Unfortunately my experience at city nails and spa in Greensburg was not good. I wanted maroon dip powder with one nail all sparkle and one nail ombré sparkle, I didn’t think that was asking anything too fancy. Anyway, fast forward two and a half hours later, and him still fixing three nails on my right hand for the third time. I was not happy with the uneven shape and color of my nails, but at that point I just said it’s fine and just wanted to go home. Well, after leaving I realized he forgot the top coat on my one thumb nail. Also, later after being home my nails starting turning bright pink!! Little did the nail tech or myself know, the dip powder is color changing based on temperature 🤦🏻‍♀️ my entire experience was awful and I would not recommend City Nails and Spa to anyone who wants dip powder on their nails.

This place is amazing they do a great job on nails as well as toes!! The nail Tech Chris can do just about anything awesome with just a photo and her husband does the best pedis. Together they make your hands and feet happy!!!!

Me and 2 daughters spent $90 on manicures, basically all they did is paint our nails and rubbed a little bit of lotion on the top of my hands. My daughters didnt get any lotion because the other guy did them. There is a guy that takes charge there and he did real good job on the girls in front of us acrylic nails

By the far the most inept choice in Greensburg. They speak ZERO English. If you people want to do business in this country learn to speak the g’damn language so your customer doesn’t have to constantly correct your incorrect interpretation of the request. You have lost another customer. Never again.

If I could leave a zero I would! Most inconsiderate staff I have ever delt with. The place is filthy and polish bottles are empty!!Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE else!

I got acrylics done and they were applied super evenly. They are not even at all and the acrylic was applied very poorly. The guy that did mine didn’t even push my cuticles back before applying the acrylic. Super disappointing.

I went here with my girlfriends before a formal to get our nails done. They took us as a walk-in right away, which was nice; however, my nails came out absolutely terrible and sloppy. I got gel polish (I didn’t think you could even mess that up). The polish was all over my fingers (skin, cuticles and all) and it was done incorrectly. The ends near my cuticles were not sealed and when I run my fingers through my hair, the polish gets caught. It has been 2 days and three of my nails are already void of any polish (I have not used any sort of detergents or anything, just showering). Man who did my nails got frustrated that I was talking to my girlfriends and kept pulling on my arms. The place did not seem clean. They used reusable metal tools that were not in any sort of cleaning/antibacterial solution. Very disappointed and will not return.

Lousy job, too short, not even, didnt ask how long I wanted them. Will not be going back.

I got cut when they were using the electrical filer. My nail got put on crooked because one lady came in for an appointment with the lady I had so mine rushed on me.

Ive never hated my nails as much as I do after going to this place. They are uneven and not even shaped nicely. I called multiple times to complain and they just hung up on me. I just got home and Im going out to a different nail salon to get these fixed. Worse $30 Ive ever spent. I would never recommend this place. If I was able to give a 0 star rating I would. DO NOT GO HERE!

The lady doing my nails was falling asleep and cut me a few times. This happened a year ago, so I was in a time crunch today and went back. Once again I got the lady( I believe kris was her name) and let me tell you, it happened again. She was literally falling asleep and then when she would fall asleep she would run the files over my skin. It was very painful. My cuticles are inflamed and bleeding still and it’s hours later. On top of that I asked for round nails and they are square I guess? I don’t know because every single nail is a different shape and length. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

In a pinch for time I stopped in - I was the only client and for good reason. My nails were filed down to the skin (cutting the tips) and the gel was applied unevenly. They didnt last a day before chipping 😡

A friend recommended this place! Glad I found this place. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. And i was just pampered to the fullest extent by them! They have tons of gel color selections and designs. I will definitely go again! !

The place was so dirty (looks nothing like the pictures), the staff was MISERABLE, and the selection was sloppy and limited. I’m not picky with my nails but will never go back to this dump.

Do not recommend. ask for coffin shaped nails and only one of my nails were coffin. they’re all shaped differently

Been there twice so far and have had an exceptional experience both times. Chris is genuine and incredibly friendly. Not to mention an amazing nail artist! Every time I visit, Im greeted with a soothing atmosphere and exceptional friendly service. Will be the only place I go to, thats for sure!

I found this place while searching for a nail salon that did gel nails close to home when I lived in the area. The ladies are all very nice and accommodating. Price is similar to other nail salons but the quality surpasses the rest! I am a loyal customer and will continue to come here for my nail therapy.

