I’ve been to several nail salons and this is by far the best. She took her time; and did them absolutely perfect!! Recommend 1000%

This was the first time I’ve gone here, & I must say it won’t be the last. When I walked in I wasn’t sure on what I wanted & my nail stylist help me out a lot, I just wish I gotten her name.

Called around 5 to make an appointment for 6. They said they could take me at 6. I got there at 545 and at 630 I was still waiting. If they couldnt take me at 6 they should have told me when I called

I had the owners oldest son and he did an awesome job. Was very gentle and caring. Made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Would highly recommend getting a pedicure here. Will definitely be back

I been going here for 2 years but after my last two appointments, i will not be going back. I asked for a deluxe pedicure both times. The first I got the most basic pedicure, just color added. The second time was the same experience. I shouldnt have to pay for something I never got.

Made appointments an waited for a good 20 mins after the appointments. They also booked like 5 other people at the same time an had 4 workers one of which didn’t even look out of high school. The pedicure water was cold before I even got seen for my pedicure, once I was seen she did both feet at the same time rushing to get my service done since I came in with someone that already had her feet almost complete. She was doing some kind brushing of my toes underwater an she was splashing water all over the floor. She completed a pedicure service within 15 mins, an never did cut my cuticles, my nails are uneven an I have gel color all over my toes. I don’t recommend them this is the third time I’ve tried them an each time it gets worse and worse !

If you want to be yelled at for picking a color for your nails then go here. They are never on time and they start someone else without an appointment and make you wait to get your nails done. They have very poor costumer service and are very rude. The price bounces around every time I go to get my nails done even if I get the same thing. Will never go here again!

They had recently changed their name and are currently under new management. YOU CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE. Before, the workers were incredibly rude and work was subpar. Kathy really turned it around. Everyone is professional, the inside is clean. 10/10

Ive had some really bad experiences in other places. I picked this place because i was tired of having issues everywhere else. I am very pleased with the service. Im bery pleased with the lovely lady who did my manicure. Cathy awesome person! A man did my nails with the power. First time ever. Will go back again. Tomorrow. Theres been alot of changes and anyone who has had a bad expierence should give them another chance!

Have been going every other week for gel polish with no problems. Last two times my regular manicurist was not there. Both times they did not keep the polish remover on long enough to rub polish off. Instead they used a metal tool to scrape off. My nails started to split & chip so bad they are practically down to the quick. I can see where the new nail growth is healthy & thicker.

This was my first tine here, I had an appointment and still had to wait 25 minutes to be seen. As I was getting my nails done ladies kept getting up to do eyebrows for other customers and cash people out. My nails look awesome! Just wish they would have more one on one attention for customers.

The past two times i have went there I have no had a good experience. The first time I was getting a full set and a pedi, where the lady requested the powdered nail polish. I usually get the the gel because they last longer. Within the first week i had to replace three nails. My two ring fingers are different colors and different size nails. Two days later my thumb nail broke again and now there are two additional nails. I used to love this place and used it for years. Now I will be looking for a new nail place!

Absolutely terrible. Had appointments and waited forever still. Place is so unorganized. My nails literally didn’t last a full week. Don’t go here if you want nice beautiful nails!

They had so.body do my nails that probably wasnt even old enough to be done with hihh school. I get an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. She RUINED my nails. There is no way the young lady has a lisence to do nails arall. Sombody needs to investigate them for lisences. They also still made me pay. I didnt even wanr my nails painted from them. My real nails are all different shapes and sizes. She filed them down so .uch on the sides they almost look like coffin nails. Dont EVER go there ever please.

While i was here the one nail technician was literally rude to me. and the nails turned out fine at first but with one day one of nails has already broken in half and fallen off, the didn’t take their time with these and have no plan to resolve costumer issues as this one

My step mom and I made an appointment for 5 o’clock. When we got there we were told that there was no appointment made for us and we had to wait 40 minutes. The ladies were irritatedThat we even came to them for Every design that was displayed that my stepmom liked the lady told her she did not know how to do it, she lacked skill. Both of them filed our skin and it was very painful. Let’s not forget I will never go there again.

They were great i had an appointment for my girls and me when we arrived they took us right in all nails turn out just the way we wanted them staff was friendly and made my 6 year old feel like a little princess would recommend to friends or anyone!

My niece and I waited for 1 hour and 20 mins. They skipped us over three times. Each time the people they took said to them that someone was in front of them. The employees did not listen at all. Finally one guy went down the list of names and was shocked we were so far up the list!!! Why keep a list of no one is crossing off names or using it. We ended up walking out.

This business is a total scam. They will not produce recipients for work they have done They keep money in baskets around the shop no records kept for tax purposes. No on speaks English its to broken to understand. They have a web site with a set of prices the then charge you double what it says. Also when I was their with my daughter and complaint about being over charged they called a man who came in pulled a couple thousand out of his pocket and ask how much to make me go away and not file any complaints. How insulting I did take back 20.00 of the 25.00 we were over chargedThe other 5.00 I figured equaled a tip. PLEASE DONT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I went in to get gel on my nails. I had already filed them and shaped them perfectly except my one thumb nail was a tad long. The woman then asked me if I liked the length. I said yes except this thumb nail. She proceeded to cut every single nail straight across (which I hate) and then when I asked her to curve the edges more my nails just kept getting shorter. Okay whatever. I can deal with this. When she was painting my nails she wasn’t going the entire way back so some of them look like they are grown out. On top of that, she got polish on my skin on every single nail! Needless to say, this gel will peel off within a few days. Ugh. Also, I don’t think they had the air conditioning on and the music was so loud.

