The entire staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The dentists are so professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and down to earth. They all really care about their patients. I had my first one-day, in-house crown recently. Its perfect. I highly recommend this business.

I had put off visiting the dentist for too long and had managed to work myself into a minor phobia of going altogether. Im glad I did, though! Everyone at Dentistry at Pelham Pointe is incredibly kind and accommodating. Theyre also the epitome of professional. Ive never had such an in-depth dental exam and I really appreciated the level of care I received. I actually left excited for my next visit to the Dentist! Who wouldve thought.

I am a retired dental hygienist who didnt have a dental home here in South Carolina. When I realized out I was in need of an anterior crown I was super freaked out about having to find a dentist I didnt know to work on a front tooth. I poured over photos of anterior crown work in the area before choosing Dr. Jill. She had the difficult job of matching both my natural teeth and an implant. She did a great job! She sent back the first crown to make the details of the crown match my natural teeth more closely. Thank you Dr. Jill!

Excellent first visit. Dr Chad was extremely thorough, had a great bedside manner and spent a lot of time explaining my needs and solutions. With state of the art equipment, he was also able to identify several potential health issues not related to dentistry. The office staff was very helpful in scheduling appointments and explaining their practices and procedures. Highly recommend.

Dr Jill is very thorough and a deep thinker on a challenging case.She understands the mechanics of occlusion and all the muscles involved.She is gentle and kind .Her dental skills are top notch. My 2 year old daughter had her first dental visit. I cant rave enough about the information the hygienist gave us from her diet, to her airway to using non-fluoride toothpaste at this age. She had fun bunny glasses and let her hold the mirror while she flossed her teeth. Thank you for making her comfortable as a mother I was very nervous in a new situation. The flamingo bib was a great added touch and it was PINK!!!!

Absolutely love the staff at Dentistry at Pelham Pointe. I recently needed a crown. Now, they can do a crown from start to finish in a few hours. They prep your tooth and then take digital images to create a 3D model. From that, they use a machining center in the office lab to cut your crown. The fit is perfect!

Most people don’t love going to the dentist, but I honestly love everyone here! Dr. Jill and her staff are amazing! They get to know you as a person not just another patient on their book. They have the latest technology and knowledge for their practice making sure they give you the best oral care possible.

The staff is incredible! Everyone is friendly and inviting. They make you want to see the dentist. The dentist provide you with great information so you know exactly what is going on and why. I learned more in my initial visit with them that in all my years of going to the dentist.

I loved the staff... I had an exam and cleaning, it went well. The dentist and dental hygienist are very knowledgeable and they explain what they are doing before they and after they perform it. I was saddened to know they were out of my network for my dental Insurance provider, their falculty done their best to work with me; However I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend! The dentist is my least favorite place, and I walked into the office terrified. From the moment I walked in every staff member was so sweet and accommodating. As soon as I was brought back, I told Becky my grievance about the dentist. She completely understood and had me calm and smiling in seconds. Jill was so informative, knowledgable and understanding. This place has officially cured me of my dental fear. I couldnt thank the team enough!

The denistry is always professionally done and performed by a courteous staff. Any procedures other than routine are followed up with a phone call, which I appreciate. They have handled emergencies dental issues in an expedient fashion.My wife is a retired dental hygienist and we both recognize and appreciate quality denistry by a congenial staff.

So glad I found Dr. Jill & Dr. Chad. I just had my first visit and Dr. Jill did a great job of explaining everything to me and answering questions. She gave me options and helped me understand what steps I could take without feeling pressured. She and her hygienist were both very gentle and I never felt any pain or discomfort. Dr. Chad stopped in to introduce himself and say hello.Pelham Pointe is just finishing up a renovation of their building, and the facility is beautiful. They seem to have all the latest gadgets, while their prices stay reasonable. Ill be taking my wife and kids there from now on.

Love the Colsons - Shera is the best and has been doing my bi-annual cleaning for the last 10+ years (since Dr. Strickland was at this location). They have the BEST staff - the nicest - most welcoming - all friendly faces when you walk in and the place is clean, easy parking, tastefully decorated... what else can I say? The care and customer service provided are both second to none 👌🏼 Cleanings, equipment purchases, bonding, whitening, oral cancer screenings, xrays, qualified referrals for perio work - have had it all done drama and trauma free. I wish that I had found Denistry at Pelham Point years ago. Dr. Colson is a highly skilled professional . His work is far better than any dentist that has treated me in the last 50 years. The state of the art technology at Pelham Point results in many advantages for patients: Less time in the chair, fewer visits, shorter time to complete crowns etc. Additionaly, the complete staff is very competent and they make everyone feel comfortable and welcome . This is definitely a 5 star organization.

Always a wonderful experience with Dr. Colson and Shera my hygenist! I do have a couple problems with teeth grinding and receeding gums and all staff is very attentive to preventative care and maintenance without pressure. Everyone is great and very professional results

I hate going to the dentist more than anything, but everyone here is so nice and not pushy, they make it as pleasant a process as is possible.

My daughter and I are patients of Dr. Jill Colson and Mrs. Shera Davis. Mrs. Davis was very gentle and thorough when she cleaned my daughter’s teeth. My daughter was very relaxed during her appointment and I was pleased that Mrs. Davis took the time to explain to her how best to care for her teeth (and new braces!) at home. I was also very satisfied with my most recent dental appointment with Dr. Colson. I needed some extensive work done and Dr. Colson was considerate of my needs, making sure that I was comfortable and that I understood everything that she was going to do. It is obvious that she is very skilled and knowledgeable in the newest dental techniques. I was also impressed with all of the new dental technology this office is bringing to the area!
