Import Services LLC is without a doubt the best repair shop for imported cars in my opinion, in the entire east coast. My father has used Import Services for almost two decades for all of his German/JDM cars. I have a Mini Cooper S, it’s my first car, Waylon the (owner) explained to me at the mileage it had, what parts could possibly give problems and fail making a repair cost many times more expensive, so we replaced the worn parts, in doing so, Waylon was so right!!! When replacing some major issue parts, it was revealed that the timing chain was almost at failing (big time costs). So Waylon really saved me thousands of dollars in avoided pitfalls that would have occurred (proven) with my particular model of car. As a college student, I have avoided any problems with my Mini Cooper S and it has always been totally reliable with the trusted hands at Import Services. Myself being a young female, 20 this year yea!!! I have been treated with complete respect every time I go either by myself or with my dad. This is so important “today” by any service business and it’s employees especially the car repair or sales type setting. Import Services LLC. has my and my father’s complete trust and support servicing or repairing all of my or my dads cars. ❤️❤️❤️ Waylon is the best person ever, he is Honest, truthful and most of all respectful. I recently purchased a vehicle out of state and once I had the opportunity to drive it, I got a malfunction code. Not sure of the importance I called around and finally spoke to someone (Bill) from Import Services LLC. I was scheduled for the first available time slot. I arrived 45 minutes early and they were very accommodating in checking me in. The service along with making sure I had proper air in my tires was completed in 45 minutes. I had a power loss problem with my 2012 Mercedes SLK250. Import Services pinpointed the problem and provided a reasonable price up front and no upsells later. There is nothing like knowing what your doing and these guys do. I had a transmission service done at the same time and that was done professionally and on time also. Well done.

Ive owned German cars my entire life, from living in the UK to the USA. Part of owning a BMW or Audi is having access to a decent service team. Look after your German itll look after you, flawlessly. Import Service is in my opinion second to none in Eastern North Carolina, They have taken care of My wifes X5 and my BMW and I refuse to take them anywhere else. Their pricing, service and professionalism can not be beaten, even when compared to a BMW dealership. That is how much faith I have in this company and their engineers. Ive had lots of work done here the past couple of years and have nothing but good things to say. All staff are genuine and give honest advice/feedback on issues related to the car. No one here has attempted to upsell me on anything, but they did provide guidance when I considered optional modifications on my car. I highly recommend this shop.

Highly recommended!!! Where do i start. If you want someone to fix your vehicle the right way this is the place. These guys understand the dynamics of how a vehicles should work. They have a lot of experience and knowledge. I bring all my vehicles to them and all my friends do the same. Everyone whos had their vehicles worked on were completely satisfied. Had a coolant leak on my BMW 335 and they were able to diagnose where it was coming from and got it back on the road very quickly. Prices were reasonable as well. Josh and guys were great!

Owner did not formally greet me as a customer and had a very dismissive attitude. I was made to feel very unwelcome and the only communication I received was a grunt and shaking of the head. Not helpful with service or general information.

As someone who never writes reviews, I felt compelled to as I have had awesome experiences each and every time I have been here for service on my two Audi’s. On multiple occasions Import went above and beyond to ensure my expectations were met and that my vehicles were running great when I left the facility. They were fair, responsive, and timely with all their repair work. I asked a lot of questions. They welcomed the questions and answered each of them until I was comfortable with the understanding of the answers. I’ve tried other repair shops but I’m much more impressed with Import’s quality of work and professionalism.

I must say that I am very pleased with the service that I received on my vehicle. I am a shop owner in town and I know the importance of service. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. My vehicle drives better than before and I also noticed the surging that it was doing for a long time went away. I have been taking my cars to Import Services for many years. If you want better service than what the dealer can offer you should take your car there. Porsche, Ferrari, BMW, Maserati, Land Rover, you name it they can service it. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

We brought in a Mercedes and a Lexus within 24 hours. Both suffered major problems within the same week.The nice folks at Import Service repaired both vehicles within hours and got us back on the road. The repair bill was very reasonable. I grew up in the Washington, DC area, so I was not used to seeing reasonable repair bills for Mercedes and Lexus.Best of all, when the repair was done, they picked me up at my home. I was pleasantly surprised that their shuttle turned out to be one of my favourite cars, the MINI Cooper!!! The gentleman who drove the shuttle was very friendly and I enjoyed the ride back to the shop.Since this review is for 2 vehicles and I rate each repair 5 stars, I guess Im giving them a 10-star rating! :)

I own a 2007 Audi A4 which has been serviced by Import Services over the past 2 – 3 years. Most recently, I had my car serviced where the engine was rebuilt. I must say I was overly impressed with the end result! Import Services did a phenomenal job fixing my car and it is now running like new. I highly recommend Import Services to anyone no matter what type of vehicle you have because their quality of service is excellent!

