I have been with Fred Loya for a couple of years now, I have to say every time I need help with anything pertaining to my insurance, they are very helpful. If they dont know for sure they will find out for me. Thank you ladies for the awesome job you do

Not a good price, and they ask way too many personal questions that dont pertain to securing minimum liability insurance (including asking me at length about my ex from 2017 and his kids in front of my new boyfriend, which is inappropriate and irrelevant), and they harass you by phone if you decide to go with someone elses coverage.They literally call me twice a day, every day, and night. Usually before 8:30am and once in the afternoon. I regret using Fred Loya and could never recommend them. Dont even get a quote, unless youre prepared to block their number entirely.

I went in to pay my bill the other day. I called them when I was on my way and told them i was going to be like 5 10 mins late bc I left work a little late. The lady on the phone was real nice n understood . But when i got there the skinny lady was rude n didnt answer none of my questions .. There was a 10 dollar charge on my account for a late fee that i had no idea bout .. The other lady at the other desk was also rude n cutting me off when i was trying to talk.. So I paid mg bill n left... Plus my bill keeps going up..

Terrible customer service not because the employees its the company protocol. It makes so complicated every single thing and I am not talking about claims but simple things for example a change of address

Horrible service over the phone, the on line payments does not work on their end and they have no idea why. The lady I spoke with did not give me helpful Information... So because their system does not work now there is a late fee on my parents insurance payment of 6 dollars. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. yes their rates are low but there service is not good at all. Id rather pay 200 or more somewhere else so that I can get some good customer service when I call and my payments wont have late fees due to the system not working . If I would give no stars I would .

They dont pay out on claims. I was hit by on of their drivers and somehow it was 60% my fault. They are a slummy company, unethical and unfair. Pray you never have to deal with them

The office close to me is 70 milles and if something happens I need go to office noting can fix by phone
