The guy that shape mess me up act as he didnt want too do it the told him too he really mess the back of my neck Up he cut into my hair line. So very uneven..i will never go back there again..

Carlos did such an amazing job with my sons haircut today. My son is mixed (black and white) and so it’s kinda hard finding a hairstylist that can cut his hair correctly unless Im able to find a Dominican barbershop. But I’ve been doing everything I can to explain this exact hair style to every single barber we go to, but nobody can ever get it right... But after 14 years, Carlos actually did it!!! He was fast, thorough, and very nice. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Carlos!

I called for an appointment someone said just come on by. Around 7 people working I sat there with no one acknowledge me for over an hour and a half. As a chair came available a man said sir at me but music was so loud I said yes Im coming and a guy lit stood up and ran to the seat and sat down who have only waited a out 10 min.Lit of 7 people working no one said hey some one will be with you and they all watch me sit there for 1.5 hrs. For new customers or walk INS this was horrible, Id encourage going to even great clips over this place.Not to sound the wrong way but I was only white guy there, Im out of the military and its hard to find anywhere that can do a fade haircut. Im also a contractor and I work with the Latino community on a daily basis, my wife is even Latino idk why they all refused to acknowledge me, like I said didnt want to sound in a bad way, but only thing I can think of from the experience I had as well as baber giving my seat up to another Spanish guy.

THEY DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE!! DO NOT VISIT THEM!! Had an appointment set up for my sons FIRST haircut. No one greeted my husband and son when they arrived on time for the appointment. The barber CARLOS put a Spanish kid In his seat instead. While my husband and 15month old still waited. Horrible first haircut experience.

Ive been cutting my hair at this place befor they even change the location... I had a certain barber who cuts my hair but he left so I tried to go with someone idont know and it was bad bad experience I showed him picture of the haircut that I want he cut something completely different and I paid 40$!

Shout out to Carlos over at Bacano cutz. Hes been my goto barber for about a year now. He is an artist with the fade and will continue to go here for as long as I live in the upstate. By far the best barber shop hands down. Make sure you write your name on the board when you come in. Also the music and atmosphere remind me of being home in NY.Also cleanliness is amazing here. Always sparkling clean.

They did a very bad job on my hair cut I wish I could post the pictures of my haircut because. I promise you wouldn’t want to go to this place ever again!!! I showed my family my haircut in they told me i should go back because it’s not worth 23$ which i was charged for!! The guy that cut my hair he cut it so poorly that it looks sad. I have to go to a interview tomorrow morning now I’m second guessing if i should even go very upset with this place don’t go!!!!

Went into the shop this afternoon around one and there was about 7 people in front of my son. Knowing they close at 2 the man said that if I wanted to leave and just put my sons name on the list as long as I came back within 2 hours his hair would still be cut. I called to the shop to see if they were close to the end of the list so I could start heading over there and the man called and said I’d have to be back before 2 and that is not what I was told when I left!!! Terrible customer service they should have just closed the door at a certain time to avoid going past 2 o clock. But telling me to put my sons name on the list and then telling me even though he is on the list they won’t cut his hair is wrong. Had I knew that I would have stayed there as my son needed his hair cut and have been trying to find a good time when they aren’t too busy to get it done!

Everyone cuts great. Open the shop on time. Its 930 on a Monday and Im waiting outside still.

The haircuts you get here are amazing. But there is always like an hour wait at least. I just left because there was 1 barber on a Friday afternoon with 7 people waiting. I would be waiting for 2 hours or more. Cant justify waiting that long plus the price hike since I last visited.

Wait was long but Im patient. Cut was mediocre just a fade and shape up. What stuck to me was the price. Guy charged everyone before me $15-$20; He charged me $35 dollars. Best go elsewhere just a heads up.

My husband got a great haircut (fade, line and beard trim) from here. I waited and watched the whole time and it was clear by the packed waiting area that this is a great place to come.

Went there 1 time. Waited a while, but it wasnt busy. One of the barbers who saw me waiting, completely ignored me to help some lady out that had just got there. Then when i finally get my hair cut. They do a bad job with the fade, and buddy tried to make excuses. As if i dont know what a good hair cut looks like. Definitely wont go back. No one here knows how to do a proper fade.

I’m 50 and this is the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I’ve had haircuts from Cuban barbers in Miami that spoke no English to barbers in Alaska and everywhere in between. Asked for a regular tapered haircut and the guy cut it real high in the back and blocked it, but even worse cut a quarter inch of hair from my forehead all the way accross. It looks like a combination MS 13 and bozo the clown. I went to Old Crow barber shop immediately afterwards and asked if they knew how to give a traditional tapered haircut and they could but insisted they let them blend in the damage before I left. Never have I had a worse haircut and I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted before I sat down for the cut. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE.
