After waiting for 10 days to be scheduled our appointment was cancelled because we didnt respond to a call asking if we had a garage. Mind you there isnt a cloud in the sky for the technician to need covering. The text confirmation Bells sent stated we had a 12n-2pm window. I reached out at 1:55pm and was told the technician would call when en route. At 4:00pm with still no technician I was told that he couldnt come because we didnt answer the phone. Keep in mind I had been calling, leaving text messages and voice mail messages all afternoon to prevent this very thing. Their own message to us was simply the tech would call to let us know he was en route not to confirm. Weve been without a working refrigerator for 33 days now and with an 88 year old mother at home. I asked they still come and honor their commitment that they gave me and was told, sorry we cant do that, Sir. I cant speak for the quality of their work but your word is the only thing you give and need to keep. They dont keep their word. The worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time.

$444 to replace a heating element! The part was $175 with astronomical labor costs! When I expressed my disappointment that rather then stating they use a national average for determining labor cost rather than an hourly rate at the point of booking, the call ended. A 10 minute repair, cost almost as much as a new dryer. Will not return nor recommend.

Bells Appliance was absolutely on top of every single step of the repair. From professional and constant communication to coordinating with me to work around my schedule, their entire staff was efficient and responsive. The technician that they sent out, Joel, was extremely knowledgeable and made the repair look easy! You could tell he has a ton of industry experience. Not to mention, he allowed me to carry on a conversation with him while he worked and acted like it didnt bother him a bit. If you have an appliance that needs repair, tell Lowes or whomever you bought the appliance from that you want to use Bells. Once you get them, ask for Joel!! Thanks again for everything!

They were able to come out within 24 hours after I caked them and Marshall was great. I would recommend them to anyone for appliance repair.

Marshall came out from Bells Appliance Service for my dishwasher issues. He fixed it in about 5 minutes! Marshall was very helpful in explaining to me the benefit of the Bells 3 year service/support agreement. I will be requesting him as my service person next time I need to call Bells! Marshall was very courteous and professional. He not only diagnosed my problems very quickly, he gave me specific advice to prevent similar issues in the future.

Gabriel was able to come my house the same day I spoke to him and was able to get my dishwasher up and running (installation service). He was very pleasant and efficient, it took him no time at all. By recommendation from an associate in the appliance business, we called Bells to repair our refrigerator/freezer as it had stopped cooling. I called in the morning and I was able to get a time slot for same day service. Gabe arrived as scheduled, and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the faulty part. At first I was satisfied. Until I had to call him back and have him visit my house for a fourth time because when he did the second repair he did not put the drum back properly. Came back the fourth time told me everything was fixed, he left the house I went and looked he still didnt put the drum back in the proper place. Had to call him back again into the house. and I would like to thank him for leaving a huge dent in the front of my washing machine. I would never use the service again. Highly dissatisfied

Terrible service,expensive, did not fix the problem.$300 down the drain!They did return, completed the repair on my refrigerator. It has worked well for a week. The problem was missed the first trip. Later I was told her never seen a refrigerator ice up that way. From first call to final repair one week.Ill amend the review again if it continues to run well.2 weeks from now. My main complaint was a week for refrigerator repair is too long. They received the part in 48 hours.Lots of spoiled food thrown away.

This is the first time I used Bells Appliance Service. Overall, the experience was great. Marshall diagnosed the issue..they ordered the parts..and a few days later he was back to install. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Glad I chose Bells.

From the first phone call Gabby who works in the office scheduling appointment was professional, efficient, and sympathetic to my problem. Everything happened from that phone call to the date of service as she said. Then Joe arrived was patient while I explained the issues. Joe performed an expert inspection, he explained the issue to me and resolved it professionally and quickly. Poor service. Wanted to charge more to repair an appliance than it originally cost. I asked for the service fee to be applied to installation costs for a new appliance and they said no. They will only apply service fee to the repair. Which makes zero sense.

The young lady I spoke with seemed nice enough but was unable to provide much information outside of service call amounts, when a service person might be able to come to my home, and to be honest she did not seem very sure of that information, so I contacted another company.

I have had multiple problems with my Whirlpool refrigerator which has been defective from day one and is being replaced. Each time I have called on Bells Appliance for service and repair. And they have provided outstanding service. The first time however, a young tech named Gabe came out and I was expecting him to have a partner, much older with a grey beard maybe. But it turned out that Gabe was that old man. And I am happy to say that I have not been disappointed. I have found Gabe to be nothing but courteous, professional and consider the young man to be so honest and genuine and refreshing. I would highly recommend Bells Appliance and would ask for Gabe, not the old man.

Gabriel was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I will keep them on my call list for all future appliance problems or installs. No need to call anyone else.

Gabe was very thorough when completing our repairs. We had repairs completed on our dishwasher, fridge, and stand up freezer. He was prompt and arriving on time when scheduled. All work was completed very quickly. Very pleased with his work.
