The head barber, Charlene, is exceptionally good at listening to what I want and working with me to get the haircut I want. When I first came for a haircut, I brought my wife - who used to cut my hair and is particular. She and Charlene worked together and I was very happy with the result. From then on Charlene knew exactly what to do.She is also friendly, yet professional. She wont let me leave until shes satisfied. She even insisted on finishing a haircut in progress when the power went out!

Love everything about Charlene and her business. I love not having to have an appointment and her reasonable prices, and her always cheerful and pleasant demeanor. She cares so much about each person who comes through the door!

I had my first visit to Regency Barber Styling today. Very good experience. Ive been looking around Greenville for a new barber for well over a year now, and have never had a very good experience elsewhere. Im a guy who loves the old-school style of barbers: men who got their start cutting hair in the military. Floyd the Barber types. I simply say this to note that Charlene impressed me. Apparently, she was trained by her father who was one of those Air Force barbers I would have liked. She demonstrated a skill and knowledge equal to barbers Id gone to for the last several decades. Most impressive. And she was quite cordial and engaging in conversation as well. Ive not experienced that from several other places Ive tried recently. Id also note the haircut was quite affordable. Charlene also informed me that she colors hair as well, apparently custom blending colors.

I have been going to Charlene for years. She is so friendly and talented. It is not easy to make me look presentable, but Charlene is always up to the task and remembers just how I like my hair cut. She is a favorite of my teenage son as well, and on top of everything, she is very reasonably priced. We give her our highest recommendation!

I love to go to Regency. Charlene and Sheriess are great! The shop is comfortable and they have a friendly atmosphere. I would never go anywhere else! They even trimmed my dogs hair out of his eyes when I took him by at Halloween in his costume!

Regency Barber Styling has recently moved into a very nice shop. Friendly... reasonably-priced... family-owned and operated... Always know who will be cutting your hair and they get to know their clients as well.

Charlene gives me a better cut for $15 than any of the downtown places Ive tried for $30+ per cut.

They do good work, but are short-staffed on Saturdays, when they also close early. Ive gotten my hair cut here for the past couple of years, but walked out on my last visit because the wait was ridiculous. Theres a bit of a disconnect there: I would think that Saturdays would be a barber shops busiest day and that the shop would do everything it could to drive Saturday business, not drive it away.

I drive crosstown to get a great haircut here.
