I was aware that Kelly was preoccupied before she sat down to give me my pedicure however; within three minutes her phone rang (personal cell not business line) and proceeded to speak so loudly and angrily for fifteen minutes letting me sit with my foot in front of her. When my sister in law said something to her about it and her I professionalism she yelled at us and threw us out without completing our pedicures. Lewis was apologetic while she was rude and a huge disappointment. I do not recommend Kelly or her nail salon

I was so looking forward to having a nail salon close by that I could frequent. When I called and made appointment the girl was so friendly and accommodating that I knew I was going to love this new addition to our community. That was short lived….upon arriving for my appointment, I walked in (5 minutes early) and for 20 minutes was never even acknowledged let alone serviced. I walked out and made appointment with another salon that’s further away but provides excellent service. I’ll keep driving.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with how clean and welcoming it was! I got a basic gel mani/pedi but it turned out wonderful. It’s hard knowing where to go to get a good mani/pedi, so hopefully this review helps someone narrow down their choice! 💅

I brought my daughter here to get her nails done for her birthday and the owner Kelly was so rude and when my daughter explained that she didn’t like what she had done she told her she had other clients my daughters a teenager and this lady was so nasty I have given her business for years and never thought she would act this way I highly do not recommend this place at all she’s not professional and I always believe a lot of us because of our race.

Kelly is a fabulous nail technician.She wears a mask to protect you and her family.She cares about her clients.Her shop is very clean,well sanitize and schedules her clients so only 1 client is there at her shop at a time.She leaves time between clients to clean & sanitize each area.I would highly recommend her nail services to any one.Lois Weaver

My daughter Rachel and I get our nails done by Kelly, we love her! She always ask my daughter what she wants done with her nails or if she has pictures of what she wants done and she does it. Never rushed us out! Highly recommend!

I just got my eyebrows waxed here and saying Im disappointed would be putting it mildly. I naturally have thicker eyebrows and already arched. I just need them shaped. I am from Florida so I dont know where to go since I arrived here, so I thought Id check this place out. I regret it. My eyebrows look horrendous, and she basically waxed them all off. Didnt even keep a shape! Im so mad and disappointed. Next time Ill focus more on reviews. However, I did see someones nails and they were beautiful. I just wont ever get eyebrows done here... ever.

Kelly is the perfect professional and did a great job on my full set. Her shops carries newest products and she uses newest technology. Very clean.

Made an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. There were very limited colors for both gel and regular polish. I didn’t even get the colors I originally wanted because they didn’t have them. The pedicure was okay but they quickly started talking about my feet in front of me acting like I didn’t know what was happening. For my manicure none of my nails were cut only filed which resulted in my nails being all different sizes. They got mad when I couldn’t find a color I wanted & started just placing a million in front of me impatiently waiting for me to decide. I didn’t even get what I wanted because at this point I was ready to leave. My manicure was completely rushed once they saw clients coming in & there was gel left of my skin even after. I was charged $10 extra to get the gel I already had on taken off which I have never been charged for at any other salon. No gloves were worn the entire time and not once did I see them wash their hands in between clients. My friend also had the same appointment and she was pulled out of her chair when other clients started to come in for their appointments. Overall we were both very disappointed in the service we received and will not be returning. Definitely the worst salon I’ve gone to and got such low quality nails for what I paid for.
