My granddaughter and I came here hoping to get a pedicure. They didnt even look at us or speak to us. After waiting 20 minutes, we gave up and left.

They mainly do appts only sometimes walk ins depending on how busy they are, but i got here first thing in the morning and they took me right away. I was here maybe an hour at the most for a full set and was completely satisfied! They did an amazing job!

Just a couple hours after the gel came off. And two days later my acrylic nails were already cracking and breaking

Rude workers! Will not return or recommend!

I always get acrylic French tipped manicure!! Im very particular about how the shape n the look of my nails and LA nails is always on point!! My favorite is Lane!!

The only reason Im giving two stars is because they were nice. But my aunt and I went yesterday to get our nails done. I have almost all of my nails are lifted. And so are some of my aunts. She paid over a hundred dollars for two sets of full acrylic and gel polish. She got cut while getting her nails done and just in general not satisfied. I wont be going back in the future.

Cut MULTIPLE times, on 4 different fingers. had to change the style and color. tried to do ombré, and ended up with a STRAIGHT line, not ombré at all whatsoever. and not very nice. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Joke.....takes way too long and finished product is just OK at best. Customer Service sucks, waiting and waiting for no good results. Only plus is it seems a BIT more sanitary than the other like nail salon in Greensburg IN. Will not return.

Not cleaned up. Very bulky, painted cuticle, not put on straight. A 3 year old could do better. This was my first time going. Overall disappointed. Also pointed out flaws and ignored them. 🖓

Spent $50 on a full set for the nail polish to come off the very next morning 🙄😡😡 how tf does that happen.

I have been going here for close to a year. The only thing I dont like about the people who do my nails is they are sometimes a bit too rough and when the put the nail polish on it stings a lot. Sometimes just a bit too rough but I guess I could understand since they are busy.

I think it is a great place to go to get your nails and feet done. It also is reasonable pricing which is great!

Very disappointed, I just finished an appointment . This is my second time here. I feel everybody deserves more than one chance. The first time I got a new set with lok. Nails looked I was do for a fill within 3 days made me sad. Today Lynn did my fill, they are uneven, plus I paid extra 8 dollars for gel. Look thick and bumpy 😢 disappointing, was hoping to support local!Sadly, not trying for third strike!

Went to this location because Ive been wanting to get my nails done for a while and I was in town for a bit.Youre not really greeted upon entering the store but thats not a big issue. Shop looked spacey and clean.I had brought a picture of the nails I wanted done and only required one color of nail polish. They were pretty simple.Upon entering the shop,theres a table with little boxes of different colors of nail tips. I saw a black sparkly set that I instantly wanted. When my name was called I showed the man the kind of nails that I wanted and asked if I could get the sparkly tips. He proceeded to tell me he couldnt. Like why ????? Theyre right there,how can you not do it ?? Instead of using the plain white ones you could have used the sparkly black ones. It would have saved you the trouble of painting them black later on... When he went to cut the nails after glueing them on,they were cut uneven. Its not usually a big deal because most people use the acrylic to sculpt them but the man didnt and theyre uneven now. Ive always had the nails clipped with clippers designed for the nails instead of little scissors. I think thats the root of the problem for the uneven nails. Then he had someone paint my nails because other people came in. Not really an issue but if you take on a client arent you suppose to finish ???The paint job itself is alright. I had lines painted on my ring finger in a criss cross fashion and some spots are darker then the others. In the picture the black nails were all painted in a way so when you nails grew theyd still look decent instead of clearly showing that you need a refill. I requested this and was told they couldnt do that. All you had to do was paint a thin line and fill it in. I dont understand why that couldnt be done.My nails themselves could have been painted better but I guess theyll do.All in all everything was alright for the price.

Worst I have sever seen...I left in pain! She pulled every single nail away from the skin behind the nail and left BOTH thumbs bleeding. She was rude and didnt even greet me, just pointed at the chair she wanted me in.Lumpy, bumpy nails that I wantedTo remove immediately but was terrified of the pain I would endure.... shame on them! They ARE NOT professional at all... smh
