To separate my policy from my ex-wife it took 12 phone call and 6 month. I canceled my policies in December 2020 because contacted the agent to get a quote on a car I wanted to purchase. They quoted me a $150.00 increase. I purchased the car. When I added the car to my policy the policy increased $381.00. There is never good follow up or good service with this Agent. Allstate provides good insurance. It is the Agent in this case.

Unfortunately, I must give this agency 1 star. I would give 0 if I could. When I first signed up for Allstate insurance through Stacies agency, it was actually a good experience. Sheree took good care of us and was very responsive. Since she left, the office and staff have gone down hill hard and fast. Stacie does not return phone calls or emails (a recurrent theme mentioned by other reviewers). When I had an issue with my rates being jacked up over 150%, I could not get Stacie to respond. I made several phone calls, sent emails and even went into the office. I had to repeat myself over and over to her assistant and Stacie would not call or respond to me personally. I finally received a message from her assistant stating they had made the appropriate adjustments and the rates would go back down to a tolerable level. Of course, that never materialized. I finally had to speak with corporate and got the rates lowered some, but not to the level promised by Stacies office (again, not by Stacie personally since she would not respond at all). I met with a new agent last week and was able to get my rates lowered by another 10% (money in my account in less than 24 hours) and with increased coverage!! It appears Stacie and her assistant never applied my sons good grades or driving school certificate. When I tried to get a copy of the driving school certificate (that I personally dropped off at the office) for my new agent, I never could. I kept getting the runaround. I feel confident that they lost it. Stay far, far away from this office if you want any customer service.

This agency is no longer open. I had filed insurance fraud charges against this agency and she closed it down (without telling Allstate corporate, who had no idea) to avoid answering the complaint. I post this in case she ever opens another agency, so that a record is made. She renewed both my auto and home insurance in February of this year, even though I had requested a cancellation of both policies in December of 2020 as I had switched providers. Stay away from doing any kind of business with Stacie Orr!

Stacie Orr and her team at Allstate are great Ive been with them over 20 years Ive always been satisfied they seem to always go the extra mile and they always seem happy to do so their service is bar none and I would recommend them to anyone you cant go wrong

Stacie Orr is a congenial and hands on agent, which sets her apart from the rest. Personal service is priority one throughout the agency.

Stacies secretary is absolutely useless. She hands out false information to people without checking first. And Stacie does nothing to check over her assistants work which makes her equally as useless. You cant trust either one to have the competence to complete a simple task such as removing a vehicle from a policy and you certainly cant trust Stephanie (the assistant) to give you any reliable information. To top it off, you cant get either one to contact you when theyre supposed to or sometimes at all.

I really enjoy my insurance company and the are very understanding and always tell people about them

Once a month, I call to pay my vehicle insurance ... and other than parting with my money, LOL, it is as painless a transaction as it could be. The ladies here are wonderful, they greet you like family, are friendly yet very professional. Nothing is ever too much for them to do for me. We have our vehicle and homeowners insurance through them, plus (for peace of mind) their roadside assistance for us and our granddaughters.Great company, great people! Definitely recommend!!!

Allstate is the worst company for claims. You pay all this money for years and years and when you have a claim they find some legal exclusion. Do not buy insurance from Allstate. The Good Hands People?

I was reffered to Stacy by a friend. At first she was lovely and seemed to really care about me.As it turns out, from my perspective that couldnt be further from the truth.I needed to get car insurance immediately and Stacy obliged. As I looked further I was able to save $100 and get better insurance with another carrier so I did cancel. In my mind she had been so nice I thought I would try her another time since I have to get so many insurance policies overall.When I had to get proof of insurance sent to the DMV oh, she was nowhere to be found. She would not answer my calls or return them. I also emailed her and she did not attend.When I called someone named Stephanie answered and every time I was not allowed to speak to Stacy.in the end I asked if I could get something that says that they sent across the information to the DMV and Stephanie replied that I already have that in the phone call. When I call DMV to verify that the information had come across, they told me that the wrong information was sent and that it still had not been verified for the dates that I was insured.I had to spend large amounts of time just to get this through and it this point it is still not through. I intend to go direct to Allstate to see if I can get this rectified.I would NOT recommend !!
