When the employees are doing their job, this is a great car wash. However, there is one employee in particular (don’t know his name, no name tags) who never does his job properly and he seams to be working all day, most days. He pushes the button to send my car through before even picking up the sprayer to spray my car. And by the time he starts spraying, I’m already in the wash and he cannot reach the other side because the automatic mover is already moving me.Not only that, but this same employee always makes the customers wait in line. When I pull in and have to wait I say to myself, “it’s probably that same employee” and sure enough, 100% of the time that I have to wait, it’s him. They advertise a “3 minute car wash”. It is not 3 minutes, thanks to this one employee you’d be lucky to finish in 7 minutes.

My mom and I come here a lot with the membership plan no complaints so far

Good car wash but not great. Suction on vacuums barely picks up dirt.

$25 for a wash that didn’t shine my tires and then vacuums with no suction and musty smelling rags to clean with. This place has gone downhill consistently since opening.

This place was ok when it opened, but I just made my final visit. First, the price of a basic wash went up over 40%. Second, wash prep is almost nonexistent and only happens on drivers side. Bad value, bad service. Stay away.Thanks for the response. If you are really serious about improvement, challenge your local team to visit your competition. Its over 100°, the are not covered and theres no vending machine. Why am I paying $30 a month?

First time, last time, last night. They charged $7 for wash ok, but $3 for bug $pray cleaner!! I bit and bought it to see. Operator comes out stands on driver side squirts window and grill on my large SUV sees I have more down the driver side from tire splashes on rocker panel but doesnt bother to walk around and get other side. After wash bug stuff on window, all over front and grill, back of mirrors but driver side rocker much cleaner than passenger, too bad he was too lazy to walk around and spray... it was in the direction of his office where he went back to sit. Crevice tool vacuum little suction.

So we have an unlimited monthly pass and the workers are all sitting in the room we had to wait for someone to come out they dont spray your whole car just half of it then the vaccum hoses dont half work no glass cleaner for the windows etc and the lot is dirty and trash is everywhere. We go to the one on wade hampton blvd is much cleaner

I think there should be way more trash cans and cleaning towel stations. Also the vacuums need to be serviced half of them didnt work. I wanted to get a membership but after my experience I changed my mind.

Have been using this car wash for about a year. Recently disappointing experiences. The early bird special seems no longer available. Today there was a sign that they were out of spray bottles since 8.18 and today was the 30th. Said backordered. So the provided towels (greatly appreciated) basically just spread dirt around - especially on the windows. They have a large number of spots blocked for Cov protocols. I understand that - but there were in some places 3 to 4 spaces blocked in a row. Finally a space opened up. That vacuum was blocked with obstructions and not able to be used. Not sure if new management or not, but value to visit this location has diminished.

I was super disappointed in the car wash this time. I paid extra for the hot wax, which was not applied, and then when I went to vacuums, none of them had suction. Just a waste of time and money.

They used to be better with 2 guys pressure spraying the wheels at the beginning of the line, but now theres only one and he only does the drivers side. When they first opened the process lasted longer and my car was cleaner. Now it seems to move faster and the job isnt as good, leaving some areas not as clean.

If you want your car spritzed with water with barely any soap at all, then slapped with car wash brushes with a quick 1 psi air dry. Then this is the place for you! If you like to pay $16 for a car wash just to come out with the car as dirty as before, then this is the car wash for you. I am giving it two stars instead of one because it at least sprayed water on my vehicle. Total waste of money, trust me!

Update experience: I would highly recommend going to another car wash because the staff at this location is beyond lazy and you do not get the services paid for. Previously I was upset with my service at this location and today was confirmed by another employee. I pay for the best wash with bug prep and this is the second employee that just pulled me in and started the belt even though every light is flashing showing manager special with bug prep. Completely ignored. I am 100% cancelling my membership.I highly recommend the management being more involved and properly training and holding their employees accountable to do their job.Previous comment: Bottom line up front. This car wash has the laziest employees that I have to experienced thus far. I pay monthly for the manager’s special for the past six months. Today, the employee identifying himself as “Kevin” stated to me they are not allowed to spray the fender wells nor the running boards. Apparently the past six months at other locations from zips that I use is either wrong, right, or goes the extended courtesy for customer service. So I would like for a manager to clarify if that is the truth that employees are not allowed to spray fender well and running boards before going through.With this particular employee is not the first time as he half does everything from my experience with barely spraying the car . He walks out, hits the button to send you through and barely sprays the car and just one side. And from my experience at this location the majority of the workers I have experienced are very similar, but Kevin is the worst.If only the employees from Woodruff location worked at pleasantburg it would be one of the best in the upstate. Only down fall to Woodruff location is the absolute outdated equipment.I am at the point of canceling my pass and going with another company.

