The company was very good about providing information such as notifying me by text when the technician was 15 minutes away. Our technician, Will, was a really nice guy. He explained everything and did the work quickly. I will definitely use Appliance Grandmasters again. They exceeded my expectations.

After calling 3 other companies, none of which would return my call, I was pleasantly surprised to have a live person answer the phone when I call Appliance GrandMasters. I was able to provide quick contact information for a call back to schedule. An appointment was agreed upon for a 2 hour window the next morning.I received an update call advising me that the technician was on the way and would arrive within 40 minutes. He arrived as expected, quickly diagnosed the issue AND, best of all, had a spare part on his truck. He said it would take 2 hours to replace the part. He was in and out before the end time of his appointment time easily beating the 2 hour estimate to replace the part.I will never call another appliance repair person other than Appliance GrandMasters.

Our 3 year old LG refrigerator went out the day before a long 4th of July weekend. The next available business day I set up an appointment with Appliance GrandMasters. The parts were covered under warranty. I thought the labor was a bit high but a lot less than buying a new fridge. The technician, David, was on time, very professional and polite and got everything repaired for us. I would use this company again for repairs. They did a great job!

The best repair company I’ve had to work with.Mr. Will Toro was so knowledgeable in his work. He explained everything that needed to be done.It’s the first time that they diagnose the problem AND CARRY THE PARTS TO FIX IT RIGHT AWAY. All the other companies I’ve worked with have to put in the order in and wait a couple of days to get it done. Not with Appliance GrandMasters they were so prepared!!He changed the parts and explained to me what happened and what not to do to prevent it happening again.Appliance GrandMasters is the best repair company.Such a great experience with Appliance GrandMasters, I will recommend them to everyone I know.

They repaired our 7-yr-old LG refrigerator when the compressor started going bad. Repairs were accomplished within 48 hours (parts had to be ordered). We are pleased with the service and will call again next time we have an appliance to be repaired.

Ice maker not working and repair person looked at it and without any other test or diagnostics said just to replace ice maker. They ordered one and came back and installed. Didn’t wait to see if even any water ran into it. Just needed rest of money. If no ice next day call them. Well there was no ice. Same repairman came out and again with no test said the control boards needed to be replaced and a lot more money. So when questioned if the ice maker even needed to be replaced, I asked for credit for the new ice maker and was told that would not happen. I told him to leave and they would not work any more on my fridge. Plus even after that, they tried to replace the control boards that I did not authorize to replace. I feel like I had been scammed. Had asked for manager to call but never did. Very unprofessional.I was able to get another repair company out and they ran complete diagnostics and determined the new replaced ice maker was defective. And buyer beware, but the replaced part was not an original factory ice maker but part ordered from I think Amazon. Totally unacceptable.

My wife and I were very impressed with Appliance GrandMasters and our technician, Stevie was absolutely fantastic. Our tech showed up even slightly earlier than the time the gave us, but this was not an issue as we had received a call letting us know this. Stevie quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work fixing our freezer. He was finished in maybe 20-30 minutes. Very professional and explained what he was doing and what caused the initial issue. He was even able to fix the problem to ensure that it didn’t occur again. We can’t say enough at how impressed with Stevie and his speedy service. Our freezer is now working great and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this company and request Stevie as your tech if you can!

Appointment was make with ease, technician was on time for appointment. He ordered necessary parts to repair dishwasher. I was instructed that pays would be delivered to home in two to three days, after which he would return to complete the repair. Parts in fact were delivered in two days, technician did not show that following week. Another week past before I received a phone call from the company stating they noticed the parts were delivered earlier that week. I then informed the caller that Id had the parts for almost two weeks she nonchalantly responded with a ok and then informed me that a new technician would come out and complete the repair the following day. Unfortunately the following day did not work with my schedule so I was forced to wait another weekend with a broken dishwasher. Technician did come and complete project that following week, which ended up being two and a half weeks after the initial appointment. Although it took forever to fix the dishwasher, it was fixed technician was quick as one two three, literally!!!

I called Appliance GrandMasters when my washing machine stopped working and they sent someone out the same day. The technician Will was very professional, showed up when he said he would and knew what the problem was almost immediately. He was in and out within 10 minutes on his first visit. Once my part arrived, Will once again showed up on time and repaired the washer quickly. Prices were fair and my washer now works great! I would definitely recommend and use this company again in the future.

Seemed expensive to me. Diagnostic cost was 120 and repair quote was 600+ mostly labor. Thats 720 for opening and fixing minor parts and it could possibly go up if other issues identified. The technician was knowledgeable and professional but cost seems high. Decided to just buy new.

