Everyone on staff seemed to take precautions seriously. While waiting I saw several staff spraying down and wiping things off after every customer.When it was my turn, my first visit here, Ariel took the time to understand what I was looking for and made helpful suggestions.Im always a little nervous when I have to find a new stylist, but she made me feel at ease and gave me a great, professional cut. Im very happy with the results and will definitely be back!

Always great service and great haircuts. All of the employees are friendly and treat each customer with great care. They make helpful suggestions about haircare products and techniques for your hair and beard. This is the only place I will get my hair cut in town.

As with any Sport Clips, the prices cant be beat. The hairdresser was experienced, and she was able to give me a good cut, even though I wasnt too sure what I wanted.The staff was very friendly as well, and by checking in online, the wait time was minimal.

I waited for over an hour to get a haircut. Guy comes in with 4 kids. He and two of the kids were on the waiting list in front of me. That is all good. The bad part is, the dad wanted to squeeze another kid in before me. The stylist let him do it. I left and will never go back.

Have had great results before. This time waited for over an hour even though on screen and by text it said 15 min. Ended up walking out, was a waste of time.

My personal experience is that Amanda is the absolute best. Very talented and professional. I purchased the MVP and she did not disappoint.

This is the only place I will take my son for a haircut. The staff is always friendly and very talented. My sons hair is super thick and has a cowlick, so it isn’t easy to cut. However, Tiffany Does an amazing job every time!

Checked my son in on app, 40 min wait. When we arrived another 40 min wait with 2 people a head of us. You would think they would have more than 2 people working on a Thursday 2 weeks before a holiday.Wont be going back no welcome to great clips just a youre going to have to sign in and wait at least 40 minutes.Why offer checkin and definitely not worth a 80 minute wait especially after seeing the crooked chopped up fade

Ashley Wilson consistently does an impeccable job taming my 14 year old sons very thick wavy locks every visit! Her work is OUTSTANDING! Her positive attitude is contagious! Ashley is very knowledgable as well as friendly, hardworking, and professional! I would highly recommend her for all of your hair care needs!! My son agrees wholeheartedly! He doesnt want anyone else to cut and style his hair for fear they will not do as good of a job! It is obvious she takes great pride in her career and enjoys making customers of all ages happy with their results! Her skill is well worth tackling the insane traffic on Woodruff Road to visit her! We have been her customers for YEARS now and have NEVER had a complaint, not even one! I am extremely picky and so is my son. Ashley manages to satisfy us BOTH which is no small accomplishment!! The price cannot be beat for the quality of service provided!

I love talking about College Football and so does your staff. I had a wonderful experience in my chair yesterday. Ashley did an amazing job for me as I gave her a description and she followed through with exactly as I described. She even suggested a new product for me to use for my type of hair.

The ladies at the Woodruff Road Sports Clips were very friendly even with it being the end of the day. I was previously going to the Pelham Rd Sports Clip because it was less than a mile away, however the staff has not been friendly the last few times I was there and the wait has been longer than normal.Going forward I will fight the Woodruff Road traffic due to the professionalism shown by Heather and her coworkers. Even with the exterior of the building being remodeled they are open and have ample parking. Thanks for a great experience Heather.

Both of my boys adore their haircuts and so enjoyed being pampered with relaxing hot towels and a shampoo! They were pampered and then given a short massage after their haircut! I think its safe to say this is their official place for haircuts! Both of our stylists were sweet and accommodating. My youngest son is on the spectrum and our stylist was sweet and understanding the entire time with him. One happy mommy :)

My hair is difficult to cut, being curly and a bit frizzy. Ashley Wilson did a fantastic job and is a true master of her craft. She cut my hair with great skill and precision, and I was very happy with her work!

