been well satisfied.Yesterday I was again treated for another dental problem expeditiously and with the usual desired out come by Dr. John Armbruster and his polite and courteous team at Crowns Now. It was another incident requiring urgent treatment without prior scheduling, and they were accepting to see me on short notice. I have been a regular patient for many years and this requires me driving further than I would like, but their special care always makes it worthwhile.

I have bad experiences after bad experiences with dentists! Until I went to see Dr. Wheeler she numbed my mouth with no pain and this is what my biggest anxiety was about. Although i still have anxiety about going it is not as bad . Her team was awesome in making me comfortable as well as calming me down they did a phenomenal job!

Crowns Now, specifically, Dr. Armbruster is the only Dentist I trust with my teeth and oral heath. While so many dentist want to do unnecessary work and overcharge, Crowns Now is safe and reliable. I went to this place because I needed a crown on a sensitive tooth. Dr. Wheeler talked me out of it saying it was fine, but then tried to talk me into having all my other crowns replaced claiming that I had had some very bad dental work. Well, I let her talk me into replacing two crowns at the same time and they were horrible, much worse than what I had before. I should have known something was wrong when they asked me to pay the full amount that was due when they put in the temporary crowns. Every other dentist Ive been in has asked for half of the amount when the temporary crown is in and the rest after the job is finished. They never called to confirm my appointment, and when I showed up, they claimed it was not until two hours later when I was really busy. Then Dr. Wheeler did her best to rush through the appointment and get me out of there. As soon as I saw the replacement crowns, my heart sank, but Dr. Wheeler and her assistant ganged up on me saying how beautiful they looked. As soon as I got home and took a good look at the crowns I called back and insisted she replace them or at least refund me for the most visible one so I could have it redone. She only offered to look at it and the earliest appointment they could find was in several months. Now I have to have that tooth done a third time and pay for everything out of pocket because they took my insurance money, too. And I never had a problem with those crowns--I went in because of a completely different tooth, which is still hurting. Bottom line, do not fall for this so called dentist. She is nothing but a con-artist, who takes advantage of the trust of unsuspecting patients. If she tells you that all your previous dentists have done a terrible job, and you should pay her to fix their mistakes, do not believe her!

I get my regular checkups, cleanings, and crowns done at the Woodruff Rd, Greenville location, and I now have 1 dental implant done by them, as well. All the staff have been very pleasant and easy to work with and Ive been very happy with my results. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dental practice.

I would highly recommend this team of employees to you. I had dental phobia from bad experiences I received both in the military 20 years ago and in Greenville 10 years ago. This office helped me get me back on track and overcome the anxiety!

After geting estimates in Asheville from two dentists in two offices, i was ready to head south to Costa Rica. Not having a passport, south became Ft. Lauderdale... to my former trusted (cute) dentist, who was honest and not out to milk his loyal following for everything they were worth (like Avl seems to be). A friend had been to CROWNS NOW a couple of times and told me about it. As my last resort to implant the IMPLANT, i called Greenville, got prices, and plotted the drive with my other friend. (Costco was another lure). The staff was 100% attentive, friendly, on the mark getting me a canceled appointment slot— and BAM! I was sitting in THORPE Jacobs hot seat (hey — not a bad idea— heated dental chairs). It wasnt the most comfortable dental chair i had been placed in of late, but when Jacobs stepped into the room, fears dissolved and i was ready to proceed. He was an experienced expert who knew his craft. I could feel his acute focus and connection with Donna, his assistant. Together they knew each tool, what size they needed for my individual job, and TJ NEVER HURT ME ONCE! Not even with the 7 or so sticks of nova-cane. I made plans to get other teeth fixed in 3 months during my follow up visit. He saved BOTH CUSTOM CROWNS that were already on my two front teeth ($1400). I made Dr. Jacobs an offer and got a response that was more generous than i was expecting. I handed Tiffany my cash, got $.51 cents change, and hugged Joey, who got me the canceled appointment. I facebook messaged a friend who lives near there and recommened his family check our CHROWNS NOW now! That evening i heard John Lennon singing IMAGINE... my ring tone. It as a Spartanburg number. Guess who it was..... THORPE JACOBS, checking up on lil’ old me. Now THAT was the cream cheese icing on a perfect carrot cake!Thank you again, Jacqueline.