I was very clear about what I needed Appliance GrandMasters to look at in my refrigerator. I explicitly asked them to let me know if it was something they could work on and if not, to let me know before they arrived.They booked Mr Rogers, a different company, then they arrived, looked at the refrigerator and told me there was nothing at all they could do, and want to charge me $89 for a service fee.When I offered calm clear feedback to the technician, he immediately started to refute me with a sarcastic remark instead of just listening to the feedback. Which shows poor training on their part.This is just bad business. Ill be refusing the charge, and leaving this review on all their accounts.

When our heating element gave out on our dryer, they were quick to come take a look and diagnose. Am installation visit was scheduled for when the part came in and same service technician came on time to install. We were happy with the service, professionalism, and price.

The guys were great. The actually answered the phone on a Saturday and kept me informed of what and why they were doing the different repairs. We had the fridge worked on last year by another company but werent as pleased with them as we were with Appliance Grandmasters.

Aaron was knowledgeable and friendly during the entire appointment. He was on time and completed my service with no issue. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be sure to call for all follow up care for my dryer vent.

It took two separate trips to diagnose the problem which was that my ice maker needed to be replaced. They had difficulties finding the part needed for the replacement. I called several times for an update and had trouble getting a call back. I ended up asking for the part number and I was able to order it online myself in five minutes.... I will be going with someone else in future.

Told me it would be between $80-$120 and ended up being $280. I told them the part number a week before the appointment and that I needed a heating element. They never ordered it. Technician came out and confirmed what I already knew. Now I have to wait another week for the part. Horrible

I appreciated the flexibility in communication so I didnt have to take time away from work to make calls. Additionally, after fixing my LG refrigerator, they stood behind their work when I had concerns with noise -and fixed it to my satisfaction. Its never fun to have an appliance issue, but Will was responsive, dependable, and honest.

The entire experience was not great. My husband attempted to set up an appointment and requested specific days that we already planned to be home. He made the request on a Tues for Fri/Sat. They put us on the calendar but we did not know until late Thursday night that the appt was confirmed. When I called Thursday to try to confirm the appt, the person that took my call was quite rude and acted as if I should have known this info. When the technician arrived (very on time my only positive) he diagnosed that a part was required. He looked up the part and made it sound like it would be ordered that day for delivery early the following week, the technician left my house at 1:00 pm on Friday - plenty of time to get this part ordered. We called back Monday to find out the part had just been ordered that day and wouldn’t be in until later in the week. This is not cool, I expressed to the technician the need for quick turn around. We found the same part on amazon and could have had delivered 2 days later. Horrible communication and lack of urgency. We will not use your services in the future. This will not be my only review.

Response and scheduling the repair was great.The first technician diagnosed the problem quickly and the part was ordered. Why the 3 stars. When the other technician came to replace the part. He realized that the water pump on the washing machine was not damaged it was jammed with a piece of plastic that kept the pump from working. So a new pump was not needed. The first technician should have realized that from the noise it was making. It is my opinion that the first technician main interest is diagnosing the problem of what to replace and order it and let the other technician do all the dirty work. From the customer view point I had to wait 5 extra days to have the use of the washer. The 2 nd technician did a great professional job. I think he would have discovered the problem and resolved the issue without needed to replace a pump.

Several months ago I called Mr. Rogers to fix our dishwasher that had recently stopped working. The employee who came out dismounted our dishwasher and could not figure out why it wasnt working. He said we needed an electrician because it had to be an electrical issue. We paid the service fee for them coming out. I called an electrician and they came out and found a switch in the kitchen was flipped off. We had to pay a $100 service fee for an electrician to literally flip a switch. I felt as though Mr. Rogers should have known to check for the switch. Instead we paid $180 to flip a switch. And to further complicate things the dishwasher fell out of the space the first time I opened it. It was not properly mounted, when previously it was very secure. I called Mr. Rogers and the owner, Will, came out and was very apologetic about his employee not being aware of the issue and offered to reimburse us the fee for the electrician. He remounted our dishwasher and left saying we would receive a check in the mail. 2 days later the dishwasher falls out again. I call and I tell them what happened. they scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and they did not come. I call again and ask to speak with the owner. I am put on hold and eventually the line goes dead. Every time I have called and tried to have this issue resolved I am hung up on. I didnt want to be that person, but I feel like there is no other option other than involving the legal system. We also never recieved the refund check.

Very Happy with the full service experience we had. From the scheduling of the appointment to the work that was completed. The part arrived within a week and the appointment was made to install it promptly. The team that worked on our oven was experienced and through making sure it operated properly. Yes I recommend them and I will use them in the future if needed.