Ownership seems to change here every few months, but they have managed to hold onto one or two of the same faces. As far as the wash, its what you would expect. They have vacuum stations and towels to dry & buff. Its always clean and the staff are friendly.

I like that after your car wash you can dry your car and vacuum it for free, they even provide you with towels to use

I have the month pass which I use daily. I have to park under trees so my car gets filthy. I like that there are multiple Zips in the area so I can pop in to any one of them. Because I wash daily, the monthly pass is a great deal!

Waiting on a damage call back. My Escalade ESV paint was damaged when it was ran through the wash dry. Its awful looking now. The staff is very kind. Theres just no way the machine should have pulled my vehicle through, with no soap and water on, and the brushes spinning. All I could do is just wait. Looks really bad.

Their paying machine wasnt acting properly, I was helped professionally swiftly and without prejudice. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

I get the basic wash ($7) and put in the extra work at the end to spiff up my car and clean anything that the machine missed. I’ve tried several of the upgraded washes here and I don’t see much of a difference so I stick to the basics.The vacuums are pretty good, not as powerful as other car wash places but they do the job. The towels and window/interior spray are helpful for inside and out, crevices and tires. This is my go-to place and I visit 2-3 times per month.

I’m changing my review. Purchased a membership tab for my vehicle a few months back. Well a storm damaged my windshield and the tab couldn’t transfer to the new windshield. No worries Zips gave me a new tab so now my car stays clean!! Thanks Zips!!

I always have mixed reviews of this place. Last year they ran a great membership deal with unlimited washes for $20... Under new membership they raised prices. Also, every time I leave the wash, I have to wipe off the excess tire shine from the lower sides of my car.All in all... For a couple bucks you get a decent wash, free vacuuming and towels...

Several months ago, my review was 4 stars and I said this was a good car wash. Since then, not so much. They STILL have one of their applicators out that puts the shine on your wheels. I wont go back.

I hate that they keep raising the cost of a basic wash. It started at $5, then $6, now its $7. But the vacuums and detailing you get to do after is why I go. They post a time limit but have never enforced it on me (there are always places for other cars so no real need when Im there). Good wash and well supplied with towel and cleaner for your own touches.

I read the signs posted EVERYWHERE and I dont own an old beat up car so anything being blown off by the dryer isnt an issue. This is defiantly a car wash for people with newer cars that want to keep them looking nice and clean. The Managers Special wash is as Good as it gets. Rain is afraid of my car now or so it seems. The staff are friendly and helpful and after already getting a deal on the wash the freebies add icing to the cake. Window cleaner, towels and vacuums are all included in the price of EVERY wash!!! I love this wash. Its the only one Ill ever use from now on. Definitely recommended!

Zips car wash is fantastic! It used to be Four Seasons Express Carwash. The same great service just a different name. The manger and employees at the Taylors location are the absolute best!! They are always very nice to me when I come in to get my van washed. I just love going there.

Monthly service option is the best! Its inexpensive. I drive up, machine scans my windshield, opens the bar for me to drive through, when finished, I get to vacuum all I want for no additional cost, and even has Windex & towels for me to clean with!! The best part is... I can go through the carwash every day of the month for one monthly fee!! I only pay $25!!! 😁❤

Good car wash. A bit frustrated with the ownership change - my sensor would not activate the gate to enter the wash and all I could do was sit there. No messaging, signage, or staff to assist with non-functioning old sensors. Was later told to sign up, again, as before. Havent do so and I see my account was charged under the previous contract. Install a HELP button at the gate!

My husband and I have been using this car wash since they opened. The staff are friendly and its only $20/month for unlimited washes. I have always enjoyed having a clean car, but with small children it made it difficult to keep up with my car until this place opened! Its helped keep my sanity and has become my cars best friend!

WHAT A GREAT PLACE !!I took advantage of their back to school special. The wash was extremely good, and cost me only $3.00 bucks. The facility is very clean and modern. To me, the best though is around behind their building, they provide a huge vacuum system that is **WOW** good and will almost suck the carpet from your vehicle. They also provide plentiful blue, clean, wet towels ( and Windex type glass cleaner ) to wipe off excess water, clean the dash and glass. WONDERFUL !!Their regular basic wash is $6.00, I think. If word gets around it will become the busiest car wash in our city. If you are not wanting to do your own interior vacuuming, etc... I am not certain if they have employees available to vacuum and clean the glass. but, for the money, this is easily the best car wash in Greenville, SC !!!

Awesome car wash. After the car gets washed, you have to do vacuum and wiping excess water by yourself. It can be a fun family activity, especially when there are young kids involved. If you dont have time for vacuum etc., you can skip and drive off after wash.

Nice enough place but they have a huge downfall. They don’t have the same sensor as all the other Zips location so the monthly pass doesn’t open the gate. You have to get out, go in the office and tell them. That’s not a huge deal expect it holds up the line and the employees seem bothered every time you do it.

