I’ve been a patient of Crowns Now for over 10 years. I recently visited for my annual 6 month cleaning and experienced the same great customer service I’ve come to expect from this office. From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is super friendly and overly professional. They treat you like you are a member of the family from start to finish and always provide excellent, quality care. I highly recommend.

I have had oral surgery done at crowns now and Dr.Armbruster and his assistiant Michele are the greatest! They talk you through the procedure and are concerned that you are comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend Crowns Now on Woodruff Rd. for any of your dental needs!

I got terrible service. I wanted to get a consultation I made an appointment online went in the following day to attend my appointment. Online it says that the consultation is free once I arrived at the location in Greenville Woodruff Road I asked the necessary questions. I was given uncertain answers and was given paperwork without me fully understanding my options by the employees ... finally spoke to a doctor in the waiting room who told me that the online appointment scheduling is a request and not actually an appointment. Which is completely unprofessional on the website it says nothing about a request. This office is unsure about their online scheduling.

After several months of putting together a care plan, and waiting on insurance I ended up not getting ANY work done here. I was fully prepared to pay full price, and they were just dragging their feet. I went to another dentist office who got everything done in less than a month. I was very disappointed with how many visits I made to this office, only to find out they could not get me done in time for my wedding.

Horrible Customer Experience!!! I was told by receptionist Margaret that my insurance was good too go a month before my appointment. I arrived on site and I’m told it was NOT in network!! Then employees walking in the room I’m located in cleaning up while I’m on the phone verifying my insurance.Come on guys, you must do better!! Very unprofessional in my personal opinion. It’s best not to tell a patient that they are covered in network unless you KNOW for sure.

Folks here are actually sincere and care. ~not fake nice~ very affordable and do great work. Will not push unnecessary dental work on you. Just great place :)

I had an 35 year old amalgon filling removed and replaced with resin or tooth color filling. Painless! And the Dentist took great care to smooth it to a perfect bite. Assistant was also wonderful. Thanks!

Got my permanent bridge today. Took a little longer than 6 months but thats because Dr. Jacob and his staff must have perfection. I have always hated the dentist but these folks have changed all that! Im so happy with the outcome and will miss Dr. Jacob and his staff! I must say that this is the best time and money I have ever spent!

Crowns Now in Greenville, Woodrift office is very well run, the employees here actually very relaxing. Dr. Jacob is a very, very good dentist. Dr. Jacob is always concerned about you and if there is pain. The office is very well run and you know your bill before the work is done. Dr. Jacob always informs YOU of what will happen, cost and if there is any problems, totally informs you the patient. Here is a dentist that actually enjoys his profession and it shows.

The folks at the 2080 Woodruff Road location are awesome! Dr Jacob is excellent at what he does, implants, not to mention the most polite and funny doctor. He took time to explain everything, make sure I had all my questions answered including financial questions. During the procedure he made sure there was no pain and in fact it didn’t even hurt getting the novocaine! He’s THAT good! Though my first implant didn’t take, which is atypical, the second did and of course it was a no additional cost because that’s his policy. He followed up with me later in the evening to make sure I was doing ok. I highly recommend Dr Jacob at Crowns Now if you need a dental implant, plus the cost was very reasonable.

My wife went to the office for a crown. She was fitted with a temporary crown. One month later she was fitted with another temporary crown. Both temporary crowns has pieces break off in her mouth. When she went in for the final crown to be put on she was told that the mold was broken and she had to wait another week for a crown. At the second final appointment she was told that the mold broke and needed another mold to be made. Its been 4 months now and still no crown. Ill call again and see if we can get a refund. Will post an update. Beware of this place.

Excellent service. The receptionist at the front desk is so friendly. Dr. Wimpey did a fantastic job with my crown and extraction! I felt absolutely no discomfort or pain after the anesthesia wore off!

The entire staff is wonderful. So compassionate and professional. Dr. Armbruster is excellent; very gentle, explains every procedure, ensures the patient is comfortable. I am so impressed with the entire office. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

My wife had Dr Jacob crown most all her teeth and he always was great with her, I even went once got him work on my teeth and found he was relaxing to go see.Now that he isnt taking care of us anymore the other Drs seem to be ok but Some of there staff are rude and are not very considerate to other peoples feelings .Its a shame that you make a dentistry your dentist for 18 year and now they treat you as if your not wanted .its like there purpously trying to run you off .Guess they figure if they be rude enough you want return and they want have to warranty any more crown work on you when they break and fall out.

I had implants done at the Woodruff road office. I was not told that I had to come to their office for my dental cleanings for the implants to be guaranteed. I would have had them cleaned there if I had known that. 7 years later, I am told by 2 specialists from 2 different practices that my implants were not seated enough in my bone. This caused bacteria to get under the implants and deteriorate the bone. I am now going to have to have those implants removed, a bone graft done and new implants. I do not recommend Dr. Wimpy for dental implants. I waisted my money.