This is a great family-owned local shop, and they really care. Weve taken our cars to them for years, for inspections as well as repairs and have been very pleased. I have been going to Import Services for several years. These guys are the best in Greenville. I own 3 BMWs and 2 Ferraris and they have worked on all of them. They are the only people I trust to do the work. When I first went to them I had a part replace and they they showed me what needed to be done. When the car was complete they gave me the part to show that it was done. I think their pricing is very fair and I have never had to take it in twice for the same issue.My wifes son had a timing belt break and they had to take the motor apart and fix everything. They did it quickly and at a better price than anyone in town. They also gave us free oil changes to make sure that it is done right and that the motor keeps running.They are a family owned business and both the husband and wife work there. The shop is always full and I know they have expanded adding several people in the few years that I have gone there. A busy shop means people are coming back and people like their work. I have personally referred several people to them because I trust them and they do a good job. If you have a problem with an import you would be crazy to take it anywhere else. This is a great shop and they are friendly,polite, and get things done when promised!

First, I want to say, it is always scary as a women when you have to go to the garage. A couple of years ago someone told me about Import Services. I have been with them ever since. Whalen, his wife Kimberly make you feel like you are family. They are very competitive in their pricing, look out for me, the customer all the time and tell me what needs repair and what can wait. I have told many people and friends about Import services as I completely trust them. Some of my co-workers have had their cars repaired and say the same thing. Import Services does it again. Quickly fixes an oil leak that I thought was the entire pan leaking, but was only the plug. It’s refreshing these days to find a place that will do only the necessary work and let you save your money on unnecessary repairs. It’s just a way of life with Waylon and his crew. Totally honest people.

Recently I took in my 2004 Saab 9-3 for engine timing belt and temperature sensor issues. In this area it is difficult to find mechanics who will confidently work on a Saab (for that matter even work on one at all), but Import Services expressed no concern. They far exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond in order to provide exceptional customer service. My Saab was repaired in a timely manor, running like new. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful, even shuttling me to my apartment. I highly recommend Import Services!

Being a single mother it was hard to trust anyone with car expenses with fear of being taken advantage of...not this business! Import owners and all staff are truly concerned with taking care of your vehicle and keeping time and expenses down if possible. Everyone there is truly knowledgeable and will speak car terms you will understand. It has been a true pleasure to trust them with my cars because I know they will treat it as their own. Waylon and his crew have worked on my vehicles for years and Ive always been more than pleased with the work. I recently had what I thought was a tire issue (car shuddered at 45mph) on my 14 Camry. Took to dealer, they said bent rim. Replaced the rim, no better. Took to where we buy tires. They said tire was out of balance. Balanced said tire, no better. Took back to tire place, they said the front tires are almost bald and need replaced. Replaced tires, no better. FINALLY took it to Waylon and he diagnosed it immediately (transmission needed servicing). Will never go anywhere but Import Services. Went in to Get a Diagnostic done on my car, Which was already diagnosed 7 days prior. Import services basically had a diff diagnosis (no big deal right) until they gave away my Auto records away illegally on three occasions, to deny my Insurance claim that they denied working with my Insurance company on. By the way the person admitted it on social media!!!! I got Dept of Insurance paperwork and paperwork from the trial stating whom my Auto records was giving to, just to help deny my claim when Import services lied about giving away my personal info. I will be more than happy to post the paperwork i showed the owner when he denied it back in 2018 also the court documents from march 2019 stating you all did work with my insurance company to help deny my claim when you claimed we do not even know your Insurance company Dude!!! I found out about this business by posting a request on Facebook searching for a RELIABLE, HONEST place to go for service on my car. I am so glad I did that because I have been super pleased with Import Services. I had not been happy AT ALL with the service of a dealership in town! While I was pleased with the service I received in Raleigh, I was not thrilled over having to make the drive, nor was I thrilled over their prices. If you own an import, this is the place to take your car! I use to take my Audi to Joe Pecheles Audi to get worked on, but after having several issues with their mechanic shop, I had to try some place new. Joe Pecheles had worked on my car for over a month to get the check engine light off to no avail and by the time I got my car back it ran rough and just wasnt the same. I had heard good things about Import Services, so I decided to give them a try. Waylon, who is the owner, worked hard to address my concerns and get my car back where it needed to be. Due to all the headache with Joe Pecheles, I had actually considered selling my car, but after a little TLC from Import Services I fell back in love with my Audi!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this shop and this is now where I take my car when I need anything. Tops! German cars are the best, and these guys are the best German mechanics in Eastern Carolina. I drive over 40 minutes just to take my Porsche and Volkswagen vehicles to them. Theyre always fair and have the customers best interest in mind. The prices are also very competitive. Save yourself the drive to Raleigh and take your German car to Import Services in Greenville.

