DONT RECOMMEND! My initial experience with this company was good. They made an electrical repair that appeared to fix the problem I was having with my headlights. Within days the problem recurred. I have made NUMEROUS attempts to contact them and they dont return phone calls. Apparrently, they think if they ignore your calls you will just go away. I thought they were a reputable company but was obviously mistaken. They will leave you holding the bag!

We just purchased our second Benz (an 04 and an 88) from Southern Star Automotive and couldnt be happier. Both cars were tuned to perfection when we received them and have been running flawless since. I recently showed the 88 to a mechanic friend and he was shocked at how clean and smooth running it was and confirmed we got it for a great price. We live in Ohio and prefer to buy southern cars as they do not get as much wear and tear from the winters, which we recommend for anyone buying used.Very cool guys too, we enjoyed working with them and appreciate their help getting us into some really nice rides.Thanks again guys!!!

We have taken every car we own to be serviced here and have always been treated very fairly and received excellent service.

I TOOK MY MERCEDES TO THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE IT WAS SLOW TO START THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY BATTERY SO IM LIKE OK... SO I GO TO PICK MY CAR UP AND THEY CHARGED ME $425 FOR A FREAKIN BATTERY AND NOT ONLY THAT I ASKED FOR MY OLD BATTERY BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY SOLD IT FOR CORE BUT IT DIDNT REFLECT MY BILL. I ALSO ASKED TO SEE WHERE HE PURCHASED A NEW BATTERY SO THE OWNER GO GET A PAPER BUT TO KEEP ME FROM SEEING HOW MUCH HE REALLY RIPPED ME OFF HE FOLDED THE PAPER IN HALF AND WOULDNT LET ME SEE IT.... ONCE I LEFT I CALLED ANOTHER PLACE CALL BEAMERS AND BENZ AND THEY TOLD ME $280 FOR BATTERY AND INSTALLATION.... I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN..

I was in the market for specifically a Honda Civic si 4 door sedan. I searched on the the Internet for months as I was saving my money. I got to the point were I had enough and I found my car on a Craigslist ad they posted. I called and talked with Betty and we worked out a deal and I drove 3 hours from Asheville to check out the car and I loved it. I worked very hard to get this car and Im glad they worked hard to help me!