Came as a walk in. Brought my daughters back a we later. Excellent. Natalie # 1. Awesome👍🏽

Honestly? They do great nails. Manicure and pedicure? Not so good. Why do I have to push my own cuticles back and file my own heels Right after a pedicure? Pretty pricy when u have to do your pedicure.

Never again. I went in for a pedicure and asked that the nail tech cut down my nails. She said they look good and only filed them a little--very little. I said I wanted a simple pedicure and she tried to sell me a gel pedicure. I politely declined and she persisted. The pedicure from start to finish was probably one of the worst I have ever had. Every step of the process seemed half done. I have always had great service and experiences here, but the last few times were not good. This final time was the end. I will not go back.

Me and my friend got the same pedicure and they charged me an extra $15 for hers saying it was a deluxe and my big toe is still cracked so I don’t recommend and it was the worst $105 I’ve ever spent. Never going back!

Usually the experience is good but last 2 times been in there the owner David has been so rude to customers and so impatient and the tension so high between the staff and him you can’t even cut it with a knife.It’s terrible and negative being in there now.David has never been like this before he’s always been very friendly. He’s just talks nasty to clients and even walked out on a client and handed her over to someone else but came back 15 Minutes later.Usually I would give 4-5 stars but the environment is so terrible now. I would usually chalk it up to a bad day but been in there a couple times now he’s still the same way. I probably won’t come back for a long time and I was a regular and my daughter was also.Oh and they need a better ventilation system the acrylics are so strong. They make enough money to invest in a good ventilation system to take out the awful headache inducing smell. The upscale salons have them and they are busy enough and have much money coming in to get a good ventilation system installed.

Ok I buy my colbolt mascara here and I love it excellent. its a terrific store I really like it. the sales young lady was so very kind and listened. I very much appreciate that. Be Bless

I got there was getting my nails done told her at the beginning what I wanted she got 1/2 way thru and her next appointment showed up she rushed thru my nails left them plan and all bumpy And then grabbed the next girl and started her and just left me There and told me to wait for her to come back so I could pay I was very unsatisfied with my time there

Everyone was nice and my toenails came out perfect! We walked in without an appointment while it was kinda busy, but they managed to get us in and get our nails done in a good amount of time!

Have only gone to this place twice. First time was okay. The woman who did my nails rushed, but for the most part my nails turns out okay. The second time I made an appointment (and still had to wait a half hour). The man who did my nails took forever! I was displeased with how they turned out but was frustrated I ended up there for 2 hours. So I just let it go. Not even 4 days later my one nail snapped in the middle. I didnt have the time to get it fixed right away so I cut it down. Before I even had the chance to get it repaired another nail snapped. I proceeded to cut the remaining down so they would be even and immediately figured out why half of them were breaking. The acrylic is a different thickness for ever nail. Youd think for taking 2 hours they would at least look good (or be done right). I would not recommend this place.

My wife went there to get her nails done for our wedding. They gave her glow in the dark nails...she went back the same day to get them fixed. No change. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Went to this nail salon to get a FILL last night (3rd time coming to this salon). I had an appointment at 6:30 pm and when I got there I had to wait around 25 minutes to even start getting my nails done. So the lady says nothing to me not even Hi, which isnt that rare so whatever, so she starts filing my nails and then a little bit later she had to go give someone a pedicure. I guess they forgot about the girl over there. I would have been ok with it if she would have said something to me...like maybe apologizing and saying theyre so busy that she needed to do that girls pedicure....but nothing. she just got up and went right over. so I sat there for an additional 20 minutes waiting for her to get done. So as I am waiting for her, 3 other nail techs get done with their clients and go to the back room. No one came to finish my nails or finish her pedicure. So finally she comes back and everyone is leaving for the night.....on their way out they all stop and talk to her. so instead of doing my nails while talking to her, she stops and talks to them. So I got ombre nails, with the pink and white powder....I tell her I want the lightest pink they have....when she was done, they dried to a tan. Not pink at all. I also asked for the coffin shape and she filed the side of my thumb nail so much that you can see the corner of where my original nail would be. She had to glue on 3 nails cause 3 of mine fell off, and they are significantly longer than all of the other ones. She didnt even make sure they matched the same finger on the other hand. Just bad, I was there for over 2 hours, past closing, for a FILL. Never going back.

They charge more than what is posted, they only take the customers they want, they do not use the sign on sheet. Have been here multiple times, today was the worst and the last!! Very disappointed. Do not go here if you are in a hurry..just be because you have,an appointment does not mean it will be honored

Don’t bother making an appointment. Waited 30 minutes after my scheduled time and walked out. Unless you want to wait- I would not recommend!

Normally you wait an hour to get started. Very nice staff. But u sometimes have 4 different people doing different things to u.

I have been a loyal customer for years but the last 3 times I went it was not a good experience and it had nothing to with staff or services it has to so with other customers bringing their children. Just beacuse you are oblivious to little Tommys loud playing game or contestant destructiveness doesnt mean the rest of the patrons paying for relaxation want to hear or deal with it. Lets try to be little considerate of others... Please!

Wad just there. Ive had good experiences there. Tonight i had a really skinny girl. Nails are much shorter than I like. I was so grossed out by the station she was doong my nails it. It was gross spills not dried up. The inside of the fan, the light everythiing was covered in nail dust. The towel i had my hands om had chunck of something on it. It was staied or spilt on. Didnt look fresh. Ewww!

I went there Wednesday May 30th, I walked in and asked the wait time I was told 10-15 minuets for me and my mother. I was a full, she was a full set. After an hour my mother left, I waited 2 hours and some odd minutes to be done. I was taken back after two hours and she said she’s start me after her current client, meanwhile ladies who came in way after me with no apt were getting pedis and were taken back in moments of arrival. The set is was horrible and they took other clients who were walk ins. I will never go back there again.