I have been doing business with import services since I moved to North Carolina from Pa, they have been taking great car of my two imports, with no problems. Im big on customer service, and am often disappointed when my expectations are not met. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer focused attitude of Import Services. They met and exceeded my service expectations. My ol girl has a little over 200,000 miles on her and needed multiple minor repairs. They got her purring like a kitten again. Knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. Great job.

I just feel the need to give credit where credit is do. Owning my first Import was a little scary bc Ive always been told, You better find a good mechanic. When I bought my Volvo I stopped in the shop and introduced myself and grab a business card. From our first conversation theyve treated me like I have been a customer for 10 years. Since then Ive taken the Volvo in a couple of times and I always feel 100% comfortable with anything they tell me. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Great shop. They were extremely busy the day I had my car worked on. It took about 30 minutes longer than my original time quote. The owner came out and personally apologized and let me know it would be longer than anticipated originally. I should have utilized their shuttle service. Exceptional customer service.

I had BMW trouble while in from out of state. The reviews seemed good so I took my car here. I compared aftermarket prices from online to theirs and found much cheaper alternatives for the items used to fix my car, but they insisted that they wont use inferior parts because they wont last. Repairs took all day (Car needed a lot of work) and I spent a lot of time in their office asking questions. The guys there were friendly, answered all of my questions and my car runs great now. I feel confident that I got a fair price for the services provided. They also gave me the old parts they replaced.

Unfortunately, I relocated to the Triangle after graduation, where many people would tell you the best dealerships and repair places in the State are located. Ha! It could not have been further from the truth. Import Auto Services is everything those places are not. They are professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, prompt, polite, generous, patient, and accommodating. You are not treated like a number. You are treated like you matter. They are so incredibly grateful for your business. You will not find a better place and better people. I sunk a fortune into dealerships in the Triangle for four years. What I would have given to have had my car serviced with Import Auto Services instead! I have an extremely trying work schedule and they have been kind enough to travel to my place of employment each time to pick up my car for service and then return it in the afternoon - for no charge. Hands-down, the absolute best place to take a foreign car. The owners, Waylon and Kimberly, are top-notch and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Do yourself a favor and take your car there. You will not be sorry. The only thing I regret is that I had to take my car somewhere else for four long years until I could return to eastern North Carolina.

I have been taking vehicles to Import Service for years having worked for a local car dealer. Seeing how they treated the coustomers I knew they had to be first class. I wasnt wrong. I can tell you first hand you are not just another person with a car problem, you become part of the family. It is important that every person they come in contact with is treated with respect and they do whats best for you and your vehicle as opposed to squeezing you for your last nickel.Now for full disclosure, I became a full time employee with this fine group.The techs are well trained and they have the latest equipment. Joe has no customer service skills and hangups on possible customers. I think it would be best if you trained your people to route to admins. When it come financial situations or decisions in general when representing your company.

This shop in the only shop that I trust in the Greenville area for import vehicles. I have used several others in the past and always felt I had left their with spending more money then I needed to because of other problems that had been found. Import Services is a fare and honest group of people. They do not try and make money hand over fist with charging you way over market value for parts. They have very fast service and treat your car like it was their own. I will trust them will all my vehicle needs now and for years to come.

I am new to Greenville and did not have a local Mercedes Benz dealer to service my 2013 GLK 350. Import services provided the scheduled maintenance service at a lower price. I was very satisfied with their expertise and customer services. I have another vehicle that I will have them service.

