I wanted to do the basic car wash through the touchless wash, which is $6. I fed $10 into the machine, which it took, then when I pressed the wash I wanted, it said “Please pay $6.” No matter what button I pushed, it wouldn’t give me a wash or my money back. There’s no way to contact the owner or anything! Don’t bother here!UPDATE: I did manage to find a number (not the one posted here—a 214 number that another reviewer posted), and the owner called me back and said he is working on the issue and offered a refund. I really appreciate it!

This facility is well maintained doesnt matter what time of day or night place is clean all equipment in good working order. Great place to not only clean your vehicle but if you have stains or dirty spots in your carpet or cloths @ the vacuum stations built right in with vacuum system just flip switch to carpet cleaning. At the wash stalls you put dollar & five dollar bills makes this part simple. Keep up great work 👍👍

Plenty of speed bumps but not enough time to wash out the bays?! Dead fish everywhere! Not what I expected.

Touchless SUCKS. The rest is really good.

They keep it very clean and never run out of and chemicals. If you havent been there I would suggest you try it.

I normally love this car wash but tonight I bought the $10 wash and it only washed the front half of my truck!!! It never went past the cab. I ended up having to go spend another $5 in quarters to wash the rest!And there is NO WAY to contact the owner/manager about it.

I only use the automated wash and its down most of the time. Finally found both working today and the one I chose broke down in the middle of my car wash. I had to pull out of that bay and pay again for the other one to wash all the soap off! Dont chance it. Go elsewhere.

4/5 bc every thing but the vacuums were off until 0545. so its a great place, but if you want to wash it at night might have to go elsewhere.

Periodically I loose money because of equipment malfunctions. Today, 8/30/18 not an ounce of soap came out of the sprayer. There is no way to contact this business for a refund or to report equipment malfunctions. Today I filed a complaint with the US Better Business Bureau. I requested a refund and asked that contact information be placed in full view for customers. I wonder how much money they make because of equipment malfunctions .

Its convenient and close to home. But the drivethru wash is a waste of money doesnt even rinse off the road film much less dirt..

The customer service is awesome. The gentlemen that works here is incredibly helpful and friendly.I went through the auto wash tonight, and it glitched, then gave out. The owner apologized, gave my money back, AND washed my car himself! I was surprised and grateful.He said he would rinse it off. He ended up finishing the whole wash! I definitely recommend 5 Star Car Wash.

Twice now that I have put $5 in to get a wash. Nothing. Took my money and there is no contact info anywhere. Love how they have cameras everywhere to protect themselves, but leaves no way to contact them with problems.

Really state-of-the-art car wash really nice everything works good its not dirty theres always somebody there in the daytime cleaning up I really like going to it its a very good price if you want your vehicle washed right they even have a automatic car wash that I love going through its just thats the coolest thing Ive ever seen it really get your car clean if you want to do it yourself thats the place to go

The worst car wash I have ever tried.It changed my credit card but the machine DID NOT WASH MY CAR.I tried to call their phone, but only heard a SHARP AND LOUD VOICE.Dont trust them. Dont waste your money!

Went to wash my car and tried to get change, put in a $5 and it never spit any quarters out! This used to be my favorite car wash to go to but looks like Ill find one that will actually allow me to get change! Laat 2 times they did a cruddy job.. puddles of aromrall on dash and some spray on the instrument panel I cant get off..

The automatic wash is a waste of money, it used to work well but now it’s nothing more than a high pressure water hose, other than that the car wash itself is nice.
