I moved last year. Twice I had to call and ask why they are still deducting funds from my bank acct. They apologized and issued me a refund. After the second time I asked that they remove my bank information from their records. They stated they did. They just charged it again for another $90 this month. They lied to me and have no idea how to run the business. During the time they were servicing my house, the bug guy would never call and show at random times. I suggest a more reputable company.I have asked for a manager to call me to let me know what we need to do to ensure this never happens again and I still have not received a call and still not received the refund for the third time they charged my acct.

When Holly ran the office in Greenville, SC for many years everything worked like clockwork. Now all is a mess. I had an appointment for removing a hornets nest when needed urgently and no one ever showed and office could not the appointment. Signed up for mosquito spray each summer, just checked now it August and only spray was May. I understand customer service is now centralized in N.C. and all customers here are having similar issues. Technicians arrive and customer was never informed, etc. Gregory Pest is looking very good now.

The technician from Borden went above and beyond and helped to prevent future damage that could have costs me thousands! Very thorough inspection from inside and outside to the crawl space where major damage was found. All was taken care of for a very fair price and unbelievable customer service. I would highly recommend to my closest friends!

$800+ for 10 yr contract, plus $100 each.year for annual inspection -- which I have to remind them about, or they wont come. They inspect for termites we pay them to guard us against..... in the last 20 years we have paid them over $2,000, we have had to replace our bedroom floor twice-- at a bare minimum cost of around $6,000 each time, and paying friends to help us.Additionally, clients in town have paid them to rid their homes of bed bugs, which they said they did. The clients had to get rid of and replace their furniture -- on low income. The bed bugs were not irradicated, and another infestation treatment will cost them not only the fee of another extermination, but also having to replace their furniture.I dont trust them any more.