It has been my third time visit at this place, and I don’t know Why I was keep coming back; the last two it wasn’t that great either, the first time they messed up the line back of my head, I noticed when I got home because she didnt show it to me when she was done. I didn’t say anything because maybe it was an accident and I knew it was going to grow back, the second time I just wanted to cut it short and fated a little in the sides. But the girl who was doing it she was shaking while Cutting my hair, which makes me notices that she must be new. And didn’t cut it how I want it, but it was alright. The third time it was this lady which I thought she might be better than the last two, I told myself, I said to her that I wanted to be fated in the sides with 0-2, but she didn’t even fate right, she shows me the back, and I asked why does it looks like that like it wasn’t like fated right she didn’t have any responsibility but suggested to go more up with the 0 I say No you need to fated right, but I change my mind and told her nevermind because I was just tired and it was my fault to keep coming back, I guess the third time is when it hits you never to go back. I dont even know why they have a Five-star rating. Maybe some of them are better.

Bad attitudes and poor customer service. Worse sports clips Ive visited. Even called at 11am to verify appointment however you could only check in via online in which lady said was down today. I said I needed a cut around 5 on lunch.. I arrive two people walk in front of me. They instantly greeted and sat and not one person spoke to me. I waited 30 minutes, then some jackass came in said he checked in online started talking about the mask and its bs. I continue to wait, the less than stellar older blonde pigtail lady still doesnt speak then calls him up. Im frustrated bc they told me I could leave and grab lunch during wait. But if you dont speak to your clients how can you know what to do? It was disrespectful bad business and a lady even finished a guy 15 minutes in and dissapeared. I could have arranged other means now Im unprepared for a business meeting based on poor service and judgement from your stylist. She didnt even care. Bs

My son was very happy with his cut. He had a gentleman with dark hair(Ill edit the review when I find the card with his name) He stopped and asked periodically if we were happy with the cut and progress. Very clean and detail oriented. Very friendly to my son. We have found our new hair wizard!

My service was done by Ashley. Great haircut and the MVP service is totally worth it, it was free for my first visit, but they have just made a very happy returning customer! I dont care for sports, but the atmosphere doesnt bother me. If you like sports though, all this place is missing is some cold beer!

Brett is great here! My husband has been coming to her for about 6 months now and he is pleased with his haircut every time. But my son is 3 and he’s usually pretty bad with haircuts. But he actually did so well with her yesterday! She is great with kids and her clients. ❤️

I was surprised to find after walking in the door its not your average strip mall hair salon. It was nice and open and very clean. They offer tons of services and the price is lower than expected. The friendly and helpful lady that cut my hair was great. Also a plus is you can book with the person you prefer not just left to the randomness of who ever is available.

My old haircut salon closed so I had to find someplace new. AND this was my first haircut in two years, having grown a pony tail during that time. Saw Sport Clips and went inside. Great service, no waiting, Tiffany (I think) introduced herself, explained the different options and then told me since it was my first cut there, I would get the VIP special at no extra charge. She listened to what I wanted (a Jack Nicholson cut), looked him up on her phone, reviewed it with me and started cutting. Cut was great, we made a few changes and then the shampoo, scalp massage and blowout. Was a great experience. I will go back.

Go here just about every two weeks, usually get a high fade and spike it up in the front. Havent once had a time where I didnt like my hair cut!

First time at this location; was treated very well and got a great haircut. The stylists were friendly, helped me get signed in, and made me feel welcome. I did not wait long, she cut my hair while I was watching a moto-cross, and gave me the full experience with a hair wash in a massaging chair. Very relaxing!

I have been a satisfied customer of Sport clips for at least 5 or 6 years now. I started using their services in Chandler Arizona. My wife and I just relocated to South Carolina back in April. I was taken care of by Tiffany. She was absolutely awesome! There is one difference between Arizonas service and South Carolina service and that was in Arizona when you were done having your hair washed, a head massage, a hot towel on the face and your back massaged, you were also given a free soda. I didnt say anything about it while with Tiffany but it sure did cross my mind. ;) Other than that, the service was impeccable.

