Never go to a barber that makes you prepay the whole amount of the service (or even partial amount)... That’s what I did here (plus a generous tip), and now I’m out almost $50! I explained that I had an emergency-had to go to the hospital but got absolutely no sympathy or offer to reschedule without making me pay again. Emergencies happen and the customer is not always able to call ahead. You should work with them to reschedule. Never going back-enjoy your free tip you didn’t work for.

Got my haircut for the first time (will not be the last) at Boss Men’s yesterday and I cannot say enough how great of an experience I had. I have thinning and receding hair, and the man who cut my hair, Brian Bufford, made me look like a brand new man! I haven’t felt so confident in my hair in so long. Ive always had trouble finding a barber I liked. I like my hair a specific way and I got tired of wasting my time telling barbers exactly what I want only for them to cut my hair however THEY wanted.. until I met CHRIS from BOSS. Together we planned out exactly what I wanted and he did it to perfection. Hes also a super chill dude with great taste in music. I made an appointment online via the website. Got confirmation with the barber information. Got up there at the time we were supposed to be there. I was told I need to call and not do it online. If making an appointment online is not a service that is available it does not need to be an option because it’s extremely inconvenient to waste that time and gas. I was told there was no space for my 7 year old to get his cut from any of the barbers there and he gave me a few of his business card which I threw away. My son’s 8 year old birthday was the very next day and we needed his hair cut. I called the other “Boss Barber Studio” on Antrim Dr and explained the situation. They took me right in and said they will find space. I will be giving them 5 star but not this place.

Brian is by far the best Barber I have ever come across. I literally sit in the chair and tell him to work his magic with no guidance at all. He is so good that all of the men in my family go to him. I HIGHLY recommend anybody to go to him for a true professional haircut that is also affordable.

I think there are a total of five barbers in which all do excellent work and each possesses his or her own unique set of skills.My barber of this establishment is Chris Kutz. To me, Im just not a client to him, hes my friend.. they all are and thats the way they make you feel when you enter the door. I drive from Anderson, SC to Greenville to get my haircut which is approximately a 45 minute drive one way to get my haircut. Could I find a barbershop closer? Yes, but ask yourself.. how far am I willing to go for a Good cut? I refuse to settle for 2nd best and in my book, Chris Kutz is the best!