My nails have never looked as terrible as they do now! The guy took forever and they are all different shapes. So disappointing!!!!! I guess it’s best to avoid nail places who aren’t busy!!!! Never again will I go back.

Dylan always takes his time and does a great job on my nails. The prices are fair and its a decent atmosphere.

Walked in for pink and whites. Both hands dont look the same at all. White is super crooked and uneven. They are not smooth at all. My cuticles look awful. I do not recommend to anyone

WILL NEVER RETURN!The woman who did my nails did not even remove my original polish, she painted right over it so I could still see it. The length of my acrylics are not even and the shapes are inconsistent. I asked for a stripe design accent nail. She proceeded to add detail that she felt like adding that I didnt want or ask for. Not to mention the design looks terrible and neither nail looks the same as the other. Complete waste of time and money.

Absolutely not worth it. I made an appointment for a pedicure and full set, but was asked to come back in an hour. Regardless, I did come back because they were busy. Upon return, I was told to sit down in a pedicure station and my feet sat in water for 30 minutes. I asked for a full set, was given an overlay and none of my fingers are the same length. I am not happy, and will never return. Take your well earned money elsewhere.

My friends and I decided to go and I ended up having to wait 30 minutes to even start mine while they were started, which is no big deal. My nails turned out to be short and stubby and very pointed when I asked for rounded and long nails. There is a big gap between my nails and cuticles. I loved the place and the service just not the outcome of the look. It hurt very much and the gel is piled high in the air

I received some coupons and decided to come here on my birthday. Everyone was super friendly and they did an excellent job and the atmosphere is so relaxing. In definitely coming back.

So I got my nails done and I told them I wanted a French manicure without the gel and they refused to listen to me and put the gel on my nails anyway and they were saying you were going to waste your money putting just the regular polish on your nails and they continue to just put the gel on my nails even though I told them no so I wish I could get this place zero stars

Horrible!!! I have been here a few times (I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by going to a different person ) but every time I leave disappointed after telling them how to fix it!!! This last time I think the lady got upset because I didn’t want to color she chose so she polished my nails like a 6 year old child!!! They are so sloppy the shape is terrible every one is different and she had the nerve to tell me that my finger is crooked smh... I chose a very light color so she needed to put a few coats n I had to tell her to do that!!! I can go on and on about the terrible service because it was just bad but honestly please don’t waste your money here.

My nails are not perfect but all in all, they looked better when I left than when I walked in. 4 of my fingers bled a little bit at the cuticles which is a cause of concern. I will try the one more time before I give up and go somewhere else.

Most painful manicure I’ve ever had! Completely terrible experience, cut my nails completely off when I just wanted them cut down a bit and my gel polish is caked on and super thick. Not happy at all!

I took my mom here while she was in town visiting. We each got mani pedis. They got us right in which was great, but the man doing my pedicure was very distracted (filled up my tub with cold water first, never turned on the jets, only lotioned one leg...). The overall turn out of the pedicure was fine, the experience lacked. My mom and I got french tip gel manicures as well. Her tips bubbled after we left making her nails look and feel weird. After 2 days my nails arent quite chipping, but looks more like the color is fading or things are seeping into the paint. Im not sure, but they look gross now. (I included a picture of one of my nails because I cant really explain it.) I only did all the normal things I would and have done after a gel manicure. I really feel like I way overpaid for the service we received. Such a bummer.

Did not open on time.Horrible nail service as they were understaffed and rushed the whole time.My nails look like little round thick Easter eggs. They are bent upward at tips.I have to say the people are actually nice- just very bad at what they do. (My daughter got hers done too, and just as awful).

My girlfriend was very satisfied with her nails and they have great prices

I would give this place a zero if I could! The nail tech kept getting up and going in the back for 10 minutes at a time, my nails are all oddly shaped, and she didnt do what I wanted at all and didnt even put the color I wanted. I got a bad infection under my nail because she didnt put the fake nail on right on any of my fingers. This nail salon is the worst Ive ever been too and I will NOT be going back.

Worst experience ever. Made my nails so thin he burnt me. Had to have another tech redo them. They look horrible but they didnt charge me. I wont be going back.

They put one nail on and said done and I was like u need to finish the rest of my nails so they did and they messed them all up and they rushed me right out the door I wont be going there ever again