Pretty good car wash. Seems to clean your car well as long as you do not have lots of caked on mess on your car. Reasonable prices with multiple wash options and memberships for unlimited monthly car washes.

I have been a member since the beginning. They told me when I signed up that I had to come in to the car wash and cancel, so that should not be a surprise to anyone.The car wash is very clean. The vacuums always work and the one time I had a problem I told one of the workers and they fixed it immediately.There are about five car washes closer to my house, but this place is worth the drive.

Dont waste your money here. I purchased a $20 managers special and my car was still dirty afterward. Before coming in it had a bit of tree wax on top of the car. When I approached the office about it the resolution that was offered was to purchase a few more washes. Some service.I had to do it myself out in the freezing cold by hand with their green handcloths.I highly recommend Canopy Car Wash on Wade Hampton Blvd thats probably 5 minutes from here.I will never return to Blue Sky ever.

DisappointingThe car wash itself is okay.The poor customer service is the problem.After purchasing a high grade car wash - I acknowledged that the car was not properly cleaned and the young manager informed me that there wasnothing he could do, which also included not running my vehicle through the wash a second time.

I have been over 30 times, had a memembership for 3 months, car was never fully clean after each wash, vacuums were never strong enough. Just went to cancelled my membership and it took 20 minutes. Very unorganized. I would like a manager to email me to confirm my membership was in fact cancelled. You should always have a responsible manager on duty. Everyone there was sitting and playing on there phone and had no idea what was going on. Very unprofessional.

Its a decent car wash but it would be a lot better if the people working there would not half do it. They are supposed to prewash certain areas depending on what package you select. I selected the highest package with tire shine and all. Needless to say there was still mud on the sides of my doors and I still has to clean my tires myself after I went through the car wash. This is a horrible place for children or people with weak bladders because there are no restrooms. Not too mention they have an extremely long list of what they are not responsible for like scratches on your car from the car wash which it usually does leave scratches. Best thing is the vacuum and sometimes it doesnt even work like its supposed too.

I frequented this car wash quite a bit, but today will be my last. The manager, Daniel is extremely rude. He didnt prewash my car like hes supposed to. He prewashed the car right in front of me. Believe me mine needed it pretty bad!! He scolded me on how I pulled up and rolled his eyes at me repeatedly. Not what you expect from a manager at all. I will never come back and Ill tell all my friends. Looks like Daniel has been rude to other people as well. Someone might want to take notice!

This was my first time trying Blue Sky Car Wash, and I must say, I was beyond impressed with the outcome!! We had just gotten home from a road trip to and from New York, so there was salt caked ALL OVER THE CAR! I thought I would have to end up taking it to a do it yourself car wash afterwards to finish it up, but I didnt!! The attendant made sure to scrub all the spots that were really dirty, the tires, and the grill. After you go through the carwash (which is pretty colorful....little kids love it) they have free vacuum cleaners and the machine that gets the dirt out of the floor mats, that both work really well, AND they offer free use of drying towels & windex. After that experience, I have decided to get the monthly plan!! You can pay $35 and get the best wash they offer for a month! You can go every single day for a month and have your car washed for the same price as if you went just 2 times! Its a great deal!!

This place does a stellar job of car washing. The price is very reasonable for all of the different treatments that it provides to your car, and the tools needed to clean out the inside of your car are more than sufficient for getting the job done!

The car wash is ok, but whatever you do not ever sign up for their monthly unlimited program. I cancelled 3 months ago they are still billing me. Called their office 4 times. Each time they say they will get back to me. Never do. Finally after calling relentlessly they stopped billing (they said). But they refuse to refund any months they billed me in error. What a nightmare. HORRID responsibility when it comes to staff. I guess we will see if I get billed again next month!

Garbage. If you want to pay twice the price for half a car wash, this is the place for you. Mediocre automatic wash with flashing lights and gimmicks, then go wash the inside yourself while the two employees sit inside watching YouTube videos on their phones. Total joke of a business, never again.

I love this car wash or shall i say i loved this car wash until that ass manager turned me away from using the restroom. i am disabled and am on major medication for my colon and heart. i do the monthly everything package at 45 bucks a month and he could care less. he is so in human. i asked to use the restroom and gave him the reason and he said go across the street. i said i couldnt make it and i am in my work clothers. i said i would end up pissing by my car. he said do what you want or need to. i did and he started taking pics of me and my vehicle. what is this world coming to.? he needs to realize that one day he will need help and he will be turned away...to bad the owner isnt around or maybe he is the same way to allow this for disabled people. seems like all the reviews have an issue with the attitude and friendly or not so friendly service of the manager, Daniel....I think he is the obese white dude...

You pay a premium for just a half washed vehicle, always seems to make me have to go through a second time. And you have to clean the inside yourself. Just take it to canopy.