Ive taken my BMW (and my in-laws Porsche) here for anything from routine service to weird problems with my error lights. Ive also seen anything ranging from Hondas to Maseratis in their garage. Extensive knowledge all-around.Waylon(owner) is very passionate about cars and this shows when he explains the little nuances you can expect from your specific make/model of vehicle. Both him and his wife Kim are very involved in their business and you can always expect to get an honest answer as to what may be ailing your vehicle and what needs to be done to fix it; no fluff. Their prices are very reasonable, and you also have the peace of mind that comes with handing your (expensive) car over to professionals that know what they are doing, instead of just part changers.All-in-all, Import Services is a total package that you want, when going to any car shop, let alone one for import vehicles. From their comfortable waiting area, to their company shuttle (a sweet Mini Cooper), to the professionalism of Waylon, Kim and Joe. Im the kind of guy that has always had my car serviced at the dealership. Recently, I needed a major repair and couldnt justify to pay what the dealership quoted to fix it for an older car. One of my coworkers suggested Import Services. I reluctantly gave them a call, made an appointment, and anticipated that they would quote me some crazy price. I was preparing to try to sell my car for whatever I could get for it, and look for something else. To my surprise, the quote came in much less than I had anticipated, the customer service was excellent, and my car now runs like new again. I feel guilty that I was about to give up on my car, and now Im in love with it again. The repair shop owner, Wayland, is wonderful to work with.

Import Service has taken excellent care of my vehicle since I purchased it in 2009. I have a Jetta TDI and it now has 160k miles on it. I have gone to Import Service for routine maintenance whenever possible and they have replaced my timing belt at 80k and now 160k miles. Their prices are great and their workmanship is high quality. They really seem to care about their customers and want to do a great job for a great price. I have sent many of my friends here because of the treatment I have received over the past 7 years.

Great place and nice people! Being new to Greenville, I wasnt sure where to take my Volks Beetle since I hate dealing with car dealerships. They fixed everything I wanted fixed and then some for a much lower price than I anticipated and even picked me up and dropped me off when I couldnt get a taxi. I will totally recommend them to all of my co-workers and friends. C:

Lets talk about Import Service. First thing first, they are the most friendly people i have ever met. I take all my cars there. I trust them more than anything. Import Services is not like any other place, they are loving, caring, and much more. You can tell by the second you walk in that they are going to take care of you there. I dont care if im in Raleigh and my car breaks down I will get it towed to 2204 Dickinson Ave, Greenville, NC 27834, Import Services, to get the job done right the first time. Spent tons of money with them and my car was still not fixed. They did everything except fix scat the problem was. And then got nasty when I asked then to fix it again. Went around talking about me. In a horrible way. The owner is a drama queen so try not to get too personal.

I am a local ECU student from Raleigh, NC. After being scammed and dealing with multiple rude BMW repair shops in Raleigh, I was determined to find a reputable repair shop for my BMW in Greenville. I stumbled upon Import Services through a quick google search, and there were many positive reviews on the internet that made me want to give them a shot. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with very friendly staff at the front desk and they immediately got me taken care of. The waiting room is very nice with comfortable furniture to sit down, and they offer free WiFi to customers who are waiting. The nice woman behind the front desk even offered me some water or coffee to drink! I paid a diagnostics fee for them to look at my BMW, which I believe was very fair considering that a good repair shop like this spends thousands of dollars per year in computer software that is necessary to run such diagnostics. I was lucky that I had only a small issue with my car and Import Services repaired it quickly. I will definitely return to Import Services again in the future and recommend them to my friends.

A very good friend recommended I give Import Services a try when I needed an oil change. They told me I would not be disappointed in their service. I found Import Services to not only be very professional, but personable as well. In the past, with other automobile service providers, I have been solicited from everything from a air filter to a transmission flush, which was something I didnt need and didnt agree too. After not agreeing to a transmission flush at a local oil change/tune up shop in town, I was given the scare tactic which I believe was just because I was a woman. I actually checked into it with the Honda dealership and was told it was not a necessity & not recommended at the time. At Import Services, I WAS NOT SOLICITED into having something done which was not needed and I appreciated that very much. I also want to say thank you to Import Services for going the extra mile in getting me to work on time with your shuttle service, for calling me when the work was done, and for calling me back to double check to see if I needed a ride back to pick up my car. I highly recommend Import Services and will return for future business!

Ive been bringing my cars here for several years now, everything from my modified Mustangs (Yes its not just IMPORT Service!) to our familys BMW 330Ci. Whether were in for routine maintenance, having aftermarket parts installed, tuning, or some intricate problem that nobody else can figure out, the work is always completed in a timely manner, and they go further out of their way to make sure your car is right when you get it back than any other shop Ive done business with (Including the dealerships). Also, youre not going to find more fair pricing. Im not at all surprised that this place has so many 5-star reviews! Im one of those guys who doesnt let anybody drive his car because its his baby, and this is the only place Ill let turn a wrench on anything I drive, even if Ive got to drive 2 hours to have it done. Getting to see all the rare and cool cars they work with on a daily basis is pretty cool too.
