I have a membership because they are indeed better than minty. When I leave minty there is still soap on my truck and they just dont seem to wipe the entire truck down even though thats their job. At hacienda, they are pretty consistent on everything. Its a great little place trying to do good for us regular people. Thanks yall!

Was told this place was ALOT better than Minty Car Wash on Wesley st. Thought Id try yall out. I was disappointed from the get go. First was told they could only do exterior but was doing interior for 2 cars in front of me, 2nd paid for the best exterior wash and wasnt that great, I will attach pictures. Dirty spots were left everywhere (see pictures). Lets just say I wont be back

I went to this car wash one day, talked to a very nice lady, gave her a tip she was very nice all was going well. I get to the part where they vacuum and clean the interior of my car. You can tell they vacuumed but they didn’t move the seat back nothing. There was dirt everywhere barely vacuumed. The dash was not clean not even wiped down. We went through the car wash the people at the end did a great job with drying my car. We thought maybe they will call vacuum at the end but they didn’t so they sent us back to the vacuum part again and the guy was very rude. Was slamming my door. My boyfriend ended up having to vacuum it for him and a much better job than he did. Do not recommend.

The worker prior to the mechanical car wash broke my side view mirror. I called up there to see about how to fix/replace it and the manager (Luis) who answered was rude and argued that it was broken before. There was no damage prior. And if there was, why didn’t the employee ask for guidance, or not touch the mirror and point it out?The manager said he was onsite but didn’t come out to check that a customer was sitting on the lot with a hanging mirror. 2 separate employees (Garrett & ?) went inside at different times to ask for him and they said he wasn’t there at the time.Now Luis is holding my mirror hostage if I don’t take this review down. This should tell you everything you need to know.Don’t visit, they damage your car and refuse to help you if anything happens.

Called to make an appointment. Asked for an appointment for a certain day. They said no. No suggestion of a better day - nothing - just no. Am I supposed to keep asking until you have an opening. Who knows better when THEY have an opening me or them?

We took our car up to get detailed when we picked it up and brought it home We noticed they were still dirt on the inside and the grooves of where the seatbelt is on the seat themselves didnt even look like they were barely vacuumed. Not a good job at all for the price that we paid I could have cleaned it better at home

Pros: Inexpensive and helpful staff. They do a great job on the inside.Cons: Full service is kinda slow, and I had a few streaks afterward.Overall: My car got cleaned and I didnt have to do it.

I never have gotten my car washed before, honestly. Here they were nice, helpful, thorough and professional. The prices are great and Ill be by in a few weeks to try a higher package. Thanks, guys!

These guys and gals did a wonderful job!! It was a little pricey but couldn’t have been more pleased with the work (I’m not super picky but I like the details!).

This group really works hard at making sure you are satisfied before you leave, they usually had wash my truck and they take good care of all the details and they get you thru fast. Got to give them a try if you haven t already. Keep up the great work.

Great job!! I have been traveling back and forth between Greenville and Texarkana since October and my car was filthy and covered in bugs! Hacienda Car Wash got all of the bugs off and my car looks squeaky clean again! I have a very busy work life and just don’t have time to wash my car myself. Love the fact we can pull through there get the Jeep washed and they hand dry it so theres no water spots all over it.

Came hero 6-15- 2020 I got the $30 car wash & if I wasnt watching them they wouldnt have cleaned my inside windows they were saying they already done it and they only done the driver door and driver back door window and they wipe my door frames down just enough to get the dust off of it and didnt clean it like I paid for them to do & they wiped the dash and the doors and the middle console with the same side of the rag that they I wiped my door frames down with & didnt clean the inside windows very good are the dash or the doors but when I bring my van here about a week or two ago when the lady was working the stand where you pay at my minivan was playing really good thats the only reason Im giving three stars right now instead of giving them one if I base my spirits off today they would have to get a one star the lady that was working needs to train the other employees how to do their job right and good to satisfy customers if she is the only reason I bring my car here because how good her and the other workers that day clean my van really good just make sure you watch them when theyre clean your car because when the guys are all here they just dont care about the customers

They did a pretty good job but they werent thorough in their cleaning. I had to tell them to clean out my cup holders which they still didnt do very well.. they also did not vacuum the trunk of my car.Aside from that they were very nice

Not friendly people at all. When I have to get out and clean my own car and vacuum it’s sad! Get home and basically have to rewash the whole car. Terrible!

Ive said it before but Ill say it again its one of the best of not the best. The employees are courteous and good at their jobs. They stand behind their work completely. Price wise, well theyre very reasonable and for every level they offer unlimited washes for less than the cost of 2 trips. I have tried other washes but no more, I have a home for my car wash needs. Give em a try and you will too. I use the store in Greenville Texas but Id bet money they are all as good. Never had a bad experience there at all.I highly recommend them, if you love driving a clean car!

Awesome car wash!! Basic car wash is only $5, and it removed all of the dead bugs on my car. They towel dry it and everything, will definitely be returning.

Service was great as always and the truck was really clean

After a “full service” car wash—their delux service—the car was still dirty. I ran a paper towel and windex over the rear window when I got home and it came away black. The roof is still dusty and has bird lime.

I would recommend them, but like any company, there are changes that need to be made. One is, finding a way to make sure when a customer pays for wax for example, it gets on the vehicle, ( I had on 3 occasions) not getting it done, and bringing it to their attention every time. The owner is a great person, but some of his help, needs training and some even need to be caring of the customer. example, when it is time to dry off the vehicle, and you pay to get your wheels cleaned, take the time to really clan them, not act as if you dont care and just brush the customer off.

Skinny black dude that runs the vacuum stole MY cigarettes out of my car. (I WATCHED HIM .and then asked if i could bum one..just to be sure. I dont know anyone else besides myself that still turns the first one upside down as the lucky...and how many black folks you know that smokes Marlboro Reds..LMAO!!) Back windshield wasnt even touched. And I watched as the guy that runs the pressure washer told the guy that writes up the tickets asked to go home...and was told to not come back in front of myself as well as 3 other customers, which was probably why I was there waiting for all this to be done for TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!

Dont be fooled by its looks,,Really appreciated the service, they took extra time and didnt just pre-soak my car but actually used high pressure to wash it, and then send it through the machines! I would definitely return back here.

I will not use you again, the is the worst car wash I have ever paid for, the owner/manager is rude he would not refund my money, his worker was cussing at me in front of customers. All because I complained about my car not being clean!!! If I could add pictures I would show ppl how sorry of a job yall do.

They did a horrible job on my car. They left the floor boards soaking wet and streaks all over my car. The lady that checked me out didnt know what she was doing and acted like she hated life. They left stains on my drivers seat that didnt have stains before and didnt touch the trunk. For $80, I should have gotten much better service. Never going back.

This place discriminates against their employees the manager is allowed to call them names buttheads m************ and anything else that he feels that is appropriate they also have a mans bathroom that does not have a full equipment for them to go to the bathroom this place should be shut down and not be in running order federal bureau Better Business should be and the labor board should have a piece of Mind in it I feel that this employees are not being treated right nor are they being done right the manager can clock them in and out anytime he wants whenever he feels that he wants to do it even if theyre working some of the employees are scared to even say anything they just let it happen
