They are so rude and not understanding at all I would hate to actually work for them and something really worse happen other than me being sick with something that is killing so many people. And these are the only people that I know as a company that is not understanding of that. But it is their loss at the end of the day because I’m an amazing employee!!
If you want to be disrespected, demeaned, and not valued as a nurse, feel free to work for this company. There are so many more agencies that pay way more and treat you with respect.
Please do not work for this company and if you do make sure you submit your own time sheets regardless of what anyone has to say! You may be desperate for a per diem shift but it is not worth it! The work that you do is worth far more than the pay. The idea of being paid the next day may be intriguing but its nothing more than a nuisance. The staff is very unprofessional aside from a few employees. The onboarding is wonderful and makes you want to work but the rules and regulations mean nothing. Crystal in payroll is a rude individual who needs further education about customer service and other things that are a bit inappropriate to state. The sad thing is that businesses like this will always be in business because nursing homes will forever be short of staff. This is definitely the bad side of healthcare. I have been working there since 2019. I have had a good experience. If I said I will work I go and to facilities that I like, I wish I could do it fulltime, but I have to have benefits.
Absolutely terrible. No care or support ...will try and throw you under the bus for no reason...so many complaints that they keep the doors locked and have bars on the doors and windows. Horrible, Run.
Advance Nursing offers amazing opportunities for single parents that need a flexible schedule. Next day pay is an added bonus for those in need of fast cash! If you have children in sports, are saving for that dream vacation or saving for a new car....this company is the ticket. Less than favorable reviews typically come from individuals that did not perform well or have poor work ethics. I work for this company and the standards are extremely high!
They are great at first but dont be fooled by the well pay every day tactic...They decide who gets what, even if youre the first to text back in the mass of messages that constantly come on the phone. Dont dare miss a shift due to life or sickness, (I got sick from mold at one of the facilities) youll never get another shift again at one of their 1☆... facilities. Then they put you on an inactive list and may or may not review your name every week. Dont bother calling, theyll hang up on you.Very, very unprofessional company.
Most unprofessional agency in the state of South Carolina, if a zero was possible that’s what they should get. Rude and nasty In office staff only because they never see you it’s easy to be rude on the phone. Whole company needs to be shut down.
I would rate them zero if I could. I had the worst experience of my life with them. At 11pm last night I get off from work and I was driving home on the interstate and had some car issues. Not only do I live an hour and 10 minutes away from the worksite but being a woman at 11pm at night on a interstate a long way from home is dangerous enough. So I called in to Advance at the time that the state trooper and AAA had came out to help me to let them know what was going on and that I wouldnt be able to make it to the next morning shift at 7am Bc of this. The woman named Brandy took my call. She was rude to me and immediately after I told her about my car and that I couldnt make it, she told me that she was making me inactive with their company to work. This is horrible Bc not only did I get home at 1:25 am due to my car issue but to be told this was even worse. This agency doesnt care about you at all. To be honest, for the pay rate that you are paid, its not worth the hassle! There are other agencies out there that pays more than this company does! They are nice to you at first about next day pay but its not true if youre working Friday, Sat and Sundays. You have to wait until Mondays and then when you fax your timesheet to them, they take forever to pay you and its through direct deposit. You have to wait until late afternoon to get your pay(between 2pm and 5pm). They are very unprofessional to their staff for the small money that they give. Im a single parent of two and for Brandy to say this to me, it really upset me. These people dont care if you have a life threatening emergency, your are inactive to them! Just as she told me I was inactive and after I got home and checked my emails, I got got an email from an agency that offers next day pay with no exception of the day of work for a job. This agency pays $18hr and up and sends you different places as well. So Advance staffing and Brandy, I appreciate you for showing me this bad experience Bc I will never refer anyone to your company. I must say when one door closes, two doors will open! I been a CNA for 20 years and never had no issues with any company ever until now with Advance. I will always keep a job due to my nursing experience. You treat your employees bad and pay them $14hr no matter how far that they travel to work for you. I dont recommend this company to nobody at all due to the rudeness and their pay!
I work with this Agency. You go to multuple facilities which didnt bother me. However I was pleased woth the tax free checks and next day pay. Always came in handy.
I would not recommend anyone from a different country to work for this company. I went in to work in the facility (poinsett Health and Rehab) that they send me to me. I was told to take patient who are smokers out to smoke, due to my health I kindly decline and told Poinsett staff I could not take any smokers out due to the simple fact that I have asthma. They ask for a doctor notes and since I did not have one with me at the moment I told them I did not know I have to have one. I offer to show them my inhelar, instead they ask me to call Advance to confirm. I call and talk to Troy and explain to him what was going on and how I have no problem to get a doctor note and to show my Inhaler to the facility and to them as proof. He talk to charlyne the manager about it and she told him that I was fired if I couldnt take the patient out. She told him for me to leave. They do not care if you have health issues, they will let you go and report your license for abandonment after they ask you to leave. If you are a foreigner like myself do not work for this company. When you try to talk to her, she act scared and call the cops. If it was an american with health problems she would not let them go. She is terrible. Everyone that works for Advance in that office are nice folks but she refused to listen when you try to talk to her. If I could I would rate them zero
