The appointment was easy to set up on-line. When I got to the dealership I was seen before the actual appointment time. I was given an update on services needed for my car in addition to those I had initially indicated needed to be addressed. The repairs and services were done in a timely manner and the check-out could not have been easier. Staff have smiles on their faces - both in the repair area and especially the staff member who checked me out. Love Brown and Wood!!
I have been very unsatisfied with the outcome of my maintenance service. Im suppose to have the protected coat on the outside of my truck and the interior of my truck. That was not done and you can tell. Every time Ive had an oil change Ive had to add oil to my truck before getting and oil change. Ive had my oil changed at one other location and did not have to add oil. Dont understand what the issue may be but Im very unhappy about these things right now. Ive always looked up to Brown and Wood. My uncle came all the way from New York just to buy his Cadillac from here. Hes purchased 2 from here.

They only gave some guesses at what they thought was wrong, I found zero confidence in them being able to completely diagnose my vehicle and fix it. I paid them 160 Dollars for them to tell me they think this or that but I need confidence it would be fixed before I pay them more. He didnt even know what my vehicle was or that it had multiple ECM

Started off great. Salesman Tim C. Got VERY rude when I decided the deal he was offering was not for me. I tried explaining why I wouldnt be paying 400 a month for a 08 pickup. They low balled me on my trade andonly offered me fair value when I tried to leave. They also refused to work on the price of the truck. When a salesman tells you that you wasted his time it makes him a sore loser. I WILL NOT be recommending this place to anyone. I would love for management to give me a call, but they wont

All phases of the process went very smooth. Our salesman Chris Dizon was very helpful and answered all our questions. Frank Laney in the Parts Department ordered us Buick floor mats and also assisted me installing them correctly. Both orders were received the next day and I received a call from him as soon as they were received. All of the managers took the time to answer all of our questions and made this buying experience a pleasure.
Since they were going to do an oil change and inspection on the car I ask how much it would cost to replace the low beam headlight bulbs. I was told it would be $130 because it would take one hour of labor to replace, I did not believe that estimate. I had read the instructions and they were not that complicated for a mechanic. I said no I would replace it myself. When I got home I changed one bulb in less than 20 minutes with the wrong equipment (a pair of needle nose plyers to remove a bolt) and no experience in removing and replacing the headlight group. If I could do that in less than 20 minutes your mechanic should have been able to do both lights in less than 15 minutes. I really feel that your service department were trying to rip me off. If I cannot trust your service to give me a good price for something small WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING MORE. I will never come back to Brown & Wood for any work to be done on my car. I agree that you can publish my response, but I doubt you will.
For the most part I usually enjoy my experiences at Brown & Wood, but it is often that I have to spend a large portion of my day there. All of the employees are very kind. However, when it comes to taking my car to service I have to wait quite some time. I recently had to get my tires rotated and it took 3 hours.

I went in for an oil change and to get air in my tires. The gentleman said my tires needed rotation and balancing. He explained that there was some fraying on the tires and that since I was driving over 600vmiles the next day that it would be a good idea to have that done. Everyone was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.

Just as read previously on here. The sales manager isnt honest, lied and couldnt even be humble enough to admit to his mistake. The salesman Chris needs better training, couldve upsold me and didnt take the opportunity. But at least he did admit to his part. TIM WAS GREAT !!!! He got the deal done. Very professional and transparent. The part I liked about Tim the most he didnt take this opportunity to throw his coworkers under the bus. Regardless of him knowing their wrong doing he asked could we just move on and get the deal done. He should be definitely commended for staying professional.

Trenton and I worked out a deal on a boat that was traded to Brown & Wood this spring. He was very forthcoming with details and I felt very comfortable with the purchase. All the other staff at the dealership were great as well. Also, masks were worn and the interior was setup safely during this pandemic. I applaud them for taking these measures to keep my wife and I safe. If we lived in the area, we would probably buy a vehicle here as well.

Good sales staff, disappointed that someone was allowed to drive my special order truck, had too many miles/hours on it to be special order, also need to pay more attention, improvement to final detail-wash-cleanup footprints were in bed of truck, tires were motley looking and smears, wipe marks inside on dash. Had to pay for floor mats that were suppose to be included in original X31 off road and protection package which I included with my order.
Went in for an 11am appointment for an oil change. Within 10 minutes of waiting on service was informed by Mr. Jeff that needed an alignment. Asked the additional time it would take. Jeff stated 45 minutes. Said ok to alignment and would be back to pick up suv after picking up daughter from school. Which is great for the 2 hour time frame set. When I returned at 2pm to pick up suv was informed that vehicle was not ready. Asked why its been 3 hours. First, informed oil change completed but not the alignment. So I asked to get my suv because after an 11am appointment didnt really have time to keep waiting. Jeff couldnt find my vehicle then. So I suggested he look in back parking lot in the gate. His statement was that may very well be the case. Then Mr. Jeff comes back to inform me nothing has been done to my vehicle in 3 hours. My response was just bring my vehicle around and give me my keys I have to be somewhere by 3pm. Mr. Jeff walked away to get my vehicle I thought, only to come by with the statement that the manager and himself just spoke with the tech and both services would be completed in 45 minutes. Its now 2:06pm. Decided to wait because nobody really has my keys in hand or drove my suv around. At 2:36 tech drives my suv around from service area. Wow, my thoughts were 30 minutes service is completed correctly, I dont think so. Mr. Jeff informed me there was no time to rotate my tires. Really, my thoughts are oil change and alignment in 30 minutes but cant rotate 4 tires in 10 minutes. Paid for alignment because my oil change is on extended contract so that was already covered. Feelings are my vehicle was kept only because my oil change was free and the only money could be made would be to charge for the alignment. Knowing it wasnt right just needed to get to school to pick up my son. No I dont have money to waste, but my kids always come first. So I didnt feel like wasting the energy or take the chance of being late to get to my son. Thats the only reason I paid without speaking with management personally. Just not satisfied with the whole experience. Long story short will only be using this location for oil change contract, all other service will travel to another location. This is not the first rush job or bad experience at this location.

Brought my truck in for an Airbag recall. The team was very helpful and took care of my truck with great care and quality.
Covid risks were minimized with early am drop off and masks on all personnel seen. The estimate charge was accurate and phone contact made to update me on diagnosis and treatment plan, costs and timeline. Change of personnel involved made sall challenge in continuity in information shared; it could be that J**** is not a mechanic so could not respond well to a slightly technical question. My own online research RE: front wheel hub components served me better.
