Have been waiting for a delivery of a package that has been sitting (somewhere in a warehouse I assume] 40 miles from me for 4 days. They continue to claim delay due to weather which may have been true at the front end of the transit but not at all true for the last 3 days delay. Ridiculous.

Rudeness of dispatchers, non-compliance with the rules of their contract. Resale cargo like everyone else in the Dispatchland app. Constant requests give us another 15 minutes although the time has not yet run out. Wouldnt recommend. One dispatcher puts the load, and another dispatcher calls with indignation and tells you that he will not call again. Did you a favor! THANK YOU. This is called not knowing the companys contract and not fulfilling ones duties, as well as a shame for the company.