Beware what stylist is doing while you cant see it!!! Ive tried to be patient with the local Sport Clips here in Greenville, but only to be more and more disappointed each time. No one seems to have proper balding clippers for a close cut unless you pay $10 extra. Its already $20 for a simple haircut as it is... Own the proper tools for your profession if you want to truly be successful. Recently I asked for a high fade and a scissor cut on the top, something Ive been saying to barbers and stylists for about 20 years now, and always getting pretty much what I asked for. But not at Sport Clips today. Before I knew it, she had cut at least an inch of hair off the top of my head, including any and all bangs. Then when I asked for her to even them up, she proceeded to cut even more off, then asked if I wanted her to shave off my windows peak! You know youve been hacked up when you have to say to the stylist I think youve done enough, its time you stop.. I shouldnt have to preface my haircut with, Please dont mess up my haircut.. Would not go back if it were free. Sadly, they are a friendly and clean establishment, but their service is lacking overall. Dont operate a first available stylist shop if you cant provide consistent haircuts from one chair to the next. Truly disappointed.

Definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.I have been to several Sports Clips around this great country of ours and have yet to find one that does not straight up butcher my hair. Everytime I give this franchise a chance the story remains the same. I am convinced that every stylist reject in every city is employed by this company. This one is no different. I was praying that she would do a good job, but apparently I didnt pray hard enough.Went in for a fade and came out an uneven fade that was way higher than it should have been, parts that were not even blended, and of course the sporadic strands of hair that withstood this traumatic event around the ears.It was unfortunate for me that this was the closest barber shop to my hotel and I thought....Yeah Ill give them one more try. Dont do it. I wouldve gone back for them to fix it, but I was worried that I would come out more mangled than my hair already is. If you go, good luck. Dont say I didnt warn you.

Pretty good haircut. It took 35 minutes for the guy in front of me to get his sides buzzed. There was only two people working at 5:00 PM. I walked in with 2 people ahead of me and it took over a hour to get a chair. If you go here, reserve ahead of time!

Stylist name Casey. I went for the MVP which includes haircut, shampoo and head-shoulder massage.Good haircut.The massage lasted less than a minute; I dont know if this typical as it was my first time.Worst part she didnt even dry my hair properly after shampoo.

I was in a hurry for a job interview and needed a quick cut. They gave me a relaxing shampoo and wash and neck massage with a hot towel wrapped over my face and a nice haircut for about $20 and it was fast. Probably the most satisfying half hour of my day.

I took my son there to get his hair cut, after much begging on my part to get a hair cut, and was greeted by everyone as I walked in. Meghan was the stylist that cut his hair and she was awesome. She cut his hair perfectly and even suggested a clarifiying shampoo, that was on sale, to help with his dry scalp. You can definitely tell that it is a place for men to get their haircut, with a big screen tv tuned to sports network. We will definitely return! Awesome place and staff!

My son and I have been getting our hair cuts from Shena for several years. After she moved from the Five Forks location, we decided to follow and have not been disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only bad thing is the location on Woodruff Rd. Id definitely recommend stopping in for a trim!

Really liked my hair cut i got there and really nice staff

No sense of urgency. People were waiting and hairdressers were complaining about vacation time and gossiping. Once they did do my son’s haircut I felt like they were kind and attentive and hair cut was satisfactory. I would have upgraded to a wash and treatment but literally they were so slow getting to us I had run out of time.

I went in with my girlfriend who just needed the length cut but the young lady left it uneven. The next day my gf mentioned it to me and when I called to see about having it leveled out the manager just repeated they normally do not cut womens hair due to length. When I asked about guys with long hair she just repeated her answer over and over again.I travel a lot for the business Im in and have always used Sports Clips from Texas, Arizona, Michigan, Missouri, Tennessee, Florida and here in Greenville South Carolina. Moving forward Ill bypass this location and make the extra drive to find another Sports Clip as this one wants just the easy way out and as it seems to me, does not care about Customer Service.And so you know, the day of the event was slow and in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday, they just simply failed.Tony
